The front desk, house keeping and shuttle bus staff were very friendly and helpful
The restaurant on the 13th floor is very good. However, the hotel could use another food option besides the convenience store on the main floor. We did not try the lounge on the main floor. Chinese restaurant appears to be closed.

Free shuttle to and from airport. Comfortable beds, delicious breakfast. Gorgeous view.We booked last minute due to flight problems and loved it!! If we ever come back to Narita, we will come back here.

予想してなかったのですが、13階のレストランから富士山が綺麗に見えたことがとても良かったです。
コインランドリーを探してだいぶ歩いてしまいました。
コインランドリーや自販機の表示が増えるとより良いと思います。

Small but very comfortable room. Very convenient to get to and from the airport with the hotel shuttle bus. Restaurant was nice with an interesting view of the runway.
The price was very reasonable, and I was surprised by how nice the hotel was given that it must mostly cater to travellers doing overnight stopovers. Would definitely stay again in the future if I had to pass through Narita airport.

Habitaciones cómodas. Hay supermercado en el hotel.
Hay habitaciones donde se ve despegar a los aviones, y no son ruidosas. Muy buena opción si te gusta verlos en acción.
Cogimos este hotel porque nuestro vuelo llegaba un poco tarde y teníamos miedo de no tener transporte a Tokio. Hay autobús gratuito pero el servicio acaba mucho antes que otros hoteles, por lo que tuvimos que coger un taxi. No fue excesivamente caro, pero por lo que pagué, podía haber cogido un hotel mejor. Revisar horarios antes de reservar.

Sehr angenehme ist der kostenlose Flughafenshuttle und die Nähe zum Flughafen. Die Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt.
Praktisch. ist ebenfalls der Inhouse-Lebensmittelladen, vergleichbar mit einem kleinen 7/11.
Der Blick auf den Flughafen ist auch toll.
Das Personal ist mit Ausnahmen im Restaurant unhöflich. Sehr ungewöhnlich für Japan. Die Zimmer sind renoviert, aber riechen nicht ganz so angenehm. Jedoch gibt es Fenster, womit man lüften kann.
Wir waren abends noch im Hoteleigenen internationalen Restaurant essen. Der Preis ist hoch, das Essen von mittlerer Qualität. Das Personal jedoch sehr bemüht.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean
The hotel was supposed to have several food options, and it did not !! The only option was a buffet which didn't look nice, so we ended having to go to the airport for dinner!!!!! Ridiculous!

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and available to assist which came in handy as non - Japanese speakers. The hotel shuttle also makes the airport transfers very convenient.

The bed is so small 1,4 wide, the bathroom is quite old, the way from elevator to room is quite far. Staff is not friendly.

나리타공항에 인접해 있어 출국전날 하룻밤 자는데 불편함이 없었어요. 호텔버스도 정각에 운행되어 좋았습니다.
시설이 좀 연식이 있었지만 접근성, 가격면에서 하룻밤 자는데 별문제 없었어요.

Airport shuttle was excellent. on time and easy to catch. It was also great that it went to AEON Mall and into Narita City where you could catch a train to other parts.
Room was a little smaller than expected but still very comfortable. The beds were awesome!!! Firm but comfortable.
Bathroom is on the small side but okay for two people.
Everything was great. I wish there were places to walk to. It would be nice if the shuttle into Narita City (station) left a little earlier than 1100 so that you can have an earlier start.

Location is great, very close to the airport. They have a free shuttle bus every 30 minutes from airport to hotel and to Narita downtown.
The rooms are clean and very comfortable. I totally recommend it.

Clean, and comfortable. Nothing special about this property but is close enough to the airport for early morning flights:
No food options other than a Daily Yamazaki after 8PM. There is no other food options within walking distance from this hotel.
