Excellent location, clean and very attentive owner.

A bit dark and the kitchen living area was crowded with too much furniture which is related to the fact that apartment could sleep 11.

1) property is perfectly priced when considering the number of beds and location (not too far from main attractions) . 2) the host was friendly and helpful, and provided guidance on everything that could make our stay comfortable. 3) kitchen had all the basic amenities (utensils, pots/pans, etc.) ..even oil, salt etc. Grocery store is couple of mins walk away, so it was very convenient to prepare some meal at the apartment. 4) checkin/chekout experience was very good and convenient. 5) access to the apartment (streets) are nice and easy 6) Apartment is slightly away from main attractions, but easy to take bus or uber to those places.

1) floor wasn't visibly dirty, but it had dirt and would show on your feet/socks right away. Ideally should have been mopped or polished to get rid of dirt. 2) hot water was limited, and tended to run out especially with a bigger party. 3) 2nd bathroom (thats actually a half bath) very almost the size of a plane's bathroom. Not a huge issue, but just mentioning to set expectations correctly. 4) parking spots were very tight and difficult to park cars (small size SUV) in these spots. Took us awhile (experienced driver) to make the car fit into the spot or take it out of the underground garage

nice and a cosy place. great space for families or a group. Host was amazing. not far from the centre about 20 min walk and the more you walk the better you start to know the area. walkable to alhambra or the bus stops are at every 5 min walk. supermarkets and pharmacy close by. food areas are not far but self service kitchen was amazing with fussy eating kids. over all great place to stay in granada. host left milk and tea for us on arrival which was nice and lasted us for a few days.

Noisy from someone drilling next door at 9am (not sure why lol) other then that it was perfect for a small getaway. Bathroom needs a better ventilation but thats easily fixable if you leave the windows and doors open.

Excellent Host, spotless, attention to detail! Our whole family enjoyed our stay, including the children. Walking distance to Centre.
