I really like the activities that the property has even though it was a weekday there was always something to do the activities at the pool were great the fire show was awesome had a very nice time at the beach party.

That it was way too big and you had to walk a lot other than that everything was great

In addition to being harrased for time share presentations, THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!!! There was only 5 items on the room service menu. That alone was enough to ruin an entire trip for us. We are major foodies. Its what we look forward to everytime we travel. They advertise 24hr room service but that is for Priveleged guests. That was another issue for me, the term priveleged is how we name white entitlement! So way to go with that ne choice! I cringed everytime I heard it! We couldnt get a simple batch of fresh fries the entire time we were there. A fresh meal for that matter. Nothing was hot! It was obvious that the food was cooked in the mornings and then just circulated at various snack bars and restaurants. The only time we had a fresh cooked meal was at the Sakura restaurant (hibachi). The drinks were watered down. We ended up purchasing our own bottle of rum just to give the drinks a kick. Our room was very humid and smelled of mold. The bed constantly felt wet bc of the humidity. We had to keep the thermostat below 65 F to reduce humidity. The floors are all faux wood. We had a swim up suite and were worried we were going to slip and fall at some point bc the water just sat on the floors. Half of the room should be a slip and waterproof surface. We lined the floors with towels which was difficult because getting towels and wash cloths were a constant challenge. I included photos of the food, one of which was supposed to be cheesecake but there was no crust so it literally was more like a hunk of cheese, no cake. A filet mignon which was smaller than my hand and a dried up mashed sweet potato. There's also a pic of the old fries my husband got with his steak. Not only will we not return to this resort we will not be returning to the island. What was supposed to be a quick 3 day getaway was a 3 day nightmare!

good and the fact you had to make reservations at every restaurant. the beach had too much seaweed. couldn’t get in water without seaweed crawling all over you.. the seaweed had bugs in it and it smelled bad..

I loved everything about the place. The staff just gets you in a good mood, always at your service and making sure you are having a good stay!

The food though... I had bad digestion throughout the whole stay! Still not sure if the heat is to blame or the food... But something about the food didn't felt right (to me). It was nice , but I think the way they preserve may not be effective. Other than that I had the best time of my life. Also service is kind of slow ... But I think it's a cultural thing ? You'll have to be patient for your coffee! And the airco ... Bring a sweater with you ^^

Beautiful resort, from the entrance to the grand lobby. My room was fabulous.

Room service food was not the best. paying groups of Haitians $5 a day to clean seaweed from the beaches all day without refreshments. I had to quench their thirst out of empathy.
