The first night we arrived, the AC was not working at all. It took over 12 hours for it to be fixed. We found hairs on the bathrooms floors, many of the dishes in the cabinet were not clean and had visible food particles on them. There were no dish cloths in the kitchen. One of the coffee makers did not work. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing place, this is not it. The pool area is very loud even late into the night and we could hear the guests next door to us talking through the connecting door and wall.

It was very nice. Plenty of room for 9 of us. Would definitely recommend it to others. A little trouble getting but the property management and the owner was swift to correct the problem. Would definitely go back. 😀

We had to have something big- at least six beds - without breaking the bank. It was a business trip, so it was a real bonus to have found this place in the heart of so much action. Can't wait to come back!

My family of 13 stayed here. The large kitchen living room area was a life saver. We didn’t feel cramped up at all. It was a very clean unit as well. Lots of extra bath towels. My only complaint is the pool area. Having only a lazy river stinks. Otherwise the unit was fantastic!

The pool courtyard was very noisy in the evenings. Other then that it was a great place to stay.

Place was clean and as described. Location is nice close to amusement park and restaurants.

My family and I had a wonderful time in myrtle beach. A lot of it was due to the beautiful property we stayed in. It was very conveniently located to everything as well was very spacious and comfortable for my whole family to relax. Everything we needed was available in this villa. The owners and property managers responded quickly to any concerns we had. I would recommend this property to everyone going to Myrtle Beach area, I hope to use it again in the future.

The property was wonderful. Like that you get a code instead of a card to get in and out of the property. Has more than enough items to use to cook for your family. The elevator broke on check out morning so had to walk down the stairs from the 4th floor to parking garage. Definitely will book again.

I read some of the reviews online and was skeptical. When we arrived at the rental it was HUGE! It was very CLEAN. and had EVERYTHING we needed. All we had to do was buy food, and regular toiletries. The seating was comfortable, the beds were comfortable, the balcony was much larger than were used to. My teenage kids did NOT want to come home! We were in close proximity to everything we wanted to see or do. Maggie was so very prompt in answering any questions. The only problem we had was the elevator stopped working when we were checking out (we had to carry so much stuff down from the 4th floor ). And there was a nest of wasps near the elevator on a sprinkler- but housekeeping was notified and were appreciative of the information. They were also very kind.Loved the stay!

Nice place. We enjoyed our visit

We stayed here on my 23 through the 29th. The condo was huge !!! And very very clean and the kitchen was so stocked on everything you could ever possibly need to cook. I've never stayed anywhere else that had every single thing I needed. There were plenty of towels the lazy river and splash zone were a huge hit with all of the kids and the hot tub were great for the adults. The beach is literally a walk across the street. Tons of shopping and attractions within walking distance ! This place was perfect we'd ct !

Perfect size for our large family. laid out very well. Love that their were things for our older children to do within walking distance. Easy Access to the beach.

This condo is across the street from the beach but it is a very short walk. Our 4 bedroom was very spacious. The central location is very convenient. The cons are small but make a difference, no restroom at the water area, ocean rinse off area is inside the gated water area, the elevator was dirty and smelled, parking could be difficult if you stayed out late especially with a truck or large vehicle.

We had a wonderful experience with this property. Maggie and John were extremely helpful with all of our questions and concerns. Plus, they helped us out with one of our concerns in a huge way! The place itself is nice and spacious. Plenty of room for the whole family. You are only 1 block away from the beach so it's super close. There are plenty of activities that are either a short walk or a short drive away. Our only gripe with our stay wasn't even Maggie or John's fault. The elevator was very dirty, hot, stuffy, and quite smelly. If you're looking for somewhere to stay for myrtle beach, we feel like this would be a great place to stay.

This condo was very nice and affordable. My family loved it and hated to leave. Very close to the beach. We will stay again.

Excellent location, beautiful condo!

I loved the location of the property and the bedrooms were very nice. The house is spacious but it could use some TLC. When we arrived, we had to call the owner because the house did not appear to be clean because it was still some garbage in the sink and the the refrigerator needed some cleaning. I talked with the owner and she had the cleaning personnel come and do some clean up. The living room and kitchen furniture could use some cleaning/and or be replaced, and the rooms/house could use a fresh coat of paint. I also think the owner could be more accomodating with the items that she provides. I think it is unreasonable to have to provide toilet tissue and dish towels to wash dishes. The one television in the Master bedroom never worked and the bathroom between the two bedrooms has draining issues. It is a nice place but needs some TLC. I think some type of refund should be rendered because it wasn't quite like it is shown.

We stayed for a week with 9 people and loved it! The only thing we did not like was there was no pool except a lazy river which was packed with kids the whole time. We loved the condo and close location to the beach and the boardwalk.

Great location. Nice spacious and well equipped condo. Had cleaning issues but everything else was very good. My family had a great time at the beach (which was just across the street). We also enjoyed the condo’s pool.

Owner or homeaway doesn't guarantee your vacation so if something goes wrong like the room didn't get cleaned and there was no parking passes or pool passes and you had to stay at the hotel across the street until things could be fixed days later...you're out and they get to keep your money. No customer service...all you can do is file an online complaint and no "person" will make things right. It's unfortunate that people are so greedy and inconsiderate with something so valuable as family time. If you stay here: bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish soap, blow dryer, beach towels bc they don't offer it. I would also recommend bringing your own pillows and bedding because it was very cheap and crunchy. No bathrooms at the pool and not a good view from the balcony. If you plan on cooking and have leftovers...there are no Tupperware containers in the kitcken. This home is in south part of myrtle beach...be careful.

Couldn't ask for a better location excellent room sizes, very clean comfortable beds, comfortable couch plenty of room for all of us. big gigantic patio fully stocked kitchen. Everything worked everything was clean, my family, of all women, were thrilled with the unit and the building. We will be planning to rent Maggie's bigger unit in 2020 so the whole family can come. Thank guys.
