The house was exactly as described and was the perfect size for our group of 11 (6 adults, 5 kids). The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating when we had to adjust our arrival date due to a death in the family, and she left us a lovely gift as a token of her condolences. We loved being so close to so many activities! More than half of the Pogo Pass activities were within a 20 minutes drive. Despite a poor showing of the eclipse, we had a very lovely time in Frisco!

Had one issue while at this location but the host was right on it. While our issue wasn’t an easy instant fix, it was addressed quickly.

Great house lots of beds, towels and stocked kitchen. Clean hot tub amd quiet street near everything. Communication was great and superior flexibility with an early check in. Very grateful for the experience. Would book again for sure!

While visiting family in the area, we were privileged to stay in this lovely, neat, convenient duplex that was perfectly located and made our trip with a four and one year old much easier with such a comfortable home base. Many, many thanks to Tina for her hospitality - we would stay again if in the area!!

Great property in a quiet location. Vacationed with 3 other couples for the weekend. The hot tub didn’t seem very warm so we didn’t use it. Communication with the property manager was easy and she was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this property.

Guys weekend that was phenomenal. The home was in a quiet area but accessible to everything in Frisco. From checking to checkout, everything exceeded expectations. Will be back.

The house was perfect for us. We were 7 adults and 3 children, ages 7, 9 and 11. We just had a minor complaint and that was we didn’t have enough bath towels. We had 7 towels for the 7 adults, but non for the kids. We solved that by having the kids use the beach towels and they actually just shared one. We didn’t notify the host because we were off and running from the time we got there. Tia was always so easy to communicate with and send a quick response. Other than the towel issue, which became a non-issue, our stay was just about perfect! The house is quiet - you’d never guess it was a duplex. We are so glad we chose to stay here!

Lovely Spacious Home
I was very impressed by this property. At first I was uncertain about a duplex, but this house truly exceeded my expectations. The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. The home owner was also awesome. Tina was so pleasant and easy to work with. Her hospitality alone deserves a 5 rating. The hot tub was wonderful.
If I ever decide to stay in this area again, this home would be my first choice.

Best Vrbo Yet
I have been to many properties on Vrbo and let me tell you this has been the best one yet. I was told this was a duplex but did not believe it when you go inside. I have never been to a Vrbo without having problems up until now.
This is the place you should book if you want the most out of your money.

Perfect Easter Weekend for 3 Generations
The owner was great with communication, and the place had a little bit of everything for everyone including a high chair, pack -n-play, and play baby swing. The kids found a soccer ball and other games there too. The dining table was converted into a pool table in the evening. The hot tub was a hit. The place was spacious, clean, and well stocked. This duplex is located on a cul-de-sac and is quiet. We would definitely stay there again!

Three mothers and three11yo girls all stayed here for the weekend and we all survived.😁 There is plenty of room and the layout is perfect. We enjoyed the decor and we had everything we needed at our fingertips. It was a truly enjoyable experience! Would love to stay again!

This home set the standard for all VRBOs! Spic and Span! It truly felt like home. We were there on business, but we quickly went from business to personal. Momcation, EVERY MOM should get away for a weekend to relax free of the kids and the man, just you or share with other moms!

Beautiful, clean home
My husband, son, 3 of his college friends and I stayed the Labor Day weekend in this lovely home. Plenty of room, kitchen well stocked, quiet - this was an absolutely fantastic weekend. Our college students needed to get away from their dorm and this was perfect. Amazing how quiet this location is.

My family and I rented this beautiful duplex for 4 days to celebrate the 4th of July. The check in process was extremely easy, no complications at all. What we loved most about this place is that it was very clean and well stocked with everything you need!!! We will definitely rent this property again when visiting Texas.
