Lovely area.

部屋の広さ、クオリティーの割に値段は安い。
中国人観光客がかなり多く、声がかなり響くため宿泊中の静かな睡眠は期待できない。
自分が予約した部屋だけかもしれないが、浴槽と床の間に大きな隙間があった。

공항에서 무료 셔틀을 타고 이동하여 숙소로 들어갈 수 있었음.
머무는 날의 수 만큼 입욕권을 주셔서 예쁜 곳에서 즐거운 온천욕을 할 수 있었음.
역시 무료 셔틀을 타고 나리타 시내 주요 위치에 나갈 수 있어서 좋았음.
1층에 편의점이 있어서 조식을 신청하지 않더라도 도시락을 구입하여 먹을 수 있었음.
동전세탁기와 건조기가 있어서 편리함.
오래된 호텔이었지만 계속 수리해서 잘 관리된 느낌을 받았음.
직원들이 매우 친절함.
유일한 단점으로 호텔 객실 욕실에서 사용하는 수도꼭지가 돌리는 형태이기에 힘이 없는 노약자나 안경을 벗고 씻어야 하는 사람은 불편하다고 느낄 수 있었음. 차후 교체를 희망함.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and the bed comfortable. It was right next to a Spa Resort, which guests could use for free. It was awesome and relaxing especially after jetlag. It had a Conbini right in the hotel lobby. There is also a shuttle transfer from Narita Airport to the Hotel.
The rooms were a little outdated. Especially the bathroom could use some renovations. But it was still nice.

We stay there just one night in smoking room but the smell was ok not bad. The room is very spacious. It has complete amenities in the room. There is a shuttle bus every 2.5 hours. 7Eleven is in the lobby. It is very convenient.
The hotel is quite far from the airport. around a half an hour by shuttle bus.

Old school Japanese hotel aging as the years go by. Buffet was fun, a bit of a fascinating mix of Japanese and tourists.
Rooms are old school, which is to be expected so not fair to complain.

Short distance from the airport with airport shuttle. Beautiful room. Check in staff and concierge were wonderful.

Really nice bed, good amenities, and the shuttle bus to the airport was very convenient. There is a bus that goes straight to the hotel from Tokyo station which made it perfect for a pre-flight overnight stay. The bathrobes were really soft and comfy.
The pillows kinda sucked.

I think you should clean the outside of the facilities also.. And it's dark i think more lights on the hallway and in the elevator.. Its dark while walking and its dirt walking going to indoor pool.. Please focus on the cleanliness. The picture so clean and good lights but personal not clean and dark

Since it was remote, I'm glad that they have provide free shuttle services. Staff was really friendly and helpful.
