Great property that met our needs exactly for a quick family weekend away. House was very responsive when we asked a question. We'd certainly stay here again!

First time ever to Branson. Couldn't have chosen a better property to stay in. Close to all the things we wanted to see and do. Condo was clean, bright and efficient. Bed was very comfortable and, given that the outside temperatures hovered in the mid-90s, the air conditioning was perfect. Had one minor problem with the door lock upon an evening return(dead battery) but one phone call to the owner had it dealt with early next day. Not a big inconvenience as there was a key available as well. We hope to return maybe next year and Emil will be our first call to provide a place to stay. Would highly recommend to anyone. This condo was the perfect location, especially for people who want to explore more of Branson than just what is on the "Strip". It was convenient to Top of the Rock, Sight and Sound theater, Table Rock dam, grocery stores and more. The condo was immaculate, and the 4 of us were very pleased with the cleanliness and ease of registration (i,e, just use the key code to get the key and walk in). We highly recommend this place and host and would stay here again.

Very good location close to everything you might enjoy in Branson. Could do a little more detailing cleaning but very tasteful decoration. Beds weren’t very comfortable but okay for a couple of nights for the price.

The condo that myself & three of my girlfriends stayed in was just great! It was very nicely decorated & very comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable!! We were on the go a lot but when we did stay in, we loved just lounging there & being able to visit & feel like we were @ home! I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Nice property to stay at. Everything was labeled that was for use with plenty of kitchen pots pans and utensils. The only thing I thought was missing was some shampoo/conditioner for use, but there was bar soap, liquid hand soap and some detergent in the laundry area. The porch lights don’t work or need to be changed, saw that was mentioned in a few of the other reviews too.
We would stay here again. It was very comfortable and well furnished. Thank you!

This condo knocked our socks off! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity you could think of. I packed so many things I didn't have to. We spoke to the owner a few times and can confirm he's a great guy. It felt like home and we felt special that they shared this beauty with us. Would not hesitate to stay here again. It was a gem!

Nice and clean
The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The steps to get into the condo were OK once we got our luggage in - I missed the pictures that showed the steps and front entry, so was a little surprised that there were steps. The location was convenient and the area was quiet at night. Would recommend for those able to walk steps.

This property is perfectly situated as it’s near many attractions yet away from busy streets. The condo is nice but is ready for a refresh of paint and decor. We were disappointed to find the outdoor pool closed and the indoor pool is only 3’ deep. The patio door is heavy and difficult to open. Kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfortable. Great floor plan. Needs a good cleaning.

We have stayed here several times because it is perfect for two couples [and more if you choose] with the king size COMFORTABLE beds, ensuites, relaxing living space, quietness, swimming pool and hot tub, and close proximity to everything in Branson. Super easy reservation, check-in, and check-out processes.

Perfect location!
We stayed here for my daughters 10th birthday trip and the condo was beautiful and clean! They had everything we could ever need and the location was fantastic! Everything that we wanted to do or eat was less than 5 miles away! We will definitely be staying here again!

We had everything we needed. The rental was exactly as described and pictured. Owners were responsive before, during, and after rental. No issues and we were all comfortable and enjoyed our vacation.

Spring Break
The property was fine, however I was told it was a first floor unit and it wasn't very difficult for older people to get our luggage up and down the stairs. Also all of the chairs were counter height, we are shorter people so they were not easy for us to use. Also very high beds and difficult to get in and out of, however they were comfortable. The inside pool was a disappointment being its only 3 feet deep.

Spring getaway
We were staying five nights, but only had coffee for two. Surface cleaning was good, but the bathroom vent needs cleaning and a piece of a man's leather belt was on the floor in the master. Makes me think the floors are not vacuumed well. Seemed to have all the things we needed in the kitchen though one of the tall glasses we used had a small chip on the rim. Overall very comfortable furnishings. The location worked great. We would recommend your place to others.

What a fantastic property, we completely enjoyed ourselves! Very close to the strip, property was just as advertised - in excellent condition.
One suggestion - please consider adding a smart TV so folks can access their own streaming services as basic cable TV just doesn't cut it these days. That is the extent of our "high class problems". LOL
