Everything about this hotel was perfect to be honest, smooth check in, great service in every department, the catering team including manager during breakfast were soooo lovely and tended to every single need, the hotel was super clean and cute, they made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The welcoming staff were lovely, the staff who stand by the entrance were friendly and welcoming, just everything was good. The location of the hotel is superb, directly infront of Masjid Nabawi. Highly reccomend this hotel, would defo stay there again. Masjid view twin room, perfect and pretty. Shawarma place 3rd left street from the hotel (maybe 4th) cheap and delicious, thank me later ;)

To be honest, I have absolutely no complaints.

مستودي النظافة 8/10 مستوي الصيانة 9/10 صغر مساحة الصالة الداخلية مع الاستقبال كنت غير موفق بالأكل به

Overall the experience was good. Location is quite close to the Masjid e Nabawi, the room size are bit smaller. Breakfast is average. Staff was very friend specially the reception guy Khalid.

اعجبني الاستقبال والترحيب والضيافه وحسن التعامل والمطعم والشيف شادي ممتاز جدا . الفندق عموما جديد ونظيف وسعره معقول.❤️

لم يعجبني المسافه كبيره بين الحرم والمسجد متعبه بالنسبه لكبار السن والمتعبين . كذلك ازعاج بعض الزوار بالطبخ داخل الغرفه والرائحه . ولعب الاطفال في الممر وقت النوم🥺
