Clean and modern

The staff were so lovely and had umbrellas on hand when it rained. It was a great location in terms of handiness to main sites and restaurants.

Room was quite dirty when we arrived, hairs all over the carpet and several dirt stains on carpets and wall. Dust on window sill and stain on duvet cover

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. This hotel exceeded out expectations by miles. It gives you the impression of a 5 star hotel. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious, the staff was very nice and kind. They also had complimentary breakfast (muffins, coffee, water).

There was nothing we did not like.

Veldig hyggelig personale. Kommuniserte bra engelsk. Lokalet var rent og moderne. Beliggenheten var også veldig bra, i nærheten av metro og shopping.

Rommene var romslig for Japansk standard, men litt mindre enn forventet. Kan være litt plagsom hvis man har flere koffert.

Staff were nice and welcoming and were able to help in English in most cases. Room was clean and amenities were sufficient. The room offered plenty of pillows and the bed was comfortable. The property is located very close to Dotonbori and the subway and train stations were close by as well. So moving around was easy. There was a family mart across the street which made getting snacks and drinks easy. If you opt for breakfast, it is served in the restaurant downstairs. Laundryroom was a big plus.

You can't leave air conditioner on in the room when you leave as it needs the keycard to be set in its slot to activate. The bathtub was tiny, but i didn't mind it too much. The ceiling was very low however, so it made it impossible for me to stand in the shower due to there being a step down in my room at least. (Look at picture) I am 185 cm, so I'm quite tall and way over the standard in Japan. So this didn't come as a surprise to me. Was able to shower very easily regardless of low roof and not being able to stand up straight. It was merely a inconvenience. Room size was very tiny. Not much room for setting things down. I am a very tidy and organized person so I was able to make it work.

El wifi no funciona bien. Lo notifiqué y me qusieron dar otra habitación que tampoco funcionaba. Si cierras las puertas de la habitación no llega señal

Location was excellent

Rooms were very small, and tight to move or to get into your suitcase. No storage.
