The location, the staffs( Sureesh, Nikita) HK service ,clean room and comfortable bed , rain shower in the bathroom is amazing . Good value doe money

I didn't like anything except the pictures on the booking where the room looks good but in reality it has nothing to do with it.

It was my worst experience since I have been using booking for 12 years. Not to mention the area which is a dirty one with strange people and planes that are heard loudly every 5 minutes. I can get over it, I'm not a picky person, but the room and the hotel are miserable. I arrived at the hotel at night and when I entered the room it was very dirty, the floor was sticky, the toilet was not flushed, a very bad smell, the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. I'm not exaggerating, but the pictures have nothing to do with reality. We left 5 minutes after entering the room and stayed at another hotel even though we had paid 3 nights in advance, even if we lost money it doesn't matter, you couldn't stay there, you felt like you were getting sick. It was the worst accommodation I have ever encountered compared to how it is presented on booking. The picture on the booking has nothing to do with the room in reality. PS They also accommodated 6-7 people in a room just to occupy their hotel. It's the first time I give a negative review, but staying at this "hotel" is a nightmare

Staff were very accommodating and quick to assist with our bags. They were friendly and really helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Was kinda cool to see airplanes descending for landing just outside the hotel.

The lobby could do some makeover , it looks a bit undone. The spa at the rooftop wasn't great. Was a waste of time for a massage and morrocan bath, was kinda dodgy too.

Comfortable bed, TV, near to hotels & restaurants. Bath & floor are clean well.

In the bathroom, there is no exhaust fan. When using hot water, the bathroom becomes foggy. Despite not allowing smoking or fire, the fire alarm functions in the room. During the middle of the night, a ghost rings the bell. The facility list mentions toothbrush and toothpaste, but only soap and bath shower gel are available. The mini bar is empty. Range hire for daily rent but they not include free breakfast .

Its a beautiful facility and they ensure to keep it clean. The staff are really polite and helpful.

Would be great if they could provide some tea bags in the rooms and not just coffee.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, and the service they provided was excellent. The breakfast was very good .The stay in City Avenue was comfortable n very good . The staff were exceptionally superb 👌👌👌

The hotel is very good, well located, comfortable. It has a bar on the ground floor entering the hotel on the right, prices are reasonable.

The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Reception staff and bell boy were very friendly and helpful.

1. Not a clean room. Curtains were dirty with marks. Floor was dirty in bathroom and room, didn’t get cleaned as part of house cleaning. When housecleaning was done only the bed was made up, rubbish and dirty dishes were left. Until next clean. 2. I went to the beauty salon as I wanted a pedicure and walked into a bunch of men and women (not sure whether they were staff or non-guests) smoking and playing music. It was very intimidating and dirty. I exited and didn’t use their beuaty services. 3. The facilities that should be in the room were missing and had to be requested. I asked for Ironing board and iron whoch was sent up but was useless as the iron did not get to temperature and iron my clothes.

- bed is comfortable - location is good; laundry, barbershop, lulu hyper market and others just under the hotel, and 15 minutes from metro station - price is not bad comparing to other hotels

- neighbourhood is not the best specialty for families

City Avenue is one of the best 😄😄😄😄😄,I really enjoyed my stay over there, thank you, the reception and other staffs are polite

The washroom is very clean and good, but I was expecting it to have a Jacuzzi
