Couldn’t have chosen a better place to be. The condo was absolutely beautiful and the beach and ocean were just steps away. There were chaises and umbrellas for our use everyday. We were very comfortable and relaxed the entire week. The owners very very accommodating and kind. There was email communication often just checking in with us. Boca Grande is an awesome little town. Very laid back atmosphere. There are quite a few restaurants offering delicious menus. When we ate in, which was almost everyday, the condo had the utensils we needed to cook and make our own. Sunset was breathtaking in some way every night. We just sat on the lanai and enjoyed the view. Hope to visit this lovely condo again!!

Wow, what a great experience and property! I rarely write reviews but I wanted to pass this on to anyone looking for a great beach vacation. The whole process from beginning to end was a rare find. We are a discerning couple that wanted just the right location and property for my wife’s birthday and this was perfect. The attention to detail and cleanliness made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Beautifully appointed and an amazing location. We loved the screened in lanai and steps from the beach where the sound of the waves can be heard. Just about anything you can need or think of was supplied. That in itself is unusual. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing beach vacation with great amenities, it will not disappoint! Our host was wonderful to work with and no gaps in communication. We will definitely be back! 5 strong stars!

We loved the proximity to the beach and the view from the back of the condo was amazing! The island has many options for shopping and food but you’re only minutes away from the main land options. Loved the location!

The unit was absolutely amazing. We could see dolphin playing in the ocean from the lanai and gopher turtles walking by on the path directly behind the unit. The unit was equipped with everything you need to cook a nice meal. The owners provide all paper products, laundry detergent and a very nice welcome gift of wine, coffee and snacks! My husband and I have stayed on Boca Grande and rented for several years. We have never stayed in a nicer unit! Can’t wait to return!

Location, location, location. Well appointed and maintained condo as close to the beach and gulf as you can get. This unit has been recently updated & upgraded and it shows. Beautiful, comfortable furniture throughout and a new modern kitchen with everything you would expect in a first class unit. The Boca Grande Club offerings are 5-star as well with an exercise center, 2- pools, 1 pool with food & beverage service and the dinning at the Clubhouse was outstanding with an unbelievable view! First class, five stars all the way.

This is my first VRBO stay. The place was great and as advertised. The owner had a detailed checklist explaining how everything worked which was very helpful. If all owners are as easy to work with as this time, I will definitely do this again.

A perfect stay. The condo is lovely and equipped with everything you need. The location within the club is wonderful...just steps to the beach, fitness and tennis. Our favorite location was the screened porch with lovely beach view. Excellent host provided very detailed instructions. We loved our stay here and will return next year to this same property.

Upscale and sharp beachside 2 bedroom, with well equipped modern kitchen, new appliances, spacious bedrooms & baths, large living room and dining table, relaxing screened lanai, and outdoor sundeck. Great communication with helpful owner. Very easy, can’t wait to come back.

We stayed at this property May 7-14, 2022. Outside the condo is steps from the beach with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico with awe inspiring sunsets. The condo is situated on a property that has pools, tennis courts and a restaurant. Inside, the furnishings, the décor, the appliances, the towels, and so much more were all exceptional. It's apparent that considerable thought went into ensuring that guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The condo was also very clean upon our arrival. We plan to stay at this property again and highly recommend it to couples looking for a classy and romantic getaway.

My husband and I felt right at home when we arrived at this lovely updated condo at the Boca Grande Club!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat, it’s the perfect retreat for a couple looking to stay on the ocean!! Very clean and wonderful amenities!!

Excellent view of the Gulf! Boca Grande and the condo was an excellent getaway for us to relax. The online pictures of the condo do not say enough about this special place. New furnishings and appliances along with a beach house décor were incredible. Views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, great room, and screened in porch were fantastic. We also appreciated the attention to details from the heart shaped imprint on a blanket to the shell shaped soap. We hope to return again some day.

We enjoyed everything about our stay in this amazing condo. The view of the beach cannot be beat. We spent a great deal of time on the lanai relaxing and enjoying the sunsets. The condo is beautifully furnished and well outfitted with everything you need. The island itself provides both great beaches and marinas. The town has plenty of restaurants and shops to provide variety for the entire week. The owner was a great host with good recommendations. This is now our favorite spot for a relaxing beach vacation.

The condo was perfect in so many ways. It was sparkling clean, comfortable, well laid out, well decorated & equipped. There were SO many wonderful spaces to enjoy the water views & sunsets. The physical location on the property allowed for easy beach - pool & club access. Mack- the owner - was very accessible - checked-in on us on arrival, left a great "start up" gift of wine, coffe, nuts & responed to our emails rapidly (quite impressive). We loved our golf cart rental - 2 days was perfect for us to explore the town & enjoy a sunset at the lighthouse. Will definitely be back.

As noted by everyone, this condo was just wonderful. Clean, bright, and right on the beach! We especially enjoyed the lanai when late afternoon storms rolled through. The beds are super comfy and the one button push for showers was splendid. Thank you Mack for the use of your lovely home!

The pictures and description are exactly what you get. A gorgeous, newly decorated condo steps from the ocean! Boca Grande Club was beautiful. The condo was very clean and really well stocked. Mack was super helpful with directions and good ideas for things to do. He was quick to respond to any questions we had and even contacted us to tell us the power company said the power would be back on shortly after a small storm. Actually, the power was only off less than 5 minutes. We enjoyed a delicious 40th anniversary dinner at the club dining room, enjoyed exploring the island and had the huge, beautiful beach to ourselves! Hoping to go back many times! ~Joy & Greg

Immediately as you walk into the condo, you look out of the wrap around windows onto the Gulf which is absolutely beautiful. The interior design of the condo is light and uplifting but carefully thought out from the blackout curtains in the bedrooms to the selection of bedding, kitchen accessories and numerous updated amenities throughout the entire unit. We enjoyed using Alexa for our sound system which also added to the relaxing, beach front atmosphere. Because our stay was during "off season- July 10-17, 2021," there was barely anyone on the beaches, at the club pool, hot tub, fitness facility, tennis courts and the club restaurants which all were superb, and staffed with very friendly people but had limited days and hours of operation. The Club provided lounge chairs and umbrellas for the beach which was very nice and convenient. The island, which was filled with beautiful mature palm trees and foliage (with no signs of recent hurricane damage) has separate paths to use if you decide to rent a golf cart which we did and used nearly every day to explore the island. Further, there was very light traffic on the island (cars or golf carts) which was refreshing. The host, Mack, was exceptional. He provided us with excellent and very accurate recommendations and was very receptive to our questions. Overall, our stay was exactly what we were looking for. A place to kick back and unwind to get away from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives and to intentionally slow down and enjoy our blessings and the beautiful beach, ocean and grounds surrounding us.

You know how you always wonder (when you book online) if the pictures of the property will match your reality upon arrival? Well, this one meets and exceeds! Absolutely beautiful condo with fantastic view of the beach and ocean. The condo is very luxurious, clean and comfortable. The condo manager (and property personnel) were incredibly responsive and helpful. Location was amazing, just steps from the beach, pool, tiki bar and clubhouse. Was also within a 10-min drive from downtown, with access to several outstanding restaurants. Not over-crowded, not touristy and not congested. Just right. I’d highly recommend. Our new favorite destination and we’ll certainly be back again and again.

This checked all the boxes for what we were looking for in a vacation. Beautiful newly remodeled condo with full kitchen, laundry and fantastic screened in porch overlooking the Gulf and great sunset views. The beach if private and not busy. Great workout facility. Fun island to explore with many great restaurants to try. We rented a golf cart and had a great time exploring. We highly recommend this condo for a peaceful beach vacation.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The property is exactly like the photos. Luxurious in every way and every amenity possible. The beach has been so nice. And we enjoyed visiting the town on the golf cart. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay. We will miss coffee on the lanai and walks on the beaches. Now back to reality.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Boca Grande Club! The Club is very close to the main town (15/20 min golf cart or 5 min drive), and is very well equipped with a nice, spacious gym, tennis courts, pool area, dining facilities and outdoor Tiki Bar. The condo is beautifully remodeled and very comfortable with beautiful views of the water. Fantastic kitchen, great showers and comfortable beds. The electric blinds are a really nice touch. We loved walking out the back door to the beach in the morning and watching the turtles come out to eat. Other guests and owners who we met were very friendly. Mack was super helpful with recommendations in the area. We will be back!

My wife and I had a fantastic time at the condo. The decor was refreshing. The kitchen had every appliance one could think of. Loved the small side work desk adjacent from the kitchen. The master bedroom faced the ocean and provided a great view. The ocean was a stone’s throw away, waking us up to the sounds of the waves rolling on the sea shore.. The lanai faced two corners, providing an expansive view of the shoreline. The living room entertainment center was Amazon “Alexa” ready. We spent a a lot our time on the lanai, along with the porch just ouside looking and staring at the ocean and sunset . Renting a golf cart is a must as it was enjoyable traveling back and forth to town on the designated cart trail. The common pool was never busy and the tiki bar served great drinks and food. Give is an A++..

Perfect first floor ocean front. Close to pool, dining, tennis etc. Owner is great to work with and provided everything we needed to know about the unit and the area, Recent complete and superb renovation: new appliances, fixtures and furnishings, Beach is great and we loved the people at The Boca Grande Club...friendly, helpful and very professional. Manny at the Tiki bar will take great care of you. This unit and location is first class all the way!!! Highly recommended.

My family and I just had a wonderful Christmas vacation at Boca Grande! It is a beautiful place. The condo is fabulous and is a perfect size for 3 -4 adults. It is extremely well equipped with everything you’d ever need. The condo was very clean, beds comfortable, and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. We only cooked a few times because there are so many fabulous restaurants around including the one on property at the Boca Grande Club. I highly recommend going there. Mack couldn't have been any nicer, the reservation and payment process went so smoothly. He also provided so much helpful information about the area prior to our trip so that we could plan out the days. I highly recommend visiting Boca Grande and staying in this beautiful condo. I can't wait to return!

Excellent unit. Well equipped and tastefully decorated. Everything worked, no issues. On a personal note (cause I'm a pretty big guy (250# & 6'1"), the unit could really use a recliner or a chair with a higher back. Also, Mack was extremely responsive, has an excellent write-up to become familiar with the unit, complex and area (including restaurant recommendations). Would be glad to go back.

Excellent condo at Boca Grande Club. Beautifully appointed, perfectly maintained, and thoughtfully provisioned with necessities. Owner exceptionally responsive and helpful. On arrival, owner provided a welcoming bottle of wine and Starbucks coffee. Gorgeous, peaceful view of the Gulf from the lanai. Sleeps up to 4; master bedroom and guest bedroom both private. My wife and I took a deep, relaxing breath at this condo, and long to return. Strongest possible recommendation.

Beautiful, clean and quiet beaches. Owner is very attentive and the condo is beautiful. Great ocean views and close to downtown. We had a wonderful week and hope to return soon!

From the moment of booking to checking out, I was not disappointed. The owner, was very helpful during the booking process; providing me with a ton of information about Boca as well as a complete list of recommendations, from entertainment to dining options. Upon arrival, I found the condo be exactly as it was presented in the listing and VERY CLEAN!!!!! A book was made and left available in the unit that provided information about the unit, using the electric devices (tvs, etc..), and again, a list of recommendations and summary of local "needs to know" about Boca. The condo was VERY well stocked (as we dined several nights due to inclement weather) providing you with a complete set of dishes, silverware, cookware, and utensils. The bathrooms and bedrooms were also well stocked, providing you with additional sheets, pillows, towels, etc. In addition, I found the condo to be very "kid friendly" as I was traveling with my 17 month old son and did not have any issues with furniture and/or objects that were not accommodating to him. All aspects were met beyond my expectations and I would without a doubt recommend this unit to anyone! You WILL NOT be disappointed !!

Maybe our favorite place on earth and Mack's condo is fantastic. Clean, well appointed, great beach access and Mack is a fabulous owner. The condo is just as it appears in the photos. We have two children and his unit is perfect for a small family. Space to move around!!!! We can't wait to get our toes back in the sand. You will not be disappointed!!!
