This listing was properly advertised. It was in close proximity to Disneyland and had everything we needed. Our teens enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Great communication.

Everything was exactly as advertised... and we were very impressed by how clean it all was. This is feedback, not criticism... a little more sofa seating in the living room would have been nice for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. But we have no complaints and would definitely stay here again!

For anyone worried about the location, Don't. We have stayed at hotels directly across from Disney on harbor Blvd and this is by far the best. The walk is quick and even better, the entrance on this side is the quickest to get through. When arriving at the other entrance you are with thousands of people trying to get through the security check. On this side you can literally walk right through. If you are going to Disneyland first, the tram entrance is right there. We loved the space and access to a kitchen and laundry. Any issues were taken care of immediately and the property manager texted to check on us often. I would book again!

I will start off by saying this propertys location is amazing and the unit itself is comfortable with everything we needed and more. There were strollers, beach supplies, lunchboxes and on and on. It is about a 15 minute walk from here to the park entrances going through downtown disney. The security lines on that side of the park are quick and if youre willing to go 2 blocks from this unit you could theoretically save a little walking by hopping on the tram at the mickey and friends parking garage by using the pedestrian overpass. We did run into an issue with the washer having a broken pump but it was addressed promptly and the management took care of it all. The parking garage is a bit tight but my Range Rover fit inside just barely haha. Will definitely rent this unit on future trips!

Overall, the property was, just ok. It was a long way from the parking spot and very difficult to find at night. We frequent Disneyland and this was our first venture outside of hotels to a rental home. We really wanted to love this place, but overall it just fell short. Heater was very noisy, as was washer and dryer. The drive to the parking garages was short, but we wouldn't want to walk from the property to the parks. The upstairs TV/remote didn't work, there was not very much light upstairs and the switch in master bedroom was not connected to anything. The bed was comfy but extremely squeaky and loud. The bunk beds seemed like a good idea, but upon further inspection seemed like there wasn't enough room for them. There was no bath mat in the shower and it was very slippery for our daughter (6).

House was great. To long to walk to Disneyland for us, with kids, but great! We had everything we needed. They have extra beds so we could spread out! Very nice. Love sleeping upstairs and having entertainment downstairs. Nice for kids. The parking is a walk away from the house so dont bring more than you can carry! Maybe they could have a bell cart or something similar in the house to make less trips for packing. Overall great would stay again!

Everything was perfect for what we were looking for - primarily a place for 3 adults to stay and was close proximity to Disneyland. While we found it comfortable as adults, there were many details in place that’d suit a family with children. It was a short walk to the Disney properties, so both of our needs were met! Staff was amazing and communicated great. We were able to easily sort out dropping off our bags at the property, as we arrived earlier in the day before check-in, so we were free to roam the parks and do our thing without having to worry about storing our luggage. Great place, would highly recommend!

The location was great, took about 20 mins but it was fun to walk thru downtown Disney. The condo was clean, a little worn (stair carpet should be replaced) but overall it was a good place to stay while visiting Disneyland.....

We came with friends for an adult Disney trip and this spot was perfect! Super easy to walk to the parks and downtown Disney. Comfortable amenities and well stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you.

Great location and stay. The couch really sinks in and is a bit uncomfortable and there was a metal piece that sticks out on coffee table that is a bit of a hazard. We turned it around to not stab in the leg when walking by. I also recommend putting a secondary lock. Having a deadbolt lock would have made me feel much more comfortable and secure. If I would been staying alone without my husband I would have actually been quite uncomfortable with the only lock being the keypad lock. These were minor and we did enjoy our stay.

This property was great for our family of four! It was very convenient to Disneyland and well kept.

It turned out to be a great location. In the directions to the location they should mention you are staying in Pepperwood Village it is not called “Funtierland “. That made finding the condo a bit difficult. The condo was clean but the outdoor area (patio) is not very inviting. Definitely needs cleaning up. A couple of things in the condo did not work as they should but overall it was a good place to stay.

This is a clean, comfortable properly that is about six blocks form downtown Disney. The property was very quiet and close to grocery stores. This was my second stay there I highly recommend it to our friends looking to go to Disney.

Great accommodation and walking distance to Disneyland.

Our overall experience with Funtierland was good and it provided what we needed for our family to enjoy our first Disneyland experience. The place had its pros and cons, so I think it really depends on what you're looking for. PROS 1. Location! It was amazing to stay somewhere that was right across the street from Disneyland. It took us about 10 minutes to walk into Downtown Disney and another 5 minutes to the front gates of the parks. 2. Having a place to stay with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, two floors and multiple bedrooms, made the week-long stay a lot more comfortable for our family of 5. This place had all the comforts of home! 3. Everything you needed was provided by the hosts. Beach gear, towels, extra mattresses, clothes drying rack, BBQ, strollers, and more. 4. We requested extra bedding and the hosts delivered some right away! CONS 1. We arrived in the evening and the sun had already gone down. The complex is very dark and lacks lighting, so it made it very difficult to find our place and the garage that is to be used with it (they are not attached). 2. The garage door automatic opener was broken and I had to manually pull it open and close it. I was not told this, so it took a while for me to figure that out and I also ended up pinching two fingers in the fold while closing it once. 3. The place did not look as new and nice as the pictures showed online. There were multiple things broken (stair handrail included). 4. Kids can't use the hot tub at the pool.

House was as shown in the pictures. Plenty of space for the 6 of us(4 adults and two kids) Couple quick notes: - Garage is manual - it is a pretty long walk for kids. Our 8 year old would get tired and 5 year old needed to use a stroller. Nothing wrong with the property but worth considering for smaller kids

We had a great time during our stay. Location was in walking distance and was nice to have the space for our family to relax while not at the park.

We had an enjoyable time and the condo and its location were wonderful. I would have maintenance check the upper bunk bed. Did not feel it was safe to sleep on. It was very wobbly and felt it was unusable. Grandson slept on sofa. Everything else was fine. Plenty of towels for the beach. Very convenient to Disneyland.

The property was nice and clean. The pool area was large and it is within walking distance of Disney. The only issue we had was we arrived late at night and struggled to find the condo. We were aware of the limited parking but didn't realize the property wasn't accessible by vehicle. You need to park and walk a ways into the complex to find it.

Really get location for Disneyland, easy walk. Listing was accurate and served our needs perfectly.

Townhome was very clean and the location was absolutely perfect for walking to Disneyland. Just a short ten minutes to downtown Disney. Only critique would be that the patio and exterior could use some love. Home was perfect for families ready to make some memories at Disney though.

We had 2 adults and 5 kids ages 3-11 staying here and it was perfect for our needs. We spent every day and night at Disney and just crashed here late every night. The house was very clean, with basic budget necessities that you would expect at this price point. Management was super responsive and let us use the assigned parking spot and stroller early before checkin so we could hit Disney the minute we got into town at 10:30am. After we officially checked in that evening, they reached out to be sure everything was clean enough and that we had everything we needed, which I appreciated. It was about a 15-minute walk to Downtown Disney, and then you can take the Monorail right into Tomorrowland which will save you the 1+ mile walk through Downtown. We never used the pool or playground, so I can’t speak to those. This company owns several of the townhomes in the neighborhood and I would definitely use them again for a Disney stay for how convenient it was.

Easy access to Disneyland - you can walk and back with no problem. Really nice garage to park your car. One of the most stocked up place we've ever stayed (they even had scotch tape... we needed it!), especially if you have small kids. It was clean, bed was comfortable. We will definitely be back and stay when we go back to Disneyland!

We stayed in a Funtierland Condo for a family Disney trip and were perfectly satisfied with our vacation rental. The unit is directly adjacent to the parking lot for Downtown Disney and a very short walk to the Disneyland Hotel area. Good communication with host when we needed to switch to a late checkout. We would stay here again.

Great spot for a home away from home feel - close walk to disney n friends tram . Nice to have everything we needed and less to pack since many essentials were already on location. Quiet neighborhood,comfortable condo easy access to Disneyland.

When I started researching a place to stay, I was blown away by the cost of the Disney resorts. This condo was a WAY better price and only an additional two-ish blocks from the Disney resorts, making it perfect for our family. We all had our own bedrooms, could save some money by cooking breakfast in the kitchen each morning (we also packed sandwiches to take to the park each day), and could easily walk to Downtown Disney within 15 minutes. Once you are at Downtown Disney, it's maybe a 5-ish minute walk to the entrances for Disneyland and Downtown Disney. I will say the condo is very minimal on decorations and kitchen supplies, but you spend your whole day at Disney so not much is really needed, besides the basics. Two strollers are provided, for use during your stay, but they aren't in the best condition (although you could make do with them). My family and I decided to get a $30 umbrella stroller from Walmart instead, to use. The condo was very clean (floors, bathrooms, bedding, etc.), the only "dirty" items we saw were that some of the dishes weren't well cleaned. The walking directions the VRBO rental company gives are NOT accurate, so do not follow those. Maybe there has been construction since they typed them up? Map your own walking route to Downtown Disney. Once you are at the entrance of Downtown Disney, you can go anywhere VERY easily. If you are wanting to meet princesses during your trip, don't count on meeting them all at the parks. While we were at the parks, we only saw three, and the lines were outrageous. Book the "Disney Princess Breakfast Adventures" located in Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. We met Jasmine, Aurora, Belle, Rapunzel, Mulan, Ariel, Tiana, and Pocahontas.

Nice place to stay for the price

It was a good place to stay, it was clean but there was a lot of spiders crawling around but not that big of a deal. Went to the pool a couple times first time was OK second time found chicken bones at the bottom, and a wad of human hair that was kind of yucky. Nice easy walk to Disneyland Park, liked that a lot. Neighbors were really quiet and friendly.
