Amazing property! Great location!

We had a great time visiting my daughter and enjoying a girls weekend with friends. The unit worked out great and was in a great location for our activities.

If you can stay here in the heart of Baylor University don’t pass it up.

Every year my friend and I make our fall/Christmas trek to magnolia market and we always stay here. Never disappointed. Always easy and clean. Quiet area. We’ll be back next year !!!

Awesome place to stay. Felt safe staying on Baylor University campus. This is our second time staying here, and if we would ever travel to Waco again, we would definitely stay again!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this location! Our condo was very clean and quiet! The location was perfect and with a short drive to downtown and antique shops! The only thing I would recommend would be additional towels and a roll or two of paper towels.

Ashley checked on my wife and I a before we arrived , during our stay and after we departed Waco. All the instructions and details about Waco were very accurate as well as helpful. I hope we have the opportunity to stay at this location again in the near future.

I had a great stay at 1700 S 2nd. The condo is well appointed and user friendly. The hot water is hot and the linens are amazing. I cooked a lot and the kitchen was well stocked. Check in and out was a breeze.

Loved the 2 bedroom basically on Baylor campus. King bed was really firm. We prefer soft foam but personal preference. Very clean and nice. Only complaint is ac automatically turns to 83 degrees at night so at about 11 , 1130 I would have to turn it back down to 72, because it got so hot. Our neighbors had the same problem as they were complaining. Just poor programming setting, not too bad after I realized what the thermostat was doing every night I would just readjust it.

We were visiting Baylor for a college visit/audition and LOVED staying at this property. It was sparkling clean, with trendy decor, which we loved. The kitchen was extremely well appointed and had more than we needed for eating meals in. The beds and bedding were especially comfortable and the location, right on campus, can’t be beat. It’s also closely located to many other Waco hot spots...easy to get around, with parking steps from your door. Manager Ashley was extremely patient with several questions I had about the property, and was very accommodating to allow us a late check out. We also loved the table and chairs outside the apartment...great for reading, people watching and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Overall, an exceptional property that we are excited to stay in again soon.

Perfect place to stay if visiting Baylor, shopping Magnolia Market, touring Waco or all of the above as we did last weekend. My husband and another couple loved that we had a home-like setting to retreat to after our busy days in Waco. Full kitchen, living room with sectional and tv, 2 full bathrooms and two upstairs bedrooms... home away from home. Any questions we had were immediately answered via text. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Great condo in a fabulous location. This is beautifully decorated and well stocked unit. So close to the Baylor campus and all activities in Waco. We will definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time in Waco, and we loved our 3 nights at this property! Clean, quiet & relaxing. Was nice to be able to walk the grounds of Baylor right across the street...what a pretty campus. Everything worked as it should. Beds were super comfortable. I enjoyed sitting at the little table out front of our door in the mornings doing a crossword puzzle. Loved the huge trees out front! We looked at a number of properties...and after booking and staying here...I can honestly say it was a fantastic value! If we ever make it back to Waco, we will most certainly stay here again!

Comfortable accommodation, little noisy at night due to connecting condos. Great location if your in Waco to tour Baylor.

Location, location, location. Across the street from the Baylor campus, these small tidy apartments pack a lot bang for your dollars. Super friendly staff and management round out my high praises.

We enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion I would make is to have more comfortable furniture for sitting in the living area. Very uncomfortable couch.
