Yes me and my Family a wonderful time here at the lake house, wish we could've stayed longer.

This SFR was in a nice neighborhood close to Hot Springs proper, with plenty of dining and recreation possibilities nearby. But we cooked in every night - great kitchen! The kids did some light fishing off the dock, fed the flock of geese that lives nearby, and saw deer in the woods across the lake in the distance. We had a wonderful view of the lake from the master bedroom, and the game room was plenty fun, if you do not play too seriously. The property was stocked better than most vrbo's. We went to several state parks nearby. The only small disappointment was the kayaks are not included without additional fee. Totally understandable but should have been made clear in the original listing. Overall a most excellent rental and I highly recommend.

First, let me be upfront about my disdain for "grade inflation" that is becoming so prevalent. When every kid gets an "A", and every property gets 5 stars, the ratings become meaningless. Rant over :). This property is very nice and would be ideal for several couples (or a large family) going to the track. But a few minor issues keep it from being perfect: 1) I sent and inquiry re: early check in, and did not receive a response. 2) It is on the water, but the view is more "pond-like" than what most might imagine when they hear "lake view". Still nice. 2) For what you get, I think the rental price is very reasonable, but we felt a little gouged by the mandatory cleaning fee. We were there about 36 hours (much of that was sleeping), used only two BR's, and did not cook any meals. On leaving, we stripped the beds, took out the trash, and ran the dishwasher. If we left any clutter behind, it was minimal. Clean up could not have been anywhere near what might be needed following a longer stay by a much larger group. We would have felt a bit better if the fee was potentially refundable, or even included in a higher rental price. PLEASE keep in mind I consider these minor issues, and we would stay there again (if they will still have us :) )

Very nice place and great amenities

Our family enjoyed the property. The place was very nice. The black light and game room were very fun. There was great birding off the back patio. Easy to find. Close to grocery store. Great place. Property owner was easy to communicate with.

We had a lovely stay with our family over spring break. The house was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and pots/pans. Heads up - there isn't any coffee, and were only a couple dishwasher tabs, so we had to buy more as we stayed a full week. Our kids were excited to use the kayaks to explore the lake, but we had to wait awhile to get the codes to unlock them. We were also expected to empty and take out garbage cans, strip beds, and start laundry, which we haven't had to do at other VRBOs - We assumed that would be included in the cleaning fee. Overall though, we had a great time.

Good location, nice views. Very quiet area which was great, but still nearby most things you'd want to do in town. Kids loved the downstairs games and media room.

This was our first trip to Hot Springs. We spent a long weekend and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The houses location was great.

We had friends from 5 states staying and everyone loved the house and the location. The host was most accommodating. We were all older adults, but this would be a great place for families with children. Beautiful house and fun game room. Great for fishing and fun on the water. Will definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed the weekend for a softball tournament. The house was fantastic and provided a great place to enjoy family and friends. The kids loved the downstairs game room, and we loved watching wildlife from the dock. Looking forward to another stay!

This house had everything and I mean everything. We were able to have our newborn and our two older children enjoy their stay. Still more to do have to come back.

Great property especially the game room. We spent most of our time playing games and this was great for easily bored teenagers. Highly recommend for families and those who just want to get away.

Plenty to do locally with the boats and game room. Comfy and pleasant space and very accessible to outside activities.

This house is so much fun! The games downstairs are the best and upstairs there is every board game you can imagine. The beds are super comfy, the house is squeaky clean, and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. Greg was super responsive to any questions we had.

We had a great time! My son never wanted to leave. We were able to feed some ducks right off the dock. The dock is nicely shaded so it is a great spot for fishing.

The only thing that could have made our trip more perfect was if we had booked a longer stay! A 4 night stay was not nearly long enough to fit it all in and soak it all up! The house was amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Quick easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. The house was FULL of activities (inside and outside) to keep everyone of all ages occupied at all times and the Owners were wonderful. Super accommodating and always responded quickly when we had questions. Definitely planning to book again!

This place was awesome in every sense of the word! We enjoyed the easy access to the water, to stores, to town, it was all fantastic. The gameroom was absolutely the best for young and old. The house was very clean and well taken care of. The owner was very accomodating with our challening schedule in picking up our daughter's family at the airport. It was a wonderful time for all. We all took a vote and would love to book it again. Thank you!

We had a great time fishing and playing in the game room for hours. We also loved the media and had a movie night.

The house was perfect for our vacation and visit to Hot Springs. Great scenic location that was close to restaurants, downtown and Hot Springs Country Club. The game room was stocked and kept the evenings very busy. Jennifer and Greg were great hosts, providing excellent directions and available for any questions. Highly recommend this home for any visit to Hot Springs.

Beautiful and clean. Driveway is very steep and was a bit of a challenge for full size truck, car and large suv, but we managed. We brought a boat so the trailer took up the garage. Location is very centrally located, which we enjoyed. The game room is the star of the show. It is huge and has everything imaginable. We would stay again.

Very cozy and comfortable and awesome location, close to everything in Hot Springs. Owner was very easy to get a hold of I would definietly stay there again. Great game room for adults and kids!!

Plenty of space, bedrooms and baths. Such a fun game room downstairs! Lots of opportunities for challenges! It was our second year for our family weekend and it was even better than last year.

The house was just as described! Plenty of room, beautiful views and an incredibly convenient location. We were no more than 15 min from anything we wanted to do. So nice to be such a short drive from all the hot spots but feel so secluded. Owner was helpful and super responsive to us when we had a question. Such a great house and grateful to the owner for sharing it with us!

We had a great stay at this property with two families and a wide range of kids! The downstairs game room and movie bunk room was absolutely perfect for the rainy day we had here. Everyone was comfortable, Greg answered questions promptly and we caught lots of fish down on the dock.

Our extended family has an annual Christmas trip and this was our destination this year. The lake house was beautiful, the scenery was beautiful, and it was in the perfect location (close to downtown, but far enough for peace and rest). The game room and theater room were amazing and kept the kiddos busy as the adults visited and rested from excursions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property was beautiful and an amazing getaway.. the backyard view is amazing and the owners were very very kind and helpful and the communication with them was perfect . We will be back!
