From the minute we drove up to this gorgeous, perfectly maintained property, we were in love! We’re a family group of 6, ages 31-81 and it was just what we all needed! Every detail truly reflects the beauty of the Adirondacks, and it offers all the modern conveniences as well. We played pool & games, relaxed in the hot tub and sauna, made s’mores by the campfire. Our bedrooms were so spacious and comfortable. Alia was immediate with responses, even when we had the simplest questions. We will absolutely work with any Alia property in the future, and most highly recommend her Fawn Ridge Lidge!!

We enjoyed our stay at Fawn Ridge Lodge with our children and grandchildren (8 of us). The home is beautiful, spacious and with many amenities. The family loved the hot tub, pool table and movie room
The bunk room upstairs was much more spacious than we imagined with a full sitting area in it in addition to all the beds. Our son's family of 4 spread out in there.
Our only negative was that the lower level full bath had a shower that we were not able to use (missing the fixture). Our host apologized and was trying to get a plumber in but was unable to during our stay. It would have been nice to have that additional full bath.
However, I still gave it 5 stars as everything else was wonderful.

We had a great stay for my parents anniversary. The house is close to the town of Lake placid. It has all the amenities one would need and we had a great time

The house had plenty of space and beds for 10 of us to stretch out and enjoy a rainy day with no hiking. Having the hot tub is a big bonus after a long day on the trails. Will definitely stay here again with another guided High Peaks trip. A beautiful house in a perfect location.

We have been staying in Lake Placid for the lacrosse tournament for 8 years now. We had yet to find the perfect house until now! This house has it all.. great amenities. Way more space than you can see online, extremely private nice neighborhood development where the houses have lots of acreage/privacy. It’s great for quiet peaceful walks.. No noise from neighbors and the house itself has all the amenities listed and more! It’s better in person than the pics show. There’s a really cool theater room we enjoyed as well. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The owner is very responsive. We loved it so much we booked for next year!

Perfect location! All the amenities and entertainment accessible at this house for all the different age groups we had staying there! This was our second time staying here and it was just as lovely and perfect as the first time! Excellent!

My active adult sisters , brothers in law and I and my 91 year old mother enjoyed our stay in this beyond beautiful and comfortable home . A sweet trail down the road, xcountry skiing nearby, downhill at whiteface, great restaurants and so much to do even with. 2 days of rain. The best part was returning to such comfort at the end of the day. As usual the home is better in person than the posted pictures.

This is a nice house - basement has lots of good stuff like two movie rooms, pool table, hot tub. Kitchen is nice and big and love the screened in eating porch. So close to Lake Placid but also close to hiking, etc.

Our week at Fawn Ridge Lodge was everything we needed & expected it to be. There was so much for our multi-generational group to do on site & within a few miles of the property. The entire family enjoyed the billiard & theatre rooms, the hot tub, & the fire pit. Our teens loved the bunk room! Some hiked, biked, & paddled. Others sought out eateries, museums & driving tours.
The kitchen is well appointed & the dining room table easily seats 10. The layout of the house is such that depending on your mood you can gather in a group for conversation or find a cozy nook for some quiet time. Although the house is in a neighborhood, it is surrounded by woods. The only neighbors we saw were a doe & her fawn. A good time was had by all!

If you want a place that is within walking distance of downtown, this is not the place. However, the home is beautiful and it is a very short drive to the center of Lake Placid. The decor is classic Adirondack style. We loved the large table to gather and play games. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed.
If anyone has any mobility issues, please note there are stairs to get in. There is a first level master bedroom with a walk in shower.
Communication with the owner was fantastic! Questions were answered extremely fast.
Our group enjoyed our weekend trip!

The house very nicely accommodates our annual gathering with the guys. Good access to downtown, the lake, outdoor activities and the ice arena. Alia and the property manager are accessible and communicative.

This was a great place to stay for our NCAA Championships. We had a great Kitchen and Dining room. Also multiple, lounge areas for Student Athletes to recover and have group meetings. We watched "Miracle" in the Theatre room. Excellent space with everything you could want.

House was gorgeous and had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend away. It was nice to not have to bring bedding and towels! Plenty of space for our group of 9. There was something everyone and we didn't need to leave the house for the weekend except to get more firewood. The house was close to town but the area was very private. It would be a great place for a family get together in the summer. Hot tub was big and clean. Nice having a pool table and movie room in the basement.

This is our second visit to Fawn Ridge Lodge and we had another great family weekend! The home is comfortable and spacious with enough amenities to keep six adults and four active kids (ranging from 2 to 16) happy and entertained. The kitchen is awesome and we made a wonderful dinner at home followed by family games around the huge dining table. We highly recommend a family getaway to this beautiful home.

Fawn Ridge is a beautiful home. Nicely decorated for a cozy, yet elegant, feel. Lots of room to spread out. It’s close to town and a grocery store is just down the street but it is located in a lovely, quiet, wooded neighborhood. We hope to return next year with more family.

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. It was clean and had everything we could hope for as guests. It’s a short drive to mirror lake (not walking distance). Overall it was a great stay and we will be back.

The positives for Fawn Fridge are so many, it would take up an entire page to write about it all.
The Adirondack decor here makes you feel like you’re walking around in one of the rustic furniture stores in the area. Absolutely beautiful!!!
The kitchen is great with everything you could need if you like cooking in. The living room is gorgeous big and comfortable. The wrap around outdoor porch space is the best!!! So fun to hang out on and grill at the end of the day and so peaceful in the morning.
Alia the host is thoughtful and kind and replied right away to messages. Check in was a breeze.
Our family all agreed that Fawn Ridge is definitely the nicest house we’ve stayed at in LP.

Our family had such a great time, we wish we could stay longer. The house was amazing, had everything and more. Prefect distance to downtown. Will definitely stay here our next trip to Lake Placid.

A perfect stay!
This cabin was beautifully decorated, fully equipped with anything we needed, and easy to communicate with the owner, Alia. Just minutes from downtown area but private enough to seem secluded. I would highly recommend this place to stay… you will not regret it!
