Great location - 5 min walk to the MRT and many buses. Staff and service is excellent. Everyone is very polite and helpful. The room is modern and very clean. We had the 3 single bed setup in a room normally for 2 people with a larger bed so it’s a little bit tight for our luggages but the beds were comfortable and pillows and sheets are very clean. The bathroom is very spacious and modern. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. we will stay here again next time we visit Taipei.

Super clean, convenient close to MRT, very modern, comfortable and the staff are all so kind and helpful! While I was leaving for a night flight both the staff available at the front desk helped me pack while I needed to repack some things at the lobby. Also helped me call a cab and made sure I could pay via credit card as I was out of cash. Highly recommended and will definitely return. Forgot to get their names but thank you so much to the gentleman and lady who helped me tonight!

Location of the hotel was good. Modern looking and every detail was well thought of. Toiletries are of good brand: Malin Goetz. Humphrey was super helpful and thoughtful.

cleaning of the rooms is not done promptly, we came back at 4 pm to find our room not done. the lady started to explain their process… but who cares. i told her to fix the process and not the customer.

Room was great and so stuff was very helpful and friendly. Location was very good.

Breakfast while good was pretty much same every day. For longer stay, this was rather problem. Also no laundry machines at the hotel, so I have spent two evenings doing laundry outside of hotel. There is no gym, its tiny room with two machines for running.

A very clean and new hotel, with a chic and cosy room design. The staff were super friendly and helpful as well. The toilet and bath are also very clean and comfortable with Malin+goetz shower and bath gels :)

Location. Near food. Near MRT which connects 2 lines. Very comfy bed. Staff are very kind.

While located centrally, building does face another office building. So will need to keep sheers (at minimum) for privacy but don't worry, sunshine does get through! :)

The rooms are nice and clean with modern furniture. The staff has all been amazingly nice and pleasant. I have to stay in Taipei for almost a month for work, and it was a very convenient place to stay. Complimentary minibar, nice beddings, and great housekeeping was some of the high lights!

The bed could have been a bit softer, it was an issue the first couple of nights, but my back got used to it after a while. The breakfast and laundry service is very expensive, but there are great options close by for breakfast and brunch! Also, the gym was very small, and the "roof top terrace" didn't have any furniture, it seems like a waste of potential because it could be a very cool space.

The triple room we got wasn’t really spacious, but the beds were clean and comfy. The toilet and bathroom was fantastic, the body/hair showering products they provided were from a famous brand, high quality to soothe out the weariness.
