Housekeeping entered the room without confirming if anyone was inside the room..the kettle wasn't working and i had to call thrice in 30 minutes to get a new one.

We checked at midnight which the hotel was pre-informed at booking but the staff was unprepared and impolite. We waited more than 30 mins and the staff was rude in their response and hospitality.
The room was very small, carpet was unclean with paper pieces and dirt from previous stay. Only one towel in the toilet and not a single hanger.
Wondering why this hotel has so many good reviews or it was just one instance but I'm never staying here again and the property is not worth the name Marriott.

Its not a property of Mariot standard. They had not paid money to contractors fully while renovation. All the places patch work. The wash room is a public toilet. Please dont recommend to any one

THe location, saftey and maintenance staff and house keepiing were very prompt
staff at the reception were not friendly, had difficulty even to wish good morning/evening etc. never asked how was our stay. we had to change rooms three times and the plumbing and Ac unit was leaking.
carpets in room and hallway stink and are very heavily stained.
If they need to keep up then they need to do a good job of maintaining their infrastructure.
Food in the cafe is just ok.

Room Service delivery was poor
2. Room internal utensils like tea maker, wash basin, and several bathroom fittings were bad.
3. The room was not clean while checkin on 8th and we had to chase to service teams to clean the room
4. The cleaning the room was half way, several items were not maintained even after the cleaning
5. There was nothing to do in the hotel as entertainment

Prime location and value for money. Nice Gujrati touch in meals. The staff is exceptional Mr Pandey from housekeeping went all the way to get our rooms ready for early checkin.
All good.
