We absolutely loved our stay at Anni and Bob’s lake house home. We live in a noisy, high traffic area, so the quiet lake vibe was a much welcomed one. There is a great paddle boat, and a lovely outside area with a fire pit. It’s also right next to a fun and upbeat dive bar/restaurant, Sam’s. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay with family and dogs. We will definitely book with them again!

This location was a halfway point for a girls weekend getaway. Three of us were from MO and one from TX. You never truly know what you’re gonna get when you rent a place, but we can honestly say this was one of the BEST places we’ve stayed at. Not only were Bob and Anni the most perfect hosts ever, but the house, itself, was fully stocked with anything anyone may need. While we were here, we visited Garven Gardens and the glass chapel. Absolutely beautiful! But we mostly just enjoyed hanging out on the dock and in the lake swimming and kayaking. We hope to make our girls weekend away a yearly trip and this will likely be our go to spot for future get togethers. We may even try to bring others along with us since there’s another house just a few steps away. Bob and Anni, you are lovely people and we really appreciate you. THANK YOU!!!

Our family had a a great time! Ms. Anni made the whole process super easy. The only thing I didn’t care for was having to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, somewhat awkward and could be disturbing to the front bedroom person if they are private and we are. Otherwise lots of extras to enjoy such as paddle boat, kayaks, the boat house with lovely sitting area right on the lake! Thank you!

This was a wonderful 1st trip to H.S. Owners were very accomidating to anything. The location was great. Very sweet couple that enjoyed our kiddos and our little fur baby. We will definitely be back ❤️

We enjoyed the easy walk to the dock. We hung out there a lot. Has water toys there to use but bring life jackets Owners are very nice and helpful The one shower is not connected to a bedroom so that helps One bedroom doesn’t have a bathroom They provided towels We will stay there again. Kitchen has everything u need Very close to downtown Hot Springs Bubba Brew is a must and not far drive.

We had a lovely family vacation on Lake Hamilton. This house has everything you need and more! The layout of the bedrooms is a little awkward for 3 sets of adults but we made it work, would be totally fine for kids. We especially enjoyed the paddle boat and kayaks.

Anni is a gem as much as the home is. We visited for a graduation and needed to have space to house family from outside areas. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (and if it wasn't there, Anni had it). 10/10, could not have loved this spot any more. Thank you both for everything.

Great property- a little closer to other properties than we expected but wonderful lake access. Close to lots of restaurants and activities

My husband and I had a nice time staying at this home. We went for Arkansas Derby weekend. The home is comfortable, and there is a nice little dock on the lake. Restaurants and the race track are just a short drive away. There is also a fun restaurant literally steps away. We recommend this place.

We completely enjoyed our stay!! Bob and Annie were great hosts and more than accommodating!! The house was great and had a beautiful view of the lake!! The fact that it was dog friendly was an added bonus that allowed our entire family to be together! We will definitely come back again!

Great spot right on the lake and close to everything we wanted to do.

My husband and I, along with our two grown sons, had a great time here. The house was clean with plenty of room for the four of us. It was a little cold for kayaking, but the fire pit was perfect for evening s'mores and conversation. We would love to come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the kayaks and the paddle boat provided with the rental.

Ann and Bob were great host. Ann met us to help locate the property. We loved the fire pit! Nice weekend visit.

We spent Thanksgiving week at Anni and Bob’s property on Lake Hamilton. It was wonderful! The main house and dock house were perfect for our family. Everything was super clean. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. Anni and Bob were great. They helped us us check in and showed us the property. They were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the kayak and paddle boat and fished from the dock. We can’t wait to come again!!

Nice relaxing

Anne and Bob were great hosts. The house is stocked with everything you need. I usually pack everything possible and I could have just packed a duffle with some basic supplies for the boat and lake with a small grocery run. The house has everything you could need. Location is great on the lake and ease of access to the dock and boat slip just steps away. We can’t wait for a return trip!

We had a great time. We enjoyed feeding the geese and fish. We also enjoyed going out in the paddle boat and my son enjoyed the kayak.

We had our elderly grandfather, and our young kids. We all had a great time! We swam, fished and kayaked all day long. Bob and Anni are the nicest people and made the sign up and check in so easy. They provide 2 kayaks and a paddle boat to use, along with all the amenities in the house and at the cabin by the lake. The kitchen is modern and had all the facilities you will need. The air conditioning worked great, which was important because it was 100 degrees while we were there. We all really enjoyed feeding the geese and turtles off the dock. We highly recommend Bob and Anni's house on the lake.

Nice place with all the stuff you need. Single couple, two couples or a family with more than 2 kids kid of place. Master bedroom wall facing the lake is all windows. A/c worked great. Must try Sam's pizza two building away!! Enjoy!!

Anni and Bob were great to work with and we loved our stay! It was a very hot week so we spent a lot of time in the lake! We all had a great time- Very close to so many things to do and just a great place for our family!

This was fantastic! I loved that there were 2 half baths and a full bath, water pressure was GREAT and there was everything that you could need kitchen wise. There were 2 outdoor grills, fishing poles if you wanted to use them off the dock and a great restaurant next door! We will keep them in mind for the next vacation that we take!

Anni and Bob were great! Great communication and wonderful place to stay! We loved Sam’s pizza being right beside us!

We enjoyed our stay. Had fun fishing, kayaking and just relaxing in the backyard. It was great to have Sam's Restaurant next door. Kroger is 5 minutes away and downtown Hot Springs was about a 10 minute drive. Bob and Ann were super friendly and informative of the area. The fenced yard was perfect for our pup to enjoy. We hope to return!

This is a great place to stay with family. My teens had room to spread out and have their own space. There are kayaks and a paddle boat to use. Ann is super friendly and gives great suggestions for entertainment and eating.

We had simply the best stay at Ann and Bob’s property in Hot Springs, Arkansas! The property is absolutely terrific and perfect for our needs. The Atmosphere of the Home: Warm and Cozy. The beds: Comfortable, The Outdoor Area and Dock: Relaxing, and The Overall Feel: Welcoming and Hospitable. From the first to the last steps of our 5 day visit, we truly enjoyed our stay and are happy to refer this property and the wonderful hosts of Ann and Bob to everyone!

Great experience & wonderful location!

The cottage was cozy and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. It was well equipped with everything one would need. The hosts were excellent …….extremely hospitable and quick to reply. Ms Anni also provided towels for my puppy!!!!
