House was exactly as described. Very clean and very well appointed, especially the kitchen. Adults and Kids really enjoyed the heated pool and basketball court. Deer came up behind the house every evening. The driveway to the garage is very steep, and would be difficult to get up and down in inclement weather. We only had 2 vehicles so there was adequate parking in front of the house for us. Communication with management

The property is listed as handicap accessible. It however is NOT truly. The entrance to the garage is extremely steep, which puts you on the middle floor, and once inside cannot get up or down. The entrance to the house does not have a ramp, it has a long deck with multiple steps up that you have to lift the wheel chair. There are not grab bars in the shower. There was not a shower chair. There is also a step that you have to step over to get into the shower. The property was clean, and nice. There was a lot of mold over the washer and dryer on the ceiling. The wall cut out to get to the jacuzzi tub was not secured, it was tiled and heavy and fell on my ankle and cut it open. All of the balls in the gym were flat and there was not a needle for the air pump. Beautiful view, close to the strip. We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean. Neighborhood is quiet. Loved the layout of the home. It was comfortable. Our Clients had a great time. I would stay there again, but not with anyone that is in a wheelchair as it is not really handicap accessible.

Home is in need of repairs. Access door to bathtub was open and lying on the floor of the master bathroom upon arrival. This door has missing tiles. Cracked and loose tiles around the threshold of master bath. Oven would auto shut off before reaching pre-heat temp. Smoke detector batteries needed replaced. Low battery chirping woke up the house at 04:30. (Contact person was notified and never responded) Wood rot and loose decking boards on decks and walkways were concerning. Visible mold on the laundry room ceiling is unacceptable. Lastly, upon arrival, the pool water level was low. The cost of this stay did not match the accommodations.

The home is beautiful, very large, and great for a big family stay. Pros: Home is huge, you can definitely all hang out together or in your own area with privacy. The indoor pool was great, kids loved it. The kitchen is a dream and comes well stocked with pretty much anything needed for cooking/baking. The double ovens and large fridge made it easy to cook for a large party. Cons: At this price point I expect a smart TV in the home/bedrooms. The living room TV is smart but is dated and very slow. The bedrooms don’t have smart TVs at all. The alarm to the pool door does not work, which was very concerning as we had multiple toddlers/kindergarten age kids staying. The check out instructions I received via email did not match the notice in the home, so we weren’t sure whether to strip the beds or leave as is, or where to put the linens/towels.

My husband and 3 kids stayed here for a vacation to Branson. The house is huge! Great location. However, the code to the front door didn’t work. We ended up going in and out through the garage. The place had a lot of dead bugs everywhere. When you used the master shower it leaked a lot of water onto the basketball court. The very downstairs shower barely worked. Also, the basketball court appears to have mold growing on the ceiling. Overall, we had a nice stay but I wouldn’t stay here again. The house needs a LOT of TLC.

So I really wanted to love this stay, and for the most part I did, the beds were comfortable the rooms were big, and the layout was nice. The location was great and the house seemed to have more space than we needed. The couple of issues we had were the cleanliness in the pool area I am not sure what was in the corners of the basketball area but it was black and there was a lot of it. I hope it was dust but it looked like mold. I didn't allow much play in there because of the concern of what that was. Also, it is a ton of stairs so I wouldn't recommend for the really young or physically challenged. The smaller part of the pool which looks like a hot tub was actually covered with a deck so that was a major disappointment. we were really looking forward to that. The pool is big, it wasn't super clean, could use a cleaning for sure, and we didn't love having to pay extra to heat it. Overall the stay was fine, it could be cleaner, and I felt like it was overpriced but kids had fun. Also, the hole in second story to view into basketball room, and the rapunzel window in second bedroom on main level would be a big concern for littles.

This was the perfect house for our large family with plenty to do for all age ranges. Exactly as advertised!

We love this place so much that we have visited this house three times! One thing I always find odd - is that the pool heating is an "extra" add-on, but the pool is "unusable if not heated." I wish they would add the $25 a day to the rate and include it. We had an issue where we thought it was added, and it was not. Thank goodness we thought to check the day before arriving, and we were able to catch it. I would hate to see someone else's trip get ruined because of this mistake. Adding the pool heating charge automatically would solve this easily.

This house has lots of space. The pictures are accurate. Although it does have one more bed than stated in the listing - there is a bunk bed in the master, not just a twin. Good location. In a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Host responded quickly to our questions. FYI - apparently what looks like a hot tub is not actually a hot tub. It is just part of the pool. We enjoyed the basketball / racquetball court. They had all the needed equipment.

Stayed at this location for the 4th time and we absolutely love it. I bring a bunch of guys down for a golf trip, and there's always plenty of room for us. Love all the space and would definitely recommend for large groups.

This is the 4th year in a row we've come down as a big group for a golf trip. Plenty of space for all of us, and conveniently located to all the top courses. Would highly recommend this house.

We absolutely LOVED the extras in this house. The indoor pool and gym made the house SO FUN for our young children, and the kitchen and all the extra seating for meals was spectacular. Also, our contact person was professional and accommodating. Thank you.

There were 11 of us 6 adults and 5 children age 10 thru 15. There was enough room for us to spread out. We basically stayed in place due to increase of the virus. The pool was great and the basketball/racket ball court was great. I would recommend this house to anyone with a large family it was perfect.

This house was perfect for our family with plenty of room to spread out! Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to prepare a meal. The basketball court and the pool were used every day during our stay! Would definitely book again in the future!

This is the third year in a row I've had a bunch of buddies down to Branson for a golf trip. This house never disappoints and everyone always loves staying here. We'll definitely be back in 2022!
