We had an excellent stay. The location was perfect for us. We walked to Wrigley Field to watch a couple games. The accommodation is super close to hop onto the train to get us downtown and to the airport. Great neighborhood. Bartolommeo Pizza just around the corner, excellent pizza. The suite is exactly as it is in the photos. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Would definitely book again.

Kim’s place is in a quiet neighborhood, just a couple blocks from the Roscoe Village shops and restaurants. It was also an easy 20 minute walk from shops and restaurants in the Southport area and a 30 minute walk from Wrigley Field. We had no problems parking on the street throughout our stay. If you enjoy Cubs games and a variety of restaurants and shops, all within walking distance…then this is the place for you!

As past residents of the area, we wanted to be near the cafes, restaurants and quaint boutiques. The location could not be beat! We enjoyed the layout of the unit with the kitchen , 2 large bedrooms and comfy living space for our family. Highly recommended, we hope to be back!

We came for an event at Wrigley Field. Plenty of free parking near the apartment. We were able to grab a quick dinner 2 blocks away and walk to the stadium in about 30 minutes. Much easier than driving. The rest of the weekend we spent in nearby neighborhoods and the Loop. Easy to get around with several nearby bus lines and the L a few minutes away. The apartment was great for us, two people. Nice living room with good TV service, well-appointed kitchen for making breakfast or dinner. Comfortable bed. Good flow from the shower head, spacious shower. All the finishes are nice, and the AC was able to keep up with 100 degree heat outside when we arrived. Very nice walkable neighborhood with numerous restaurants. It is on the third floor, so two flights of stairs, but that’s about the only negative. It wouldn’t stop us from coming back in the future.

Kim was so easy to work with and stayed in touch with any need to know info like Wednesday being a street sweeping day. The property is clean, updated, and had everything we needed and then some. AC was nice to come home to after warm games! Close enough to an “L” station if you want to head downtown. I can’t think of anything I would change and will definitely book here again if it’s available for our next Chicago trip.

The property was more than we could have imagined. It was absolutely excellent, like an apartment away from home. The owners were readily and easily available to answer questions. Having free laundry was definitely a plus! When we’re in the area again, I will definitely want to stay here again!

Loved the place! Nice location

This third-floor flat was perfect for our family of three! On-street parking was plentiful on a one-way street. One of my biggest apprehensions when booking a third-floor dwelling in the summer was the idea of temperature and it being hot ~ this couldn’t have been farther from the truth! It was extremely comfortable and pleasing to my husband who prefers to be cool. Communication was proactive and the owners made themselves available by text, although never needed a thing. The bathroom was well-stocked, nice kitchen, and will definitely consider staying here again when we come back to Chicago!

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean and updated bath and kitchen. The host / property manager was great to work with. Communication was excellent. Great location for the activities we had planned.

This turned out to be everything we wanted for our visit to Chicago. Good communication with the hosts beforehand made our arrival smooth. On-street parking was not an issue. The apartment had everything we needed, particularly in-building laundry facilities, as we were on a long road trip. We were close to everything — lots of restaurants within a five-minute walk, less than 10 minutes to the L train. We even had an enjoyable 30-minute walk to Wrigley Field. Would absolutely return, highly recommended.

It worked out great for our small family (2 parents and a teenage girl). The place was everything as advertised. Roscoe village restaurants, shops and bars being only a block and a half away was very convenient, and of course, the L being just a few blocks away. Working with Kim was very easy and they even provided a means for us to store bags for our departure day. We would definitely look to stay here again should our travel plans take us to Chicago.

I can’t say enough positive things about this apartment. It was an amazing neighborhood. Safe to walk in the evening, easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to the L train it was clean and the whole process was super. Kim was very easy to work with and responsive. I would recommend and stay here again!!

We went for a wedding event. We enjoyed the place and had anything we needed to stay comfortably. It is a well taken care place. Beds were comfortable.

This is an extremely desirable location. Super close to the brown line and plenty of restaurants and taverns in walking distance. The room was immaculate - very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back again.

Roscoe Village is a wonderful, safe, family oriented neighborhood with restaurants, bars, and shops a block away. CTA bus and rail stops are within 2 blocks. The residence is on the 3rd floor, but extremely clean, comfortable and well appointed. Would stay here again.

The property worked well for me and my son. The two of us were visiting Chicago and we both enjoyed the neighborhood and the accommodations. One night, we just hung out on the comfy couch and bought food from the nearby Trader Joes to eat at home. Place felt cozy.

The place was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The location is great. The stairs to the apartment were tough for us to manage, and it took us a while to learn how to use the locks and the coffee pot, but they worked perfectly once we understood them. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The flat is really very nice - clean, attractive, comfortable & spacious. The neighborhood is quiet, and the El train is not far away, which brought us to the Loop area in less than an hour. There isn't much in the way of a proper grocery store within walking distance, but if you have a car, that isn't a big problem, and finding street parking was no problem. The check-in was uncomplicated and straightforward. Everything was very pleasant, except the weather while we were there - and frankly there is nothing any host can do about that. It is Chicago, after all. The heating worked just fine, though. If I find myself in need of a 2-bedroom flat in Chicago again, this would be my first choice.

This is a cute little apartment, it was perfect for our family of 3. Very convenient to public transportation. The area was nice and it was a perfect location for what we wanted. We travelled into the city everyday with a half hour ride on the train. We would definitely come back.

Roscoe Village Inn is a comfortable, roomy property in a terrific neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants, bookstores, antique shops nearby. We also walked down Addison to Lake Shore Drive one day, and down Damen to Bucktown the next. And this was in a chilly, damp March. We’d love to return in summer or fall. Perfect!

It was located 2 blocks away from our son's condo -- in a neighborhood lit up by Christmas lights. Comfortable, cozy, quiet, and just what we wanted. Only downside was the fact that it was on the third floor. Folks with difficulty climbing stairs might have struggle. But for us, it was PERFECT.

Fantastic rental...could not be happier! Great location, very comfortable no matter what the weather brings. Will book this over and over. Owners take pride in the finish out.

The third floor unit with 2 bedrooms was perfect for my friend and I. We stayed for a long weekend and Roscoe Village is a charming place with great shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time and our host Kim is a great communicator checking in to make sure we were all set. I would highly recommend this place with an understanding that you should be prepared to hike the stairs to the third floor. We will be back!

Roscoe Village was a real treat, with its many restaurants, bars, and shops just a few blocks from the property. Also, a nearby CTA station made it very easy to get downtown. The two-bedroom third-floor unit was clean and comfortable.

Loved everything about this rental. The pictures were accurate, the space was sparkling clean and it was modern and comfortable. I would stay here again in a second. The best part of the stay, however, was Roscoe Village. We loved the community, the nice neighbors and the convenience of catching the "L" to downtown and other neighborhoods. My ONLY warning is that it is on the third floor and requires maneuvering a somewhat narrow staircase up and down. Not a problem for us, but might be for some people.

Nice and close to three metro stations. Made it easy to get around to see the city. The property was very clean and quiet at night.
