Location & transportation are difficult to find .. it will take time to find .. hotel should offer free transportation

The property is on isolated location.

The check-in experience was terrible. The gentleman on the reception was not familiar with the booking rules. I made the reservation with my credit card and intending to make the payment with the same card, but at the time of payment the guy on the reception insisted me to provide Mada card/debit card. Actually he started scanning my wallet and insisted me to pay through debit card. I had no other choice at the time while my family was waiting in the car as we drove from Makkah. There is a huge margin for customer service improvement. Nothing personal but the local receptionist acts as we are bothering him for basic check-in or check-out procedure. Not welcoming at all.

Value for money.

The good was parking, rest of the things were okay

The room size was small, no extra mattress provided "free" though I booked for 2+1. Bathroom was so small and drainage was choked and the staff did not support even inform them already. Bathroom was smelly and only one towel was provided for 2 days stay and for 3 people !!!!! Wifi was just okay, did not support 2 or 3 devices very well. The staff was just typical traditional ; not a multi lingual and even did not want to speak or listen other languages !!!

The reception staff and the owner Abu Habeeb was very nice.

Bathroom water drain system is NOT good at all. You can't take shower as there is no proper drain from the bathroom tub. Room# 206
