Soundproof is poor, living hall furniture little bit old

If had a lovely lobby and was close to the bus station. It was a huge apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Everyone who worked here was friendly and helpful, especially the lovely young women on the front desk. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean.

The only thing I found a bit annoying was when I asked for the dirty towels to be changed, all the dirty towels where taken but only 2 bath towels were left, no bath mat or hand towels. After asking again someone did come with the additional towels. I had to request dish soap and a sponge twice before receiving them. It also took 2 requests before the safe was usable. Nothing big, just a bit annoying. It was all rectified on the 2nd request.

إزعاج عمال الفندق أثناء النوم دخل فجأة للغرفة وبعد ذلك العمل ف الغرفة المجاورة بمعدات حفر وكانت ليلة سيئة رغم ان حجزت فيه اكثر من مره سابقا والفندق كان رائع ، ايضا الاثاث بدأ ف الاتساخ

This hotel is good if you set your expectations right. I read the reviews before booking, and they ranged from "wonderful" to "shabby". It`s neither. What we wanted was good value for money and a hassle-free stay, and we got it from this hotel. But If you expect luxury, you will probably be disappointed. Breakfast was basic, but adequate to what we paid for it. Our apartment was good enough for us: large and clean enough. Overall, we were happy with this hotel: the two insanely designed red armchairs in the lobby were probably the best.

The immediate surroundings of the hotel aren`t pretty, to put it very mildly. Stained sofas and armchairs in the apartment.
