Rented this spot for our joint bachelor/bachelorette party with 19 people. This is the all inclusive experience for people who hate all inclusives. Everyone who walks along the beach wants to know what resort you're at. They're jealous. It is insane how close the beach is. Views from every room. Staff was incredible. Thor, property manager, was happy to get us anything we wanted. The bartender, Franklin, kept everyone topped up. The food was the best we've had in the country. Chef Alejandro and his crew were accommodating for vegetarians and the flavors were so fresh.

Thanks to Thor, Alejandro & kitchen staff and Franklin for making our week relaxing and amazing. There were others that kept the property and rooms clean too- thanks to them too. We had 18 family members at The Palms for Christmas week. We also had a great celebration for our 25th wedding anniversary. Kelly helped get us an awesome DJ, photographer and cake for the event. Not having to “dress” for meals as The Palms is your private resort, can’t be beat. The property is a gem. Thor took care of any issues that arose- all which were within normal limits since it’s a busy rental. We travel a lot. Rentals like this are worth it!!

The service at the Palms was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality provided. The property is well laid out with each room ocean facing. The property was as pictured with some expected ocean front wear and tear. Aside from a few rocky areas and a little seaweed, the beach in front and nearby is great.

Incredible place! The villa property, the beach is right there, the staff and the service were just what we hoped for and more! We didn't want to leave!

I'm struggling to write this review because the service was AMAZING, the food was phenomenal, and truly we enjoyed the staff so much because they made the trip amazing. The resort itself is... tired. It needs some updating, it needs new high end mattresses (all of them were rock hard), the screen doors don't really shut correctly in most of the rooms, overall the property just needed a bit of a revamp. My struggle with writing this review was because the staff was so great... but the beach itself is 100% seaweed. Almost completely unusable, nothing like the photographs depict. And they told us this was off season (I was surprised that it could get worse, the beach was 100% covered in seaweed). Again, NOT the property or the staff's fault, but I was expecting Caribbean clear blue waters with beautiful beaches and that is not what this was. But that could be a little on me though because I'm accustomed to bahamas and caymans clear water with no waves (so take my review with a grain of salt). We also weren't allowed to flush toilet paper, so we had to put it in a trash can next to the toilet... which took some time to acclimate to. The cleaning service was great though and they cleaned it out every day but it still was an adjustment coming from the US. The other adjustment was not being able to brush our teeth with the sink water, it was treated for showers but they made sure to tell us not to put the water in our mouths because we could get sick. And I still did get sick (to no fault of the property or the staff, just the fact that my stomach is not used to those types of germs). Again, I struggle writing this review because the staff was so freaking awesome that they don't deserve to not have people book... but the owner needs to make some updates to really justify the cost. I'd still say 4 stars though because truly the service was freaking awesome and the food was great, but I personally wouldn't return because I don't want to be worried on my vacation about not accidentally flushing toilet paper in the toilet or potentially getting sick from brushing my teeth with the sink water. Overall just not for me, but the staff was so amazing they made it awesome. If you HAVE to go to DR, and you are fully aware of what you're signing up for, the staff here was incredible and the food was great.

We came with 22 family members, ages 10-87 and we all had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful and right on the ocean with an on- shore breeze and constant surf sounds. The staff was even more impressive- kind, considerate and the food was 5 star!!

The Palms is an absolutely beautiful home in a tremendous location. The house is wonderful, the pool amazing and the views just simply can't be beat. All of that being said, the staff is what really makes the property. The chef is absolutely top notch and the entire staff works tirelessly to make sure that your every need is taken care of during your entire stay.

We just completed a week long stay at the Palm and it was pure bliss. We used the home for an annual family reunion and our large group couldn’t have been more satisfied. The octogenarians in the group loved being able to access the beach directly from the front yard for morning and evening walks, the toddlers loved the 150 foot swimming pool, replete with every pool toy/float you could imagine, the adults loved swimming in the ocean out back and the sheer size of the property which allows for everyone, even a group of 30, to enjoy privacy when needed. But EVERYONE loved the staff - They really do feel like family and are constantly working to ensure everyone enjoys every moment at the Palms. Special shout outs to Franklin the bartender, Eduarda who served meals, Alejandro the chef. Ezekiel the house manager and everyone else who worked so hard during our stay. We are lucky to stay at staffed villas around the world often and the quality of the food and service here was really top notch. Thank you to everyone at the Palm for making our stay exactly what we were seeking.

Our time was incredible from start to finish. The location with the pool and beachfront is amazing. The entire staff completely understands what it takes to provide world class customer service. I would recommend to anyone to stay at this beautiful property.

The villa is beautiful. My friends and I had a great vacation celebrating my graduation. The hosts, chef, maid, and bartender were very responsive and made sure we had a great time. I will definitely be back!

We suggested similar amenities with a more private experience and set out to find a house in the Caribbean that could provide. The Palms was perfect! The home strikes the right balance of gorgeous but livable. The staff quickly becomes an extension of your family and we all easily let our guard down to a level of relaxation rarely experienced. The food was exceptional, served with a smile, and you felt the team truly enjoyed their role in providing happiness for others. Understand, the house takes a beating from the salt air and be realistic that you will see that challenge. There will also be beach dogs that will say hello (sweet and friendly), plenty of lizards and the occasional visitor from abroad who can't resist a pose leaning against the front palm tree on the beach. In other words, this is an authentic experience. We loved the massages on the second level porch and dancing on the roof to celebrate the birthdays in our group. There is enough space to hide if you need an introvert moment to recharge and three bars if you are looking to go big. Finally, the owner and other support staff are attentive, supportive, and a lot of fun. I can't think of a better way to have a large group enjoy one another and hope to be back! Enjoyed thoroughly

We were 12 forty-something guys on a long Covid-escape weekend looking for a getaway that had it all. The pictures are fairly accurate (other than beach which is experiencing a lot of erosion but it still sounds amazing in bed). What you don't realize is how incredible the communication is. With 12 different people in the era of Covid, we had a gazillion questions and requests prior to departure, and they were always responded to, and never with attitude. The staff at the villa was top notch - friendly, fun and very competent. The assigned concierge made sure any issue was taken care of immediately. The excursion partner arranged any trip or amenity we needed. The food was way above average. We had to worry about nothing. If you like the photos and the reviews, just book it. There is no way you'll regret it. NO WAY!

Professional and everything is set up for a good trip

I seriously don't even think there are words to describe just how amazing everything was at The Palms Punta Cana. I spent a week long vacation there with my closet friends and family, and got married in the middle of the week on the beach. I knew the pictures made it look awesome, and I read previous reviews about "how amazing the staff was", but still was not expecting it to be even close to as amazing as it was. Not only is the house amazing, each room is incredible, great view, great AC, private bathroom, etc., but THE STAFF. I truly believe sometimes the staff of an establishment can absolutely make or break how great the stay was, and the staff at the palms was easily the best crew ever! They were NOT just employees of the palms, by the end of the stay, they were our friends, and they made our entire stay just amazing. HUGE shout out to Seeley the house manager for being so great and making sure our stay was PERFECT, but also huge shout out to Franklin who was the best bar tender/volleyball player/most fun!! I could truly go on and on forever about how amazing this place was. I'm SO thankful we choose them!!

Great place, great people.

Our family had a glorious week at The Palms over New Years. It’s a gracious and comfortable space, right on a beautiful stretch of beach but enough back so that you have a real sense of privacy. You walk right down to the water for great swimming and lovely long walks. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the combination of long meandering pool and gorgeous ocean front was perfect for our group which ranged in age from 1 to 80. The staff was attentive and helpful without being in the least intrusive. They met our every need, frequently anticipating what we wanted before we even knew ourselves. And the food was truly delicious. Three lovely meals a day and the special bonus of poolside snacks in the afternoons. Alejandro, the chef, was wonderful to work with, creating meals that were interesting and authentic for the adults but full of kid friendly choices as well. They went way beyond what might have been expected, creating two truly charming birthday celebrations for us- with great decorations and singing.and a great sense of fun. All 22 of us give The Palms our highest and most enthusiastic recommendation!

Out group has been renting beach houses w friends and their families for many summers. This was the best. We had kids from 6-16 years as well as 12 parents who very much enjoyed the house. It is very much as pictured on VRBO, clean, relaxing and spacious. Staff is super friendly, accommodating and hassle free. Bartender and chef especially great. Food is delicious and healthy- Alejandro accommodated kids, gluten free and vegetarian diets at every meal. Highly recommended!

We cannot say enough good things about this place and we have traveled extensively. The house, staff, food, location, EVERYTHING was exceptional. We are coming back for sure!

Just leaving the Villa today and already thinking about when we can back there. Every single detail about our stay exceeded our expectations. We had 26 people there celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday. The food was exceptional and the service was amazing. The band we flew in was an awesome touch. The staff surprised us with a delicious birthday cake and song. Seeley recommended the group party boat excursion and it was so great that we ended up extending it while we were there. There is absolutely nothing I would change! Seely, and her team, are world class and they made us feel like we were the most important people in the world!

The Palms is paradise. It is deserving of every 5 star review it has received and lives up to and exceeds every expectation. If you're considering this resort, stop looking and just book. Chef Alejandro is of the highest level. His food was spectacular. (I really can't say enough about how good the food was.) Seeley made sure our stay was perfection. She is attentive to every detail and took care of our every need (restocking, massages, entertainment, etc.). Wander is a great bartender and seemed unfazed by our crazy fun partying. Our group was 27 large, celebrating 40th birthdays. Enjoy your stay at The Palms!!! We would love to return.

AMAZING experience! 9 of us celebrated my husband's 40th birthday and we all felt the same way! It's like being on your own private resort! Right in the beach, pool, games, bars, phenomenal staff! You cannot go wrong! At the end the staff surprised my husband with a happy birthday cake, music, dancing! He was floored as were we all. We will be going back for sure.

This was The PERFECT Place for our trip!! This was my daughter’s Senior Trip, she and 10 of her friends had The Trip of a Life time Thanks to Seeley and the Staff at the Palms!!! They went the Extra mile Every Day to make sure they had everything they needed!! I will Forever Be grateful for the Seeley and the Staff for giving us SPECIAL Memories that will Last a Life time!!❤️
