Everything was ok parking was great didn't have to move the car all weekend.

Didn't like previous clients' hair in the bath not a lot of it but there none the less, a grab rail would be a good thing for getting out of the shower and also a warning about how hot the water gets, also I know this is beyond your control but groups of people standing outside talking until 2 am in the morning.

Location, size of appartment. Had everything we needed too. Good parking.

The Fridge wasn't clean we had to clean it !

The apartment locates in very central of York, just some minutes walk to almost main attractions: York Minster, Hollyrood House, Shamles street, Victoria street, Grass Market ... You have to collect the key at Queen Hotel's reception which is 150m from the apartment. You have to deposit 100 pound by card, they will release the money 7 days after your stay. The apartment have almost everything you need during your stay: washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel ... We stayed at 3rd floor, this apartment can afford 5 people, one in sofa bed which is a little bit softer than the real bed. We stayed here in the winter, the flat is warm with good heater systems. There are many shop and minimart around for food, drink or other things. Only thing that was not good enough is wifi, it was very weak, then it may be suitable for checking mail only. Totally, we were quite happy to stay here.

Very clean, central location and the pre book car parking space is great at no extra cost. Highly recommended.

Because I’ve stayed here so many times I feel like it’s getting a little shabby for the price and should either be updated and could do with a paint or reduce the price

Good location. Decent apartment for a short break included everything you needed.

The car parking. Although it was free it was incredibly tight. No chance you would park an estate car mpv, truck or van in there.

The apartment was spotlessly clean as always. The staff at the Queens Hotel for check in were lovely as usual despite the river flooding the street and cutting off access to reception. The alternative access was well sign posted and easy to use.

Brilliant apartments, very central to York City centre. We'll kitted out with all your kitchen appliances. Nothing not to like! We where able to keep our apartment on for a couple hours at no extra cost - staff all really helpful and friendly.

Just a heads up a deposit for damage is taken on arrival, as long as there's no damage you will get the money back in 7 working days

Apartment is well located, nice area not far from the center. Well equipped: washing machine, tv, refrigerator, etc.

The sofa in the living room is terrible! It is just impossible to sleep on it. It hurts everywhere. Some of the dishes were dirty apon our arrival.

Like location and no problem getting in and out of gate entrance. water was hot and good heating system.

We were on top floor if I booked again I would request a lower floor because of my hip troble getting up stairs

WI-FI connection was poor, tablets wouldn’t connect.

Parking was a possible option. This did not happen. The apartment was not as clean as expected. Our apartment, Number 9, was at the top and did not have an outside window that could allow good air flow, particularly during the warm York weather being experienced.

Ideal location to walk into town centre, Close enough to walk from railway station so you dont need to drive.

A little too noisey on first night due to rowdy groups walking back late from pubs
