Great location… we had a lovely stay

Thank you Cheryl for allowing us to have a great family get away at your property. Everyone in my group was obsessed with the main bathroom, there is plenty of seating in and outside the house, wonderful porch spaces, great lake views, comfortable bedding, quality bath products, top of the line appliances, well stocked kitchen etc. I could go on and on. We also appreciated the seculusion but enjoyed the quick access to restaurants and shops as well. Truly the best of both worlds. I like that there is a guest house located on the property if you have larger groups and need to rent more space. My husband said "make sure to mention the fancy toilet!" Some reviews talked about not being able to find the trashcans but we enjoyed our nightly walks past the neighborhood fairy garden to throw out trash out and had no issue locating them in the dark. Another review mentioned the photos being deceiving but we didn't find that to be the case at all. The owner is very open if you have questions about the property before renting. We had a couple of issues and the owner was very prompt in resolving them.

Super relaxing and beautiful property. Can hear for my birthday and I don’t regret it. My only issue was when I turned on the jets in the jacuzzi tub some dirt or something shot out so I just didn’t use it. Other th a that spectacular.

We stayed here for a family reunion and this home had everything we needed! Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds with amazing sheets! HUGE TV in den area and others in bedrooms. Screened in porch was lovely. Huge deck. Access to the lake down several stairs. Would stay here again!

We normally stay on a quite lake but this was perfectly tucked back in a cove. The dock was great for hanging out and listening to music or swimming. The house was beautiful and the porch was my favorite!

The cabin is ideally located - a short 5 minute drive to the grocery store and nestled in a peaceful cove just around the corner from the main waterway of Lake Hamilton. The updated kitchen and bathrooms are luxurious and accommodate your every need. The bedding is phenomenal - you’ll sleep like a baby! The screened porch-with fan- is the perfect spot in the evening to enjoy the crickets song. Early morning coffee rocking on the back deck as the sun rises and the fish jump on the otherwise still water is the best way to start your day.

We enjoyed staying on this quiet cove of the lake. Swimming & kayaking off the dock was a nice was to cool off from the hot July heat. The house was nice and clean and came fully stocked. The only issue we had was the upstairs shower in the Jack & Jill bathroom was very slow to drain. Besides that everything was great. We would rent this property again.

The place was beautiful and it was exactly what I was looking for for my bachelorette weekend. I wish we could’ve stayed longer honestly

This home was perfect for a family to meet up and enjoy our weekend at the lake. Property is very well cared for, we had everything we could have needed. We swam every morning and afternoon, and enjoyed our stay.

Walked in to a strong weird smell in the house. Later found out we had no running water in the kitchen sink. While looking to fix the sink we found dead cockroaches all over the kitchen. Once maintenance came to look at the sink, we let her know about the bugs. From what we got from it was that its normal and everyone complains about them.... so yes. Not much was done. Afterwards we found the cans of raid.... thats what the strong smell was. Was uncomfortable to cook and eat in that kitchen. Was nervous about taking home bugs 😒 Well. Lessened learned. Next time we'll check everything before unloading. Other than that the stay was nice. House is beautiful.

Perfect stay for my daughters bachelorette weekend. All the comforts of home. Close enough to city for everything we needed, but still secluded and private. Owner was communicative and responsive! Def will be looking at this for a family vaca in the future.

2nd time we've stayed at the main house, added the cottage and brought the WHOLE family this time. Was a great space of use to hang out outdoors, play games, watch football, etc. Love the outdoor space here and the size of the living space. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was very peaceful. The beds were so comfortable. The owner was very helpful and very understanding with us evacuating for the hurricane. We will definitely be going back.

This was a great place to stay. The only problem we had was with spider webs all over the dock area and deck. Other than that everything was great.

Great Property, Great Lake, Rented both homes & all went as scheduled - No problems. Home was as described. Great neighbors as well. Docks for swimming, fishing & boating. Yard is well kept. Stairs made Lake access much easier. Wonderful little piece of Heaven. Hope to return........

We had 11 family members get together for a week and this home worked out perfect for our group. Plenty of room for everyone, the deck was a great place for the younger adults to sit and catch up. The dock was great for the younger kids to fish and swim off of. Parking was great as we had 3 vehicles. Although there were neighbors it was a very quiet and peaceful location the whole visit. I would recommend this location for any family outing.

The cabin was right on the lake. The property is beautiful. The kids swam right off the dock. It is a very steep incline to the water, so if you have trouble with balance this may not be for you. There are stairs on the side of the property, but you have to cross in front of the guest house which may be occupied by others.

Spoke with owner previously regarding checking in early. Property manager was not aware of it, therefore the entry code would not work and some final cleaning apparently was not done. Everything outside including screened in porch cushions were wet and covered in pollen. Beautiful home with a lot of nice amenities, but could have been cleaned up more outside to match pictures. Dead flowers in all planters, outdoor candles did not work, knob on gas grill was broken, etc. Still had a wonderful weekend and loved the open floor plan and all the windows. Would rent again during summer!
