Beatriz was a wonderful host. She greeted us at check-in and showed us everything we needed to know about her lovely family home and the surrounding area.The location is perfection and is walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and the shuttle bus. Among the many highlights of our stay in Granada was the breathtaking views of the Alhambra from the apartment. I highly recommend booking this beautiful apartment for your stay in Granada. We enjoyed our stay very much. Simply the best!

Beatriz was awesome. Met us at the VRBO and showed us everything. Information printed out and laminated for us, very easy to use. Views were amazing! Keys for front door were very difficult to use- often would not work!! Shower drain slow…. Water was backing up. Overall it was a great place, I would stay here again.

The house is beautiful it is spotlessly clean and has everything you could need for your stay. The views from the terrace are simply stunning. Beatriz is so great with communication and very helpful whilst you stay. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Gorgeous place I certainly hope to be back.

Beatriz made checking in and out smooth and easy , even arranging a taxi to the station on our check out day. The apartment was a delight with stunning views of the Alhambra from every room! There are two outside spaces a balcony and a huge terrace but with the same amazing views. The kitchen was small but had everything you could need to make a meal not that you have too as you are situated in the heart of the Albaicín with plenty of restaurants all around you. We loved our stay and would happily stay again if we are in Granada. I highly recommend this apartment. You should note however that there are a lot of stairs. Not an issue for us at all and in fact the whole UNESCO Albaicín neighborhood is hilly with lots of steps so you will need to do stairs to stay in this area

The apartment is happily better than I imagined. You could not have a more accommodating host, amenities and location. There are views of the Alhambra from every main window and both, private patios. The photos do not do the apartment justice. We took a taxi from the train station which I highly recommend. There is a shuttle bus which stops right above the apartment, but is often too crowded to a comodate luggage. This may not be a suitable location if you have difficulty with stairs.

This house has one of the most amazing unobstructed views of the Alhambra, Generelife and the Sierra Nevada mountains! Better than the view you get at Mirador San Nicolas, because it is all yours on that beautiful giant balcony! It is convenient to walk, shop, restaurants, bus. The surroundings are quiet and serene. Beatriz is wonderful and responsive. I still can't believe I have to leave this place, it has been a truly amazing visit. Thank you Beatriz!

Great location; great views. Baiz was charming and helpful. We are very experienced European travellers/residents. This was one of the most pleasant and relaxing holdays we have enjoyed.

This is a large apartment in the historic Ablaicin area with an amazing view. 4 people stayed here from the US (2 adults, 2 children - 10 and 8 years old) and we were very comfortable. The area is quiet and safe and everything is a 10-15 minute walk from your place. The interior furnishings are a little bit old, but the overall accommodations are amazing. We arrived after 22:00 and the owner helped educate how to arrive to the apartment from the airport and met us there for a short orientation. This was a very nice touch and much appreciated by our family. She also helped answer any questions we had during our stay. I am looking forward staying here again in the future!

The terrace on Beatriz’s property is fantastic - we were able to enjoy relaxing out there and felt we were close enough to touch the Alhambra. The house is very clean and well positioned for catching the mini buses which go down to the town and also the Alhambra. We were 2 couples sharing the house, and my only comment would be that the kitchen is very tiny, as is the one bathroom. However we knew this when we selected to stay here, as our overriding reason for selecting Beatriz’s house was for the view. Beatriz was very quick to respond to any questions we had, met us right on time at check-in and very kindly organised taxis for us when we were leaving. Thanks Beatriz!

Lovely apartment with fantastic views of the Alhambra. The neighbourhood was very interesting with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The area is very steep and the cobblestones would make it difficult for the less able. Beatriz was extremely helpful and checked with us several times to ensure all was well. We would definitely go back

Perfecto.. the apartment nice and comfortable, clean, light.. the views were spectacular better than in the pictures.. woke up to the bells ringing and marvelous views of the Alhambra for 26 days.. Beatriz is amazing. So friendly and helpful with anything you need... Truly my favorite vacation, I hope to go back someday. I hugely recomend this property... the Albaicin is so fun.. so many things to experience..

We would have stayed just for the views of the Alhambra but right from the beginning of our booking Beatriz was the perfect host. She went out of her way to make us feel at home and when we were departing called us cab and the called us back to make sure it had arrived. The apartment was perfect for two couples and was close to a number of good restaurants. Not really walkable to old town but cabs were cheap and easy to get. I’m not sure if you could get a better view. The deck was huge and very private and we could have just sat there for our three day stay but Granada has so much to see.

We loved the home. Our stay exceeded our expectations. I only wish that we could have stayed longer.

Beatriz was a great host. She was kind to let us leave our luggage inside apartment until our departure to airport. Apartment was great, in an great location, with amazing views of the Alhambra.

The house is great. The view from the balcony is amazing! Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and bus stop of C32. Beatriz is a great host! She is very responsive, and She also helped us to reserve a taxi to the train station.

Just back from a fantastic break in Granada. We loved the location, the apartment and Granada itself. Beatrix was very helpful prior and during our stay. We enjoy city breaks in the winter so that we can avoid the crowds and queues. And Granada was no exception to that. Glorious sunny days and a bit cold in the evening but that's what we were expecting (we were there end Nov/beginning Dec). So for winter, don't forget to pack slippers (the floors are all tiles) and a jumper as the apartment will be cold when you get back from your sightseeing each day. We definitely would return. And that view..... wow!

Every morning for a week we awoke to views of The Alhambra, which set the tone for a beautiful stay in Granada, thanks to Beatriz and her generosity. This apartment is situated in the Albaycín neighborhood, which means you are instantly in the center of winding paths and close houses, surrounded by Moorish influence and the magical feel of walkable restaurants and sights such as the Mirador de San Nicolas (there is flamenco up at the Mirador, if you want a walkable experience). Its location means you cannot park, but it also means that you are just steps from the C32, which took us everywhere! The bedrooms were comfortable, the living area allowed our family of four to relax on the couches and eat meals together, and the kitchen was well equipped for our cooking. Beatriz herself was most welcoming, and although our daughter was the only one who met her in person when she opened up the apartment before our arrival, she was quick to communicate during our stay. This was a November visit, so the rain prevented us from using the beautiful patio, but the views from inside (where we were wrapped in comforters on the couch!) made it still feel magical. Great location for the main attraction of Granada, the Alhambra. Fantastic views of it in the morning when the sun come up and at night when it is lit up from the terrace or dining room windows. The apartment is only a 20-25 minute walk from the entrance to the Alhambra or you can take the bus that runs close to apartment also. Very clean unit with a kitchen to prepare a meal if you choose. Good neighborhood with lots of diverse restaurants in walking distance or take the bus into downtown Granada. Beatriz met us on our arrival and was very helpful answering any questions.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. I cannot say enough about the view... the main reason that draws you to Granada is right before your eyes every morning, day, and night! The location is very convenient, in the middle of Albaicin and close to a bus stop, many restaurants, a famous overlook, etc. It is quite spacious and well equipped. Check-in and check-out were very easy and Beatriz was very helpful and nice. I felt fortunate to be able to stay here and highly recommend this place!

This apartment has the most amazing, unobstructed view of the Alhambra from nearly every window and the rooftop balcony.. If you are looking for the view, you will not be disappointed. Beatriz was so nice and met us to show us the apartment.

We loved the apt., the views od the Alhambra and exploring the neighborhood of the Albacin. Lots of restaurants and a great mini markets close by. Loved walking down the small lanes into town. Easy to get too and great exercise on the way back up!! Listen to Beatriz and don’t drive your rental car up! There is a perfect garage by the Triumfo with a C1 bus right when you come up from the garage that drops you in front of the apt.! So easy to et around. Granada was beautiful and this was a great apt. for our first visit!!!
