We had 6 families stay at Lakin it Easy and it was such a nice place for us to stay and gather! From being a short walk to the outdoor pool to the nice open kitchen and living area where we could all hangout together was splendid. Beth was very accommodating and a great communicator with instructions on the house and gave us a detailed list of the places to go in Branson! We highly recommend for young families with kiddos.

We had 15 teachers that came up from Arkansas to attend Esther at Sight and Sound. Our stay was PERFECT. We had room to spread out and play table games and play ping pong and Corn hole! Some of us hit the pool which was conveniently right next door to our house. We ordered pizza for dinner and had space to all sit down together for a meal. We sat both outside and inside in the morning for coffee and breakfast. It was the perfect space for us to connect and have a ball. It was clean, updated, spacious, accommodating and cozy. We’d highly recommend it to anyone.

Very clean! Located right by Table Rock Lake! Family enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and the arcade machine. Pool was a short walking distance from our cottage. And so was the lake. We definitely had a great time!!

We had 5 families and 7 bedrooms so it was great. Each family had a room and there were 2 extra rooms for the older grandchildren who needed space. The pool was a 1 minute walk and we found the little trail to the lake. We loved floating around in our mostly private little spot.

This home was perfect for our group of 15 people! We loved that each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The home has a great view of Table Rock Lake and is the perfect location for venturing out to all that Branson has to offer. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home.

We have a tradition of staying in Branson together for Christmas. We love a big house because there is 13 of us and we like to be together. Lakin It Easy is a great house. Owner is very responsive if needed. The house was clean and well stocked.

The condo was perfect for our family. The location of the condo was perfect. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were great to work with. They send you tons of information for the condo and the area. We will definitely stay here again.

We booked this place for our family trip to Branson. The location was perfect and easy access to all the shows and activities. Very close. The views were awesome and the house was great. Fit 14 adults perfectly. The place was clean and we had no issues. Highly recommend.

This house greatly served our family needs for our annual vacation, this time in Branson. The house has all you need for multiple families, as we had a total of 13 adults and children. We loved the king beds and companion bath rooms, the open gathering spaces, the game room, and view of nearby Table Rock Lake. Our family enjoyed the trail and path to the shoreline.
We felt very safe in this house and neighborhood. The property management was very responsive and replied to every correspondence (text) we had.
Finally, the location has great access to many of Brandon’s activities. We really liked being on the west side, which saved us time.
We’d definitely stay at this house again.

There were 11 of us and we had the best time in the home. The home is very spacious and offered everything we needed. The bedrooms are large, and the beds are very comfortable. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and the home has two refrigerators. Very conveniently located close to town and offers a beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend!!! We will be back.

We have a large family that’s hard to get everyone together for a holiday weekend. Beth’s properties provide the perfect place for any group to hang out and enjoy the lake. We had a great time, Beth was very responsive when we needed it, and will happily come back.

The house was great. Super clean and most everything was in perfect working order. Communications priornto check in and check in process were super easy and efficient. We even added an extra day before our stay and they were able to accomodate us. Kitchen upstairs was great and having extra fridge and counter space downstairs was nice for our group. Will certainly look to find time to stay again!

We enjoyed our time at Lakin it Easy! The kids loved the pool within close walking distance. Plenty of room for all family members! We take an annual trip with our 4 adult children & their families & this house is in our top of favorites! One thing to improve on is more outdoor seating on lower patio & wish there were a recycle bin in the complex.

What a wonderful property with a ton of amenities! Great location. Only issue we had was the girls were still mopping at 4 when we were there ready to check in. We walked into the property with a horrible stench of vinegar we sprayed to get that cleaned out before the rest of the group showed up. We needed to press our clothes for family photos and the iron was missing a knob. Otherwise everything was remarkable what a wonderful location and time were had!!

Everything about our trip was truly wonderful. Each couple had a room with king bed and their own bathroom. Some of us had kids and still had plenty of room for all. For a group of 2.0 ppl we never felt crammed or on top of each other. The split levels and patios help with this. The neighborhood is so cute and clean. Great outdoor and indoor pools. A small playground for the littles. Super close to every activity. The strip is 6-8 mins away. Big Cedar/Top of the Rock were just 20 mins away. Everything was just perfect and even through we did have a couple minor issues with thermostats and plumbing, the management was easy to contact and responded kindly and quickly. They truly took care of us, answered all our questions and provided us with everything we could possibly need! We will be coming back or staying at another one of Beth’s properties for sure!

Our family of 16 stayed in June and loved our accommodations! Having ALL king size beds was a big plus for the 4 adult couples! Kids loved their game room with the pool table, big screen tv, and video game! The hot tub was a big plus as well! Kitchen supplied with all we needed! Very pleased with communication by texting immediately! Helpful in every way! Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Check in was easy. Well stocked kitchen that had all the dishes, pots, pans etc. that we needed. Comfortable and a quiet area. Plenty of room for our group of 18 ranging in ages from 1 to 62. Kids enjoyed playing pool against their parents. Easy and quick access to Branson attractions. Great view and beautiful sunsets.

Our group had a fabulous stay at Beth’s property! The house was perfect for our needs, was well stocked, clean and in a fabulous location. Check in/out was easy and Beth was a great communicator. Our party had everything from two 80 year olds to two six year olds and there was something for everyone! We look forward to booking another one of Beth’s properties for future visits to Branson! Our multigenerational family had a great time in Branson. Although the weather was cold, the house was plenty big enough - the grandkids were downstairs in the game room, the others upstairs enjoying basketball on the tv. One of the best things is the size of the table which allowed all 12 of us to eat together. It was a great weekend.

My family enjoyed our stay here. Everything was beautiful and well-kept. The views of the lake was wonderful. Having private bathrooms for each small family was perfect. The provided linens and kitchen items worked well for our purposes. Beth was great at communicating with us! Would totally stay here again or another property managed by Beth.

The house is amazing! We had a family trip and everyone loved the house. Plenty of room to be together and go to private areas when needed. The kids loved the basement area! Our only minor complaint was the community pool. It's indoor but the thermostat was set to 66. It was way to cold.for the kids. Still, we had a great trip. This is our second time renting from Beth and definitely will again.

We loved the house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the whole gang! We actually stayed at Ridgetop Retreat instead of this house, due to my reservation error, but I'm sure this one is just as nice.
