Stop looking, this is your villa you need to stay at. It is clean, safe and reasonably priced. Lorenzo and his staff where such amazing people they seriously made you fill like you where family. The breakfast and dinner's where amazing, not one bad meal. Felix, Julianna and Diana took pride in their services and such fantastic people. We had 8 adults in our group and this property had so much space. The property is very well maintained and kept very clean. We would definitely recommend this property. Thank you again to Lorenzo and his staff for making my 50th Birthday an amazing one.

Top-notch location, design, cleanliness and service. This property was perfect for our group of 10 (three families + friends). The owner is gracious and the chef (Juliana) and her staff (Felix and Maria) are amazing. The meals were delicious and varied nicely through the week - all served with pride. The layout was perfect for outdoor living... eating, swimming, relaxing and yoga were perfect in the pool and surrounding landscape. Just arrived back home this evening and wanted to share the experience right away. All pictures are true - rest assured you will have a great experience!

Lorenzo is a wonderful host. Having Julianna, Maria and Felix to cook, clean and do laundry made the ladies feel like princesses and the men happy they didn't have to clean up! No shopping needed. The menu was perfect because there was a spread for breakfast and dinner and everyone had choices. Julianna also very accommodating. Five bedrooms and five baths was awesome coming back from the beach, the Eco park was a cool experience and the beach had more than enough chairs. The pool at the house and the club was beautiful as well. Thank you for the experience, I have shared the site with a few friends already. Can't wait to return.

Incredible stay. Lorenzo, Juliana, Felix and Maria were absolutely fabulous. We could not have asked for anything more. They were wonderful to our children and made sure everything was perfect. We were going to go out to eat but canceled our plans bc the food is better than any restaurant we could imagine! I no longer fit in my clothes…that’s the only problem haha! Don’t think twice. Book this place. My son left and said Felix was his best friend. Literally the best.

This house was even more beautiful than the pictures! The staff went above and beyond, and was very attentive. The owner was very informative and communicative! The food was delicious and you can taste the love that Juliana puts into her cooking! They kept everything in the house very tidy and clean. 10/10 experience all around!

We loved our stay at Lorenzo's Villa. We had 7 adults, and there was plenty of room. The villa was beautiful and it was in an excellent location on the Resort. Lorenzo was very nice, helpful and responsive. He took good care of us. Juliana, Felix, Maria and Setile were wonderful and took good care of us at the villa. Juliana's food was excellent, and Lorenzo and his team did all the the shopping and got us what we needed. It is a beautiful place, and this villa is a wonderful place to stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We plan on going back.

Stop looking and book this property now!! My group of 12 experienced travelers could not have had a more perfect vacation. We stayed 5 days and want to go back. Lorenzo was so kind and accommodating. He took care of everything and even had someone run to the store for us when we ran out of ice. His 3, on-site staff members were more like family than staff. They waited on us like we were royalty from the time we got there to the time we left. I have never been more spoiled in my entire life. It was painful to leave. The food was so good that we had Julianna, the chef, prepare breakfast and dinner daily. We forced ourselves to actually leave one day for lunch just so we could say we did. We had the most amazing meals including dessert every day and it was only like $25/per person/per day. The house was also lovely. The common areas are all open air around the pool to enjoy the cool shade, island breeze and beautiful golf course. The bedrooms are all private with bathrooms and AC and everything was always spotless. The house was very well furnished with very comfortable beds. We were provided a golf cart, which allowed us to buzz all over the resort to use different facilities, access the beach quickly or just cruise around for fun. The entire resort property felt safe and quiet so walking everywhere was an option for some of the group. For the cost, proximity to the airport, safety and amazing beach and amenities, this is a no must book!!

Great home with a great location. No reason to leave the property the house is beautiful and comfortable. Juliana and Felix do a wonderful job of cooking and making sure you have everything. The Beach club is 50 yard away and you are situated between the 1st and 9th hole. Lorenzo is an excellent host and very responsive.

Our family of 13 (8 adults and 5 children ages 2 to 7) stayed in Lorenzo's property for 7 nights. We almost have no words to describe our outstanding experience. Lorenzo's staff of Juliana, Maria, and Felix were very hospitable and welcoming and took care of our every need (including laundry!). They cooked fabulous breakfasts and dinners every day. One of us is vegetarian which they accommodated, and we all enjoyed vegetarian side dishes. Felix picked coconuts from the property and shared with us and the children. The location of this property is on the LaCana Golf Course, which is beautifully landscaped and maintained. None of us golf, but we enjoyed the view! A golf cart was available for our use. The ocean beach and pool at LaCana Golf Club are very nearby (5 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride). LaCana Golf Club has restaurants and a pool available for any LaCana guests. We rarely left the resort. The pool at Lorenzo's property was a perfect size for our children and adults to play. The beach area was beautiful and not many people were there with us. We did enjoy a visit to the ecological park as well as a day-long trip to Bavaro for a very fun boat ride. The concierge service that serves Lorenzo was outstanding and were always available to arrange transportation for our 13 family members. In general, Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic is filled with extremely friendly people. We had a wonderful time and would love to go again!

This trip was to celebrate my 70th birthday and I could not have had a better celebration. The house is amazing, better than the photos. Lorenzo was so helpful from the moment I first inquired about the property through the day we left. Julianna, Felix and Maria treated us like royalty (they even called our 2 yr old and 5 yr old granddaughters princesses!). We had every breakfast and dinner at the house. Julianna's food is so good we did not want to leave. She should write a cookbook. Felix helped the 2 year old "hunt" for kitties and birds. He also helped the 30 somethings make pitchers of Margaritas and Mojitos!! Maria was so helpful and so kind to the little girls. We feel like we have a Dominican family now. The beach club is very close and was never crowded. We went most mornings for the beach then came back to the house for the pool in the afternoon. Could not have had a more relaxing vacation. We hope to stay there again as soon as we can come back to the DR

Lorenzo and his team (Juliana, Felix and Maria) were the kindest, most wonderful hosts. Juliana's cooking is superb, and was perfect for all three generations of our party. This stay exceeded all expectations!

My extended family and I (ranging from 9 months to 80 years old) enjoyed an amazing vacation on Lorenzo’s property! It was situated in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and had more than enough room and privacy for everyone. The private pool and outdoor area are perfect for a large group such as ours. And of course, we can not say enough about Julianna and Felix! Besides from the immense care they put into the property and the amazing cooking, they simply have an air of hospitality that makes you feel welcome. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

Our extended family (8 adults and 7 kids ages 1-11) stayed a week at Lorenzo's villa and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Villa itself is user-friendly, clean, and is situated right on a well-kept golf course in the Puntacana Resort. Some days we never left the Resort area (which is huge and encompasses multiple hotels golf courses and beaches),With the resort it is easy to travel via golf cart to Playa Blanca beach club, the Los Ojos Ecological Reserve (must-see!), and the Westin Hotel. Though the weather was hot, the bedrooms had good air-conditioning, and we were still able to enjoy the outdoor spaces given the pool, ample patio space, and fairly consistent breezes coming in from the nearby ocean. As with many other guests of this villa, a highlight was the kindness, hospitality, and skill of Julianna, who works as both chef and housekeeper of the home. For our stay, Julianna was joined by her son Felix, who was also very kind and helpful (and great at grilling steaks, fish, and shrimp!). Julianna was so accommodating, from helping us get coconuts from nearby trees so we could drink the juice, to adjusting mealtimes to match our schedule each day, to baking some amazing desserts that we requested --flan, Dominican rice pudding, tres leches. She and Felix did a lot to move our stay from "very good" to "great", and they were very kind and warm to all of our kids too. Would highly recommend staying here!

We planned a family get together from all Over the world and nobody got disappointed . From Entering the house to the last minute we left, we felt home . Juliana and Flix were so amazing that I can not even describe. They showed us a new life style that made it so difficult to go back to reality. They are amazing. Every meal was to perfection and no restaurant can match that. Location was perfect and although beach has sea weed issue, club pool and our pool was plenty to enjoy. Lorenzo was available even from his trip. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks

Our group of 11 family and friends could not be more excited to share what a perfect place this is! Peaceful, beautiful, idyllic… Juliana and Felix were both absolutely amazing. They worked tirelessly to accommodate us. My mother is 87 and often uses a wheelchair, one of my sons requires a gluten-free diet, and every one of us would attest to being more than catered to. It was a vacation that we will forever look back to as one of the best weeks ever! Lorenzo responded to every inquiry promptly from the time we started looking at this property. Simply amazing and highly recommended!!! If we could give it 100 stars, we would!

One of the best stays we’ve EVER had! The place is stunning and Lorenzo, Juliana and Felix go above and beyond to take care of you. You really feel like family and you almost feel like crying when you have to leave your family in the DR as you make your way back home. Can’t wait to go back again!

If you are hesitating booking for any reason…DON’T! This was my family’s first visit to Punta Cana, and it could not have been better. From booking through checkout, Lorenzo was a dream host! Very responsive to all questions, and he provided wonderful recommendations as well. His property is beautiful, and very well appointed. And the best part…Julianna and Felix. The meals they prepared were wonderful! And their hospitality and thoughtfulness was even better. They made us feel like a part of the family. Absolutely loved it!

You have to see this place to believe it. We felt like family. The beach club, the house, the staff... was beyond our expectations. The rooms were lovely, the pool was lovely, but most importantly, Lorenzo, Felix and Juliana made us feel like we were home. We loved every minute of it and will recommend this house to anyone looking to go on a family vacation!

We stayed with three families March 2023. We had an amazing trip! The staff at the home was warm, welcoming and everything was better than expected. Lorenzo, Juliana, Amanda and Felix were fantastic! Golf carts were great to travel around and we did a few adventures. Easy access from the airport and overall the trip was easy if traveling with a large group like us. Kids were entertained and the adults felt spoiled with breakfast and dinner cooked nightly by talented team at the house. Overall, it was one of our best trips! Highly recommend visiting and staying here!

This is by far and away the best experience we have ever had on VRBO. Lorenzo and the resort concierge communicated with us in advance related to all details. The transfer from the airport to house was quick (15 minutes) and very well organized. The house looks even better in person. Everything was spotless and Lorenzo and Juliana made us feel right at home. The back yard looks onto the 1st tee of the golf course and the beach is very close. The food was fantastic and every day the place was cleaned. There was a very minor problem with the air conditioner and Lorenzo had it replaced that day. We are definitely coming back again and I highly recommend this house to all.

The house and property were amazing! Our extended family of 10 enjoyed the pool, two minute walk to the beach, playing volleyball and especially the hospitality of Julianna, Felix and Amanda. They treated us like a part of their own families. Lorenzo was so welcoming and more than accommodating to make our stay perfect. He helped us with questions at any time. Julianna’s cooking was amazing! We would recommend to everyone and want to come back next year. Five Stars!!

We had a wonderful stay as a multigenerational family (ages 8-68) at Lorenzo's villa. Communication was excellent, the villa staff warm and welcoming, and the food was amazing! I'm still longing for more of Julianna's fried cassava fritters, mmmmm! Short walk to beach, sand toys on offer at the villa to bring, golf carting to other nearby gorgeous beaches. Excellent recommendations from Lorenzo - the Ecological Park nearby (walkable, or golf cart) had swimming in crystal clear pools - super beautiful. He even had his young adult son orient our young adults (18 and 24) to nearby nightlife (partying until 5am, away from us old people at the villa thank goodness :)) - talk about above and beyond hosting duty! When some of our return flights were cancelled/delayed, the team quickly provided options of nearby places to stay, and alternate transport arrangements. Would 100% book again!

Great house with Awesome owner! Staff Julianna, Amanda and Felix went out of their way to attend to 100% of our needs! Lorenzo answered every question and even provided a projector to watch the super bowl! Golf cart was a nice addition to cruise back and forth to the beach when we did not walk! Food was great! Julianna & Lorenzo arranged for all the food and drinks to be delivered without any work on our part other than asking for what we wanted. Top Notch all the way around!

Do yourself a favor a book this property now! You won’t regret it. The house had plenty of room for our 5 couples. We spent most of our time either in the pool or gathering in the open air common area next to the pool to play games or relax. The house is a close walk to the beach, the clubhouse, spa and restaurant (about 7 or 8 minutes). And it’s only a short drive to Ojos Indigenas ecological park, which is really a magical place not to be missed. But what truly makes this place home is Juliana, Felix and Amanda. They took care of us like family. Juliana’s and Felix’s cooking is delicious and they cook enough to feed an army. If we needed or wanted something, we just needed to ask. They were so kind and thoughtful during our stay. They heard us talking about how much we love ice cream and next thing we knew Juliana had made us some homemade passion fruit gelato for dessert! We are big coffee drinkers and Felix made sure we always had fresh coffee in the pot. Amanda kept the rooms clean and tidy. They all were so committed to making our stay comfortable and relaxing and making us feel at home. They were patient and encouraging as I practiced my limited Spanish during our conversations about the blessings of friends and family. Renting this property was a good choice for our group and a lovely opportunity to meet some lovely people!

I cannot say enough fabulous things about our stay at Villa con Nico! Our family of 12 had the absolute best time - sincerely one of the most amazing places we’ve ever stayed. The home is beautiful; spacious enough for a large group in that all had their privacy but also many areas for all to comfortably gather together. Each bedroom has a private bath - 2 rooms also have outdoor showers which are so refreshing after a day in the sun. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have lovey ocean views. The pool was the perfect size surrounded by lots of outdoor seating. The hammock was a family favorite. The yard is large with a volleyball net & room to perfect your golf swing. The neighborhood was stellar. Very safe, very quiet, beautiful homes. The beach is a quick walk or golf cart ride - we did both. The club house was great, especially with young kids! But the VERY BEST thing about our stay at Villa con Nico is the owner Lorenzo and his staff: Juliana, Felix & Amanda. They are amazing: kind, welcoming, thoughtful, accommodating & highly professional. Juliana’s food was 5 star - fantastic!!! Lorenzo is excellent to work with - answering all our questions promptly. He assisted when our grandson was sick (ear infection) helped get him to a doctor and drove to the pharmacy to pick up his prescription. He was so very helpful! We HIGHLY recommend Villa con Nico and can’t wait to return!! Thank you Lorenzo for a dream come true family vacation!!

Outstanding in every aspect. Lorenzo was an amazing host - from my first communication to my most recent. He was always promptly available to answer any question we had and to fulfill any need we had during our stay. Firstly I will comment on the staff. The villa came with a wonderful cook, Juliana. Her meals were delicious and nutritious. I want to especially point out that we had two people in our family that needed special meals due to allergies (tree nuts and gluten). She brought it upon herself and her staff to make sure all of our requirements were met. Superb service. Felix (Juliana’s son) was also on staff and attended to our every need as well. He even found the time to play with the kiddos! Amada the housekeeper did an outstanding job of keeping the villa clean and well attended to. This wasn’t an easy job considering there were eleven of us including four children ranging in age from two to eight. There were several other staff who looked after the landscaping and the pool. The villa itself was amazing. One of the grandchildren commented upon entry, “It’s an outside house!”. Tastefully decorated there was abundant room for our family. There were 5 bedrooms available to us and they easily served our needs. Our favourite room was the open living room looking on to the pool. That is where our family would congregate and celebrate our daily activities. The backyard was great for the kids to play in and the pool was just big enough for a quick dip to cool off - - and safe enough for us to keep a watchful eye over the children. There were plenty of lounges and even a hammock that invited several of us to take an afternoon nap. Lorenzo provided us with a golf cart that came in very handy when we wanted to go to the beach or the clubhouse/big pool. The beach was a mere 300 meters or so away (completely walkable) with pristine sand and lounges for us to use. Several of us used the clubhouse pool which was stunning. Food and/or drink is available if you choose not to eat at the villa. Several of us did play golf - the course was beautiful yet challenging - especially picturesque were the Oceanside holes. Transportation to and from the Punta Cana airport was efficient and quick (the airport is actually on the resort property). Antonio our driver was awaiting our arrival (with a sign) and promptly brought us to the villa where the staff were awaiting our arrival. We will be back! Thank you so much Lorenzo

My family of 12 stayed at this property it was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect just a golf cart away from so many different experiences! Spa was under renovation but they came to our villa for massages! The staff exceeded our expectations, so friendly and happy to help with whatever we needed! I seriously can’t say enough how amazing the food was! We had ages ranging from 2yo-67yo and everyone was so happy and had the best time! Great communication throughout our stay from the owner!! I recommend 10 times over!

The reviews on this property are spot on... I had no idea how much we would fall in love with the resort--and the amazing people who cared for us all week! First off, Lorenzo, the owner, is amazing. He quickly answered all questions, and was quick to allow us to arrive a full day early to beat a major snow storm at home. Lorenzo arranged a mid-stay beer/wine/grocery run for us, as well as periodic check ins to see how we were doing. The real wow factor at Villa Can Nico is Juliana, her son Felix, and Amanda. They lovingly prepared breakfast and dinner every day for us---and it's no exaggeration---the food is outstanding! Never once did we think "eh, it's just ok"... it was all delicious!!! Juliana & Felix's traditional Dominican meal, the steaks, and the chicken in cream sauce (aka "Juliana's Chicken") were our favorites!!! Anything we needed, they were happy to get for us. Aside from throwing together an occasional snack or sandwiches for fishing one day, we gladly did not spend much--if any--time in the kitchen. The house was just right for our group of 11...everyone had their own space & privacy, but we really congregated around the pool/outside living room for the most part. We only used the "formal" living/dining room one evening when it was raining too hard to stay by the pool. The large upstairs patio was a nice quiet place to read/nap before dinner or after a day at the beach. The house is clean and comfortable, but not over the top fancy--it really was just right for our group of 7 adults and 4 kids, and it felt like home. We rented a 6-person golf cart through the concierge--it was on its last legs, but in the end got the job done for us. We spent most beach days at the Westin (great pool) & the La Cana Club. Both have good food & quick beach service. Our best lunch was at Playa Blanca. We also went early one morning to Indigenous Eyes, as well as a fishing charter (Felix cooked the mahi for us!) and a day at the Scape Park. We chose this house mostly based on the reviews, and they were right! We were sad to say goodbye to Amanda, Felix and Juliana and can not wait until we can go back! I can't say enough great things about this property and the people. From the moment of booking, Lorenzo was in constant communication about the trip details asking questions about our group to make certain our needs were met. This is without a doubt the most thoughtful, accommodating host I've ever experienced. Upon arrival, our concierge set up van picked us up and we were at the house in a matter of minutes. Lorenzo was there to great us and introduced us to the amazing Julianna and Amanda. Julianna and Amanda literally made our trip. Not having to worry about breakfast and dinners, especially with kids, was a life saver. The food was spectacular. Every morning coffee was waiting on us followed by breakfast. If we wanted dinner to be at a certain time, it was literally on the table at that time. The house itself was also great. Hacienda style outdoor living was such a great experience. Looking out at the pool/golf course all day was fantastic. The beach and club were a couple of hundred yards away via golf cart. The rental includes access to the beach clubs and also the Westin hotel, which was great for the kids. World class golf is steps away at La Cana and Corales a short ride away. I highly recommend this property. My family is already talking about wanting to go back. My niece was even pretending to be Julianna cooking breakfast this week when we got home. Just book this place, I'm sure your family will be as happy as mine.

From the first day when I reached out to Lorenzo about the property, to booking, communication in between and then our arrival, communication was fantastic. Our plane was delayed and I reached out to Nico, Lorenzo’s son, to let him now we’d be late. We arrived and Julianna and Amanda had dinner waiting. They greeted us with hugs and made us feel welcome immediately. Believe what you read in the reviews- these two ladies treat you so well you never want to leave. They felt like part of our family. We enjoyed the luxury accommodations. It feels as if you’ve rented your own resort. The meals prepared by Julianna are incredible and our kids enjoyed going to the clubhouse for pizza at lunch. The concierge service was fantastic- our drivers showed up on time and the excursions recommended were perfect for our family. We did a catamaran excursion the first day and the kids loved being on the water. We also went to Scape Park because the kids wanted to zipline. They loved it and it was perfect for the teens and our 5 year old. A lot to do. We covered it all and decided to head back to the villa early and I messaged the concierge if our car could pick us up earlier. They took care of it and we were back at Villa Can Nico within 30 minutes. Another highlight was the Indigenous Eyes Ecological Park on the property. We spent several hours swimming in crystal clear lagoons. It was a highlight! I can’t recommend Villa Can Nico enough. We are already dreaming of our return trip and look forward to seeing our precious Julianna and Amanda and also meeting Lorenzo who took such care to call and message us from Spain to make sure we didn’t need anything. We hope to meet him next time! 5 stars for this amazing vacation home and the wonderful people who took care of us while we were there!
