My daughter and I had the best time! Amazing location looking out at the ocean. Would rent the same property every time I go to Myrtle Beach

The view! And Joe is so nice and helpful. We were able to check in early, which made changing to swimsuits and applying sunscreen so much easier. Saw the sunrise from the balcony, just perfect. Thanks for sharing your home with us Joe.

This condo is such a great location...just take a flight of steps down to the pool or a few steps across the street to the beach. The beach stayed completely uncrowded on this end of town as compared to the grand strand. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Joe was so helpful to make our trip a great one. Thanks again!

This property is listed as pictured. It is very clean and the host is prompt in responding to any questions. The ocean front view is spectacular. However, I would suggest that the host put a TV in the 2ndry bedroom and adjust the temperature as it was a little warm in the unit some days. No elevator! Nevertheless, I would definitely return.

Joe's property was at the perfect location and proximity to the beach. Bathroom upgrades were definitely a plus. Communication was A+

The condo was the perfect spot for our family of four during our stay in Myrtle Beach. The ocean vibe was tastefully captured in the decor and everything was nice, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful unobstructed ocean view from the deck and the ease of walking across the street to the uncrowned beach. Many restaurants and stores are just a few minutes away. Our stay was wonderful and we look forward to returning to this wonderful condo in the future.

Place was clean and well decorated. Joe was very responsive to all needs. We will be planning another trip here soon

This is our second time staying at this condo and the communication with the owners is amazing and that's something I appreciate a lot. Moreover, this condo was remodeled and they put a lot of effort to make it look beautiful and comfortable for all the renters. I will highly recommend this place and I will for sure make my reservation for 2024, if this condo is available in the future.

Disappointed on the bedding, I didn’t really think that I should be responsible to buy garbage bags, dishwashing soap, toilet paper and hand soap. A few more t-towels would of been nice.

Last minute trip for a college tour. Joe got right back to us with the contract. Communication was great. Wish is was warmer because the location is right on the beach. Was the perfect spot for the 4 of us. Would love to go back.

We loved this location as it's a quick and easy walk to be on the beach. The location was nice and quiet yet super close to the downtown area. The unit was clean and comfortable and the property owner was very responsive to all our communication!

We had a good time. The weather was cooler than we expected but had packed for it. The only complaint I have was the mattress was awful. I don't mean just bad. It was lumpy and at a slant. AWFUL.

We’ve been visiting Myrtle forever and this has been one of our favorite locations. Beach isn’t crowded , the patio & view is wonderful, patio seating was great. The condo is super pleasant, nicely decorated & clean!! Bonus, the TVs were large & hung in the perfect spots. …. Great communication with the owner, he was awesome! …. We ride our bikes most places so again, great location to ride up north or south on Ocean Blvd. …. Croissant & Bistro was a fav breakfast spot! …. We loved our visit & are excited to stay here again!

The stay was great. The view of the ocean is awesome and the access to it and the pool is super easy. Great host with excellent restaurant recommendations.

This our third time staying in this complex and this was our favorite condo. Condo was clean and adequately stocked with essentials. Great view from the balcony and the beach was a short walk across the street. The beach isn’t crowded and is nice and clean. 10/10 recommend!

The condo is clean and nicely appointed, which you can tell that the owner took pride in furnishing. The location is the perfect place to enjoy the ocean views from the balcony and relax. The beach is in a residential area and not crowded by big resorts. There are a variety of options outdoors to take in a full experience being at the beach. Within this area are great restaurants as well. We had a small problem and the owner was very swift in communication and response. It was a minor problem that no one could have prevented and we did not care. The host's response was very gracious and we appreciate his thoughtfulness. We would certainly return without hesitation if given the opportunity. We have great memories from our stay at this perfect getaway.

This condo is in a great location with a perfect view overlooking the beach. The unit is clean, nice, recently renovated. The location we thought was ideal, in Myrtle Beach, but far north from the touristy and busy part of town, yet still close by to grocery stores and restaurants. The beach was not loud or overcrowded. Will definitely look to go back here.

Nicely updated unit. The apartment was a bit smaller than I expected from the pictures but fine for 2 adults and 2 teens if you keep the space picked up. Location was quiet and the beach was not crowded at all. The building and property was clean and well maintained. The host was super responsive for the minor issues we had. Excellent experience and we look forward to booking again.
