Posizione un po’ fuori mano per la spiaggia è il centro del Mondello, per muoversi è sempre necessario prendere l’auto. Il parcheggio è molto scomodo.

Beautiful apartment with lots of green and sea views. We were greeted with some local sweets and pastries, which was a nice touch. The apartment was well-equipped in the kitchen section (utensils, basic spices, sugar, coffee, oil) and the bedroom has a dresser and a dressing table which was convenient. There was another room that we used as storage, but it had a desk and a chair and could be used for working. There is comfortable furniture on the patio to relax in the sun. There were two bicycles that could be used to ride around but we did not use it. There is access to a rocky beach section that looked nice to do some sunbathing. Bus stops right below the villa, easy to reach Mondello Beach (Bus 603) or Palermo. The bus schedules are a bit erratic though, you might have to wait some time. Maybe it is more on schedule during the summer season. For a couple of days of our stay, we rented a car and we felt it was more convenient. Parking is on a steep slope, but for us, it was not a problem. The host was reachable via WhatsApp and was helpful to resolve some small things in the apartment and also answered all our questions. Overall, a very good stay!

The apartment could do with some TLC, especially the bathroom area. Some accessories in the shower were rusted and looked not cared for. Cleanliness could also be improved. Although the patio is huge, you do not have direct access to the terrace area to stand and look over the sea as it is shared by another apartment probably for families with kids.

Host was very friendly and helpful. He arranged a taxi for us when we checked out and everything in the apartment was great. Well equipped with everything you need. We also had access to two bicycles which was really handy to get to the beach and back.

Great property with short bike ride to beach. Outstanding facilities with a private and comfortable sea view! Recommend!
