We booked this home for many adult generations to come together for a college graduation weekend and needed one space for all of us (9) to be together. From the moment the reservation was made, Jeremy was attentive and available to answer all questions. While the pictures had us all very excited for our arrival, the reality of this home is even better! The living spaces are well thought out and provide ample space for a variety of experiences. The bedrooms are so spacious and comfortable- and QUIET! We only wished we had booked more time here to have had an opportunity to fully enjoy every space and experience the enormous amount of beautiful glassware. I am limited to 5 stars but if there were more, we would give them to Jeremy - he is truly committed to his guests having the best possible experience in his home.

From start to finish everything was so easy and perfect. I stayed here to celebrate my 30th birthday with 11 other ladies and it was amazing. The hosts were beyond helpful with everything. Met us at the property - showed us how everything worked, gave us recommendations on where to go, AND offered a boat day on their boat if we had, had the time. I get rentals all the time, and this was by far the best experience. I had two girlfriends that got hotels nearby because they were nervous there was not enough room, and they ended up canceling their hotels to come stay because it was better than the hotels! Listing is accurate and again, everything was perfect. Neighborhood 100% safe as well! Highly recommend.

We stayed at this house for a baseball weekend. The house itself is very high end with a great layout and room for everyone. The location is amazing with grocery and restaurants in very short walking distance and an easy walk to Wrigley Field. The owner stays in good contact to make sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend staying here.

This was probably one of the best houses I have stayed at. It had every single type of amenity you can think of. All bedrooms were very comfortable and cozy. The master bedroom and bathroom is out of this world. Jeremy was so accommodating and friendly. The location is centrally located and close to all types of shops and restaurants. 5 stars!

We were bringing in a diverse group of adults ranging in age from 20 to 60. The house accommodates us all beautifully. Maria's welcoming tour made us feel at home as she shared all of the projects they have completed to make the house gorgeous. We walked to shops and restaurants and the train station and Lake Michigan - it was a very good location! I would recommend this spot to any large groups looking for a place to gather together near Chicago.

This house was absolutely perfect for our wedding weekend! Our families stayed in the house and we used it to get ready before the ceremony. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures in the listing with so much space for everybody to gather and celebrate but plenty of privacy so every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. It's walkable to so many good restaurants and bars. The host was great and answered all our questions. Can't wait to book this house for our anniversary and celebrate all over again!

This was a warm and spacious home in a terrific Chicago location. It is beautifully appointed. The owners were helpful and gracious. The beds were incredibly comfortable- What more can you ask for?

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our two families with small children to share. Lots of space and Jeremy made everything seamless for us. He was easy to get in touch with and extremely helpful.

There are 8 of us who have been friends since kindergarten. We all turned 55 this year and wanted a home base plus somewhere we were comfortable hanging out. Beautiful house, great fire pit out back. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Perfect location for walking the neighborhoods and shopping. Walked to Lincoln Park Zoo one day and it was super easy. Would definitely go back

Jeremy’s home is incredible. Jeremy has invested his time and vision into creating a fantastic rental property. As a host, Jeremey went above and beyond to ensure that our group of friends had a great time. All of the bedrooms are beautiful, clean, and spacious. The kitchen is a dream, whether you want to cook in or get take out and hang. If you're like our group, you will find that you’ll spend most of your quality time in that area. This home is also in a beautiful part of Chicago. It is close to some great restaurants, bars and is about a 20-minute walk to Wrigley. After our stay, I would highly recommend this property to you.

Great big kitchen for cooking and enjoying family time around big dining table. Also, fire pit next to carriage house was fantastic, along with the big TV room for all of us. Thanks to great host and a shout out to Marie so nice and she share her puppies with the family.

I hosted an annual get together of friends in Chicago and this house was perfect in every way. The location is awesome - walking distance to everything you need. The house is luxurious, well appointed and extremely comfortable. Getting access was so easy and the owners really showed a lot of concern to make sure we got in safely. Our family with ages ranging from 2 years to 78 years old stayed for a long weekend at this beautiful home. We went to Wrigley to see a ball game, which was only a 20 minute walk. We couldn’t wait to get back to the house to enjoy the remainder of the evening around the fire pit in the courtyard.. Jeremy was helpful and very responsive with any questions we had. The house is modern, homey absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. 100% recommend this property!

I can't say enough good things about my stay here. I have rented houses in Chicago before and thought those were nice. The house I currently rent was booked and we thought we were booking a comparable property as the price was in line with what I usually pay. It was night and day. This house has everything you would ever want. The pictures don't even do this place justice. The beds are all extremely comfortable and high end. All eight of us argued our beds were more comfortable than the next. The toilet in the master is a Toto with all the bells and whistles. I am already doing research to try to get one for my own property. Alexa throughout the house controlled the lights and music which were in every room through sonos. The outside deck with fire pit was amazing and we could have stayed there the entire trip. Jeremy couldn't have been a better host. He was there at anytime to offer assistance and recommendations. This will be our new favorite spot to come when in Chicago. Couldn't recommend any higher. Wish I could give more stars.

Reunion with 9 high school friends so we needed a nice house with plenty of room. Jeremy has a beautiful historic house that has been updated with all the amenities - Sonos, wifi and top notch finishes. Great outdoor patio, big family room so perfect for hanging out. Nice neighborhood, super convenient - Whole Foods 2 blocks & good breakfast and pizza on the same block. Jeremy as a perfect host - made sure we had everything we needed and everything was working. The off street parking is a bonus. If you're looking for a high quality, comfortable place suitable for catching up with a group of friends, you can't beat this.

This home was perfect for our corporate retreat. We had a small group of six but we each had our own bedroom. There is ample space to meet as a group but also small nooks where you can have side conversations. The decoration is so relaxing and comfortable. You really feel like you have a home away from home but yet are so close to downtown. The owners were very communicative throughout the process and willing to help with any requests. A sincerely wonderful experience and great place to connect as a group. I would not hesitate to stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

The house was perfect for a group of 8 guys. The accommodations were very luxurious, the Sonos music/speaker system was awesome, the back patio area was a fantastic hangout, and the kitchen was perfectly appointed for a good amount of cooking. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was spotless when we arrived. Jeremy was very attentive, even giving recommendations for places to eat while here. I would definitely recommend this house.

As seasoned travelers with experience staying in homes across the globe, we can confidently say that our experience with Jeremy and his amazing home was one of the best experiences we have ever had. He made sure to make us feel comfortable and made himself available throughout our entire visit. He gave us recommendations for all the places we wanted to visit. It felt like we were visiting an old friend. He was gracious and wanted to make sure we enjoyed his city and his home as much as he does. The house is located in the highly popular Lakeview neighborhood, and was close to everything we needed. Bars, restaurants, shopping, Starbucks, theaters, Whole Foods, gas stations, and Wrigley Field are all within walking distance. When Jeremy gave us the tour, every room was more amazing than the next and beautifully decorated with stunning furniture and finishes. The master bedroom was the epitome of luxury with the steam shower, rain forest shower head, Toto toilet, jacuzzi tub, heated tile floors, walk in closet and giant tv which disappeared behind the artwork on the wall. When we opened the balcony to the stunningly beautiful courtyard, I felt like I was in a movie. The fourth floor bedrooms had beautiful views of the city skyline and we were able to step out onto the balcony and enjoy the view every morning and evening. The main living room had an amazing tv and sound system with a large comfortable sofa where we enjoyed watching movies with movie quality surround sound. The kitchen was perfect for entertaining our group of 10. All of the appliances were top of the line and even the plate ware was beautiful. We used the Sonos audio system and enjoyed our evenings out in the private courtyard so much, that it was difficult to leave our temporary home away from home because we knew we would not find another place in the city as comfortable and relaxing as Jeremy’s house. We were able to park our cars in his attached garage which made it very convenient to come and go without worrying about finding parking. Jeremy also let us know we had the option of going out on his boat, which we rented. He took us out for the day and it was the most enjoyable part of our trip. He took us to the playpen and we spent a day in paradise,floating on rafts and listening to music while he took care of everything. There is no question that this is my home away from home and I have already booked for next years trip. We can't wait to come back.
