Everything except a little cold in bathroom. And Nobuko is extremely hospitable.

Suzume-An is on a quiet street with a plethora of restaurants and shops in the "Fushimi Ward" within a 5 - 10 minute walk. I highly recommend Yamorido for breakfast and Cafe Mokuren for later in the day. Chusojima station is a 5 minute walk and Momoyamagoryo station is about a 10 minute walk - both of these train lines will take you to every major tourist attraction across the city for $2 - $5 USD each way. There is a peaceful walking path across the road that runs along the canal.The washing machine worked great, the tub is very soothing and the house was exceptionally clean. Nobuko, the hostess was lovely.

For me everything was great. The stairs leading up to the bedroom are very steep and the beds are futon mattresses on the floor. If someone has knee or back injuries this might not be the best option.

The owner was very warm and kind. The room was very comfortable. Five of us went together and lived upstairs and downstairs.
