I was absolutely blown away by this property! I booked very last minute, and the host was super responsive and even gave us added amenities that really made our stay perfect. We've stayed in Hot Springs multiple times over the years, and this is no doubt the best place we've ever stayed, both in terms of location and cleanliness. The location is within walking distance of everything downtown. The beds and rooms are so comfortable and clean and really feel at-home. Will definitely be staying here again!

The loft is really cool! All we hoped for in a downtown Hot Springs vacation! Everything was perfectly clean and organized. The location is insanely good. Walking distance to everything you could ever want or need! Def will be back soon.

This is our second time visiting. Such a cool property. Everything was great.

Great property, this was our third year to visit the Races and stay at Capone's Loft. We were surprised by the cleanup crew at 0900 on last day. We were not told that Checkout had been moved to 0900. The onsite manual says checkout is 1000. The early checkout is unreasonable for our group and if that remains, we will look for another property next year.

We met up with friends from Texas to stay at this loft. We were so impressed with the space. The owners have done an incredible job of preserving a special piece of history & gone as far as showcasing artifacts throughout the home for guests to explore and learn more about the history of Hot Springs. We literally parked our car in Lot 1 and walked everywhere we needed to go all weekend. The location is so perfect for exploring downtown and even hiking. The owners also left cinnamon rolls, eggs and juice for us to whip up a quick breakfast and the coffee bar was fully stocked. The guys loved the little snack tray and the convenient cigar bar right below us. We played pool, listened to music, watched the hustle and bustle of downtown out of the huge windows and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The beds have the softest sheets I have ever slept in and the master bath shower is something dreams are made of. We cannot wait to come back again in a few months.

this is a wonderful property, and you can't beat the location. now, if there hadn't been a freak cold front that froze the pipes leaving us w/o water for two days and preventing us from enjoying daily hikes it would've been perfect. well, you can't control the weather and our host and property manager were so very accommodating by providing us w/copious amounts of water to drink and clean. despite all the weather-related issues, it really was an amazing trip and i would not hesitate to book this place again, i mean they decorated the place christmas, such a nice touch! if there was one critique about the space, it would be that we wish there was more lounging furniture in the living room, e.g. a larger sofa and comfy chairs; aside from that i highly recommend this downttown loft :)

The property was amazingly unique, a beautiful and classic renovation that captured the essence of the theme the owners were trying to create. This was by far the most detailed orientated renter I have had the pleasure to stay with; the thoughtful little touches were such a pleasant surprise (examples; cinnamon rolls, orange juice, eggs and authentic beer and waters were in the fridge, fresh flowers on the kitchen counter, a snack basket on the bar, a new toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom drawer.) The venue was an impressive stay but was also on the Herat of downtown hot springs and was a great location!!!

This place was extremely clean and very well appointed. Super comfy and within walking distance of great food and shopping. Be sure to load and unload from the back door, though. Those 54 steps from the front door will wear you out with luggage!

The Loft was PHENOMENAL! Clean, very modern with touch of “Mobster History”, and everything guests would dream of in a home away from home. The kitchen was Michelin Perfect! Beds were perfect! Owners easy to reach in a timely manner. Was very close to most all sights and access to the State Park Trails. Lots to do downtown. Loved it. Would go again. One sidebar; loft is on third floor, lots of stairs.

What a fun and relaxing experience Capone’s Loft was. This is our second stay and will not be our last! Treat yourself to a great weekend!

Everything about our stay at Capone’s Loft was amazing and even better than expected. When we arrived we were greeted with an immaculately cleaned and organized loft. There were even some snacks and a couple things in the fridge for us to enjoy when we arrived! The location is perfect for walking around downtown for food or visiting attractions. We rented a boat on lake Hamilton and it was a short drive away. The loft is great for hanging out in the evening with the pool table and large bar. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed this weekend so much! Capone’s Loft is across the street from The Vault, where we enjoyed fine dining and also close to The Copper Penny where we enjoyed casual dining. The space was phenomenal! The details and history were more than we could have imagined. The hospitality of the owners will probably remain unmatched by any other place we stay. If you get a chance, go!

Additionally, with gangsters and organized crime playing such a large part in the history of Hot Springs, so to stay in a place like Capone's Loft really added to our overall experience in the city. Property was very clean and as advertised. A lot of little extra thoughtful touches. Kids enjoyed the games and pool table. Would definitely book again the next time we are in Hot Springs
