朝早いフライトのため、車で前泊しました。
無料の駐車場が使えてよかったです。
また、空港までのアクセスもよかったです。
写真で見るより古い感じがしました。
洗面台があまりきれいではなかったです。
あと、廊下からの音が結構聞こえます。

部屋が広く、お風呂も清潔感があり、居心地が良かった。
バスを降りて、ホテルが分からず電話をしたら、走って迎えに来てくれました。ありがたかったです。今回
今回は出発が日曜日だったので、朝、5時のバスで送ってもらえたが、平日は6時からと言う事で、残念ながら利用出来ません。

代替便が羽田から成田になり、韓国の友人に代わって予約。遠隔での予約だったので心配でしたが、韓国語の話せる受付の方で、とても安心に宿泊できたとのこと。異国での心配が全くなかったと気持ち良い対応もして頂いたようで感謝です。

the pillow on my bed smells like it has been used by prior guest.

Lovely clean rooms with modern interior. Air conditioning worked great. It was nice that there was an onsen and airport shuttle service!

Public bath was ok, and the shuttle service to the airport was nice to have. The location was also nice and very close to the airport; though the drive from the airport was much longer than expected since we had to go around the airport.
The facility in general was not clean. The room was also below satisfactory with cleanliness. We were unable to have the breakfast at this hotel since we needed to take the shuttle which runs once every hour. We had to take it to get to the airport (too early for the check in, but too late to wait until the next shuttle)...

I finally found a hotel that could fit my family or 5 in one room
but I had no idea the room was so small we could not fit our luggage and walk at the same time, bathroom was small, room was small, very uncomfortable

It was near to the airport, 30 mins drive.
the room was too small to us, no kettle or electric pot, no drinking water( pet bottles) inside the room. breakfast not satisfied.:(

Room was a little too small for 5 people with luggage.

Everything ok and meet our expectation. Stayed here while waiting our flight in the next day. Shuttle bus also provided.
Staff should be English conversant also because most of the clients come from foreigners
