Bar staff were curt and unprofessional Room service was awful on the verge of being unhelpful Ice machine on floor out of order Cleaning of rooms poor and cleaning tools left in the room after being serviced, Hair dryer was dirty and would not want to use it.

The location is perfect, 1 block from Park Ave and only two from Fifth Ave. The room size is adequate and the bed is very comfortable.

I have received some packages and it took me almost two days to get the packages. The staff told me first that they did not receive anything, then the told me that the packages were deposited in another sector of the hotel and they were not be able to enter there. The elevators were slow and we had to wait a long time for them. I paid for a daily service fee but nobody told me that I had some benefits and credits. They forgot to give me the card and instructions. I made my complaint but the manager did not want to make any credit. On this trip I did not like the attitude of the hotel staff. I will consider this at the time of my next trip to NYC.

The property was very clean.

We booked a 2 x double bedded room advertised as being suitable for 3 adults & 1 child. The beds were in. I way big enough to sleep 4 people. The only solution suggested by the hotel was for us to pay for an additional room at double the cost. Staff members informed us that this was a very regular problem. We settled the bill on checking out. Once we returned to the UK I found the hotel had added charges to my credit card that had not been used or authorised. After raising a complaint, the money was refunded.

The room was very comfortable and well appointed.

o hotel é muito bom, tem tudo o que a gente precisa pra ter uma estada agradável, mas tb nada de excepcional. bom custo beneficio. qdo estávamos lá, o presidente Biden estava não sei se no hotel ou nas proximidades, so sei que a rua ficou totalmente interditada por algumas horas e ninguém entrava nem saia. Meu filho que tinha ido a farmácia perto, teve que apresentar o cartão do quarto para poder entrar na rua e voltar pro hotel

as camareiras nem sempre eram simpáticas , pedi um dia para ela voltar em 1h pra limpar o quarto pois eu não conseguia sair naquele momento que ela passou e ela não voltou mais naquele dia.

La ubicación del hotel ha sido muy buena en todo sentido, muy cerca de los lugares que se suelen frecuentar cuando se va al centro de New York.

La habitación y su tamaño no era acorde a lo reservado, cambiamos de habitación hasta 3 veces, viajamos 3 personas, las camas eran más pequeñas que las queens normales de los hoteles americanos, el primer cambio consistió en una habitación con cama King y una adicional "estilo catre" y muy incomodo, el segundo cambio fue una habitación para discapacitado donde si bien era un poco más grande de superficie la misma tenía todo a una altura preparada para una persona discapacitada y con escasa capacidad para guardar la ropa. El último cambio fue volver a una habitación con cama King y con una supletoria un poco mejor. Soy miembro de IHG (cadena que incluye el hotel Intercontinental) obviamente por ser la compra a través de booking, no tuvieron ninguna atención ante el problema presentado y cualquier posible mejora era abonando un dineral, cuando por una semana he pagado más de 3.000 u$d, regreso a Madrid, y sin haber realizado consumo adicional me llega un cargo a mi tarjeta de crédito de unos 280 u$d por impuestos locales. Un verdadero disparate. Espero que alguien de la cadena hotelera o de booking se ponga en contacto conmigo para ver que tipo de atención, compensación o deferencia tienen para conmigo.

تعامل الموظفين سيئ جداً خصوصاً موظف الاستقبال (كيفن) .. وكذلك القيمة العالية للتأمين في اليوم (300 دولار كاش) أو (150 دولار بطاقة) وعدم إعادتها إلا بعد مدة طويلة وعدم تجاوب موظف الاستقبال أو المديرة المناوبة مع ذلك وتعاليهم في الرد 🤬

Always exceptional service at this hotel. Great location. Helpful staff. Comfortable rooms kept incredibly clean.

A loud ice-machine outside my room but not anyone's fault!

The property was very central for where we wanted to be so it ticked all the boxes there.

The service charge and the cost of mini bar, even with the 25$ allowance per room this did not allow you to buy much!

We’ have stayed many times at this hotel. Rooms are comfortable and it has a nice lobby. I personally like the location, just a few minutes from Rockefeller Center, St Patrick”s Cathedral and the nicest part of fifth avenue. It is in a clean, quiet streer.

The location is great, in proximity to the nice areas. The building has an impressive historical significance and look. The rooms meet the NY vibe.

The gym was average. The mini-bar didn't have a list of prices and was apparently insanely expensive. We only found out in the end when we got the bill. We had a $25 per day mini-bar allowance and somehow we still exceeded it by consuming little if anything, mostly waters. The toilet wasn't very clean to start with. The fan was pretty noisy.

Customer service inesistente. L’app concierge è’ una presa in giro e l’hotel non fa nulla per soddisfare il cliente anche se non prevede alcun extra costo per la struttura

Location are great close to anywhere in the main attractions. Housekeepers staff are so lovely and very helpful. We have met with Sophia the GM of the property and the dog and they were so lovely but could have pay more attention on the receptionist staff as they were a bit unhelpful and rude.

We have arrived and told that our booking was canceled. Anyhow we manage to get the rooms but when we got to our room one of the bed is dirty and linen is unchanged. Very disappointed on our side as we are expecting a good clean rooms from intercontinental hotel.

The housekeeping staff are great.

The receptionist staff is very unhelpful.

We liked everything. The service was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the bar and restaurant.

The fitness center only had one partially functioning elliptical. There should be more ellipticals with fully functioning tv connections.
