We have stayed at Dunes Village for several years, but this was our first stay with Terri. The condo was perfect for our family of 6 (2 adults/4 kids). Everything was exactly as we expected. Clean, ample kitchen supplies, extra blankets & pillows, beach toys & chairs- it had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay! Would book again without a doubt.

Very nice resort great amenities for children

We stayed here over Spring break in March. While the weather didn't cooperate, the indoor water park saved the day! Our 11 year old LOVED it. Our teenagers (16 & 18) enjoyed the pool tables and the hot tubs. All of us enjoyed the location and easy access to the beach. The space was perfect for all of us to hang out in for a week. Having 2 bathrooms really helped. The full kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. I enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the waves. Within about a mile from a Walmart grocery store made it easy to get essentials. I'd stay here again. Terri (host) was easy to contact and would message back very quickly.

It was cold outside but the water was warm and so was the indoor areas. The activities were cool too. The kids had a great time! Beautiful views from the room! Loved the corner unit and big windows. Beds were comfortable too!

Once again a great stay, kids loved the water park, the room is comfy with anything you need for a quick getaway. One smal issue checking in but was in no way the resort or the owners fault, vrbo was acting up. Owner was fast and very responsive and got us going promply!!!! We are already planning on our next stays in the future.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was perfect location and size for our small family. The water parks were so much fun and the restaurant downstairs was great as well. We hope to be able to stay here again in the near future.

We booked this option for our family fall break to give us the option of the beach, a place for the kids to have some room to stretch out, have their own beds, and everyone to relax. This property was surrounded by homes, and off from the main strip of Myrtle beach which was very nice as not as much traffic and very quiet evenings to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean and read a book. The owner was very nice and responsive to us with our questions. They had made some updates to the property so it looked slightly different than the photos. The kitchen area was well stocked with appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. The washer dryer is in the kitchen area and probably the only thing that wasnt updated that needs to be at some point. It was very small, and took some time to get things dry, unfortunately with kids had to use it often. The water park is a bit smaller than the property lets on, but not the owners fault. We enjoyed both sides of the water park as it is in two different towers. They also offered oversized chess and checkers, shuffle board, and daily activities for the kids. The check-in was a little weird as it was in the first of two towers, and then parking is across the street in a parking garage. Overall we would definitely recommed this property, and if in the area again we'd stay here again.

This was an amazing trip. The property was perfect. Terri was awesome. There was a slight issue with one of the toilets and she was on top of it and made sure we stayed in communication to get it gixed in a timelymanner. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. 5 stars all around

Came for a week with 2 young kids and we had so much fun, we extended our stay. The unit is perfect for a family of 4. Brought our own pack n play and stuck it in one of the bathrooms. Terri was very flexible with check in and we will definitely be back!

Had a great time. We had everything that was needed. Terri responded to our needs quickly and made sure that we got in okay. Would stay again.

Terri was an excellent host. She answered all my questions in a very timely manner. The condo was very clean and excellent location to beach restaurants etc. The staff at Dunes Village were so kind and helpful. The water park was a great hit for my grandson. My family and I had a fantastic time. My 8 year old daughter absolutely loved seeing the ocean for the first time and enjoyed all the activities offered, as well as the pools, slides, and games. The condo was beautiful and clean and Terri was easy to work with and quick to respond. We are already planning to come back to stay again next summer. Thanks for a great stay!

Not really beachfront view condo is on the corner so closer to street than ocean. No check out instructions in the condo and owner wants to charge 150 for leaving towels outside as the facility instructed.

There were plenty of activities to keep my kids busy and they had a blast! We stay here every summer and love it!

Water park for kids and friendly staff.

Condo was just what we needed. Clean two bedroom condo on the shore in a hotel full of amenities. Condo was very comfortable and clean. Condo has side view of ocean but due to it being such a high unit view was still very good and quit from people and cars below. Also property owner was helpful and extremely quick to respond to all questions!

We had a great time at this property. It had everything we needed. Easy to get in. Pics were accurate. The dunes resort was great for my kids! I would stay here again.

This is a fantastic place to stay if you have children. Indoor water park and game room on the first floor were great to have on cold and wet days. Condo was in a good, convenient location. We had a great week and would definitely stay here again.

Terri was so easy to communicate with and even replaced the coffee pot promptly for us since the one wasn’t working when we arrived. Room was as described and very clean. My 2yo loved the water park in the building.

Communication with Terri, the property owner, was great. The location of the property was ideal for the family. We loved the beach and the water park. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

We had a great time. The condo was very clean and spacious. The kitchen has all the tools needed for quick meals. The children ( ages 13,13&14) enjoyed the indoor pools and slides. The beach was perfect. We loved walking right onto the beach from the hotel. The parking garage was easily accessible. Definitely would recommend this unit for families!

The property was just as shown on the pictures. We had plenty of room for the 6 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The water parks were fun and the beach was beautiful. We definitely would stay here again.

I was so impressed with how much the rental matched the description. The rental was overall clean except for we found sand in a blanket in the closet for the pull out sofa and the walls in the master bathtub was dirty. The beds were comfortable. The views from the balcony and master bedroom was spectacular.

The unit itself is exactly what we were looking for. A comfortable place to relax when not out enjoying the beach, pools, or surrounding area. The kitchen was stocked, the amenities were as listed and the shower water pressure was amazing. The weather was changing from cool to warm when we were there and that resulted in some bugs coming into the unit. The owner was more than attentive and immediately reacted by contacting the cleaners and an exterminator to take care of the issue. Would recommend this unit to friends and family.
