We stared at thr property with a group of friends after attending a Mizzou football game and enjoyed our stay. There was a good sized group of us and the property allowed us all to hang out together in the living room and everyone had a bed to sleep in. Check in and out was easy. We didn't eat a meal there but the kitchen appeared to have everything you'd need to prepare one. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in Jeff City for Mizzou graduation, access to 63 was quite easy and drive about 30 minutes. This is an historic Jeff City house that has a huge amount of space. With the history, there are some creaks and interesting nuances to the house but that is part of the charm. Each of the bedrooms upstairs has its own AC system, so it can be tailored to your desires. There are lots of plates, cups, utensils to be able to support your big group being there. The owner was very attentive. The best place to park is on the street, versus down the big hill in back. Just unload there, don't pull into the driveway. Only drawback is that some of the beds weren't the most comfortable, but it was a nice place and a nice stay.

Home offers a ton of space, plenty of towels, extra sheets and blankets. We appreciated all the extra little things that made this place more like a home than just a rental like plenty of games, game console for the kids and a fully stocked kitchen. There were separate cooling/heating systems in each bedroom which we appreciated. The home is minutes to popular stores and the capital building. The interior decor is vintage but we didn't mind it. The home has classic architectural components that we loved. The flooring appears to be the original wood flooring which creaks but it was one of my favorite things about the house. A fee things that anyone renting may want to know before booking - the location appeared to be safe but the neighborhood is bit run down. Beds were a little stiff. There was a door that led up to an attic that concerned us a little bit - after sending our brute of a brother to investigate it we were fine with it. The door did remain locked. Lastly- the house was a funeral home a very long time ago. After the initial shock of realizing this - we got over it or at least most of us - some of our 18-19 year olds wouldnt stay in rooms alone. However- we made light of it and it ended up being one of my top choices of homes that we've stayed in thus far. We will be returning in the future and I do highly recommend this rental. The host was easy to communicate with was very prompt and responsive and she was a gem to rent from. Thank you for letting us stay.

No disappointments, and one big plus: All six of us dirty, sweaty bikers wanted a nice hot shower after riding on the Katy Trail all day, and there was plenty of hot water for all us.

Perfect for a small to be able to be together in one room to visit. Lots of options for sleeping. Plenty of bathrooms.

We planned a trip to Jeff City to attend a family wedding reception. Originally planned for nine adults and two children to stay with us. Due to circumstances, only five adults, including us, stayed at the house, so we had much more space than we needed - but too much is better than not enough! The location was convenient to everywhere we needed to go.

We rented the property so that our family could stay together for the weekend of my sister-in-laws wedding in Bonnots Mill. We had plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms for all of the adults & kids to have their own space, as well as a huge living room to gather in to visit. Donna is a very responsive host & answers questions quickly! We will book again for future family events!

We stayed here while we were in town for a funeral. 5 of us slept here and 2 came by for meals and visiting. It was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable and each room has its own heating and cooling. The house is walkable to several restaurants, downtown and the Capital. Donna and Mike are friendly and helpful hosts.

The children had room to play separately and together. The game players could be out of way but accessible if needed/wanted. Everyone who slept there was comfortable.

Some friends stayed at this house on a trip to Jeff City, and it was wonderful. Very spacious and comfortable, with a lot of personality. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again.

This was a great place for our family to gather for the weekend. There was plenty of space for everyone. It is an older house so it had some squeaks and older beds, but it was not an issue for us. We loved the layout of the house.

We have stayed three years for Thanksgiving and it has worked well. This year only immediate family for Thanksgiving dinner so lots of room.

I was riding the Katy Trail with 8 other people and we stayed at this property on our overnight in Jefferson City. Great place, tons of space and ample parking for our bikes. Also close to Prison Brewing Co. which was nice. Our host Donna, was very nice on the phone and the house was perfect for our group.

The property was perfect for what we needed. The house was clean and in a good location for us. The host was helpful and communicated well.

This house was very neat. Lots of history.

This is our second year staying over Thanksgiving weekend. Last year we had our thanksgiving dinner with about 20 adults and 14 children and had plenty of tables and chairs for everyone to be accommodated. Plenty of sleeping arrangements for us. Plenty of off street parking too. Since we didn't have our actual Thanksgiving dinner there, we were there Thursday evening through Sunday morning. We ate all our meals in with 7 adults and 10 children and there are plenty of plates and silverware for everyone and a dishwasher so you don't need paper plates.

Beautiful spacious home. There were 5 people in our group, 3 singles and one couple. Plenty of bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers on the top floor. Donna was great to work with, letting us check in early unexpectedly due to rain shortening our day and also let us bring our bikes into the home for safe keeping overnight which we appreciated. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

We really enjoyed the house. It was so very roomy and was perfect for our stay. The house was also walking distance to local stores/shops. Donna and her husband were also very nice and welcoming.

Loved staying at this lovely home during my recent visit. The home was close to Columbia where I needed to be and comfortably housed my family. Should be noted that one of the bedrooms is within what I would call the master and is not a separate bedroom by itself.

We only got to spend one night but wished we could have stayed longer! This house is HUGE and has plenty of room. We will be back next year! Thank you, Donna!
