Apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we need.

Apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator (for disabled people) so keep that in mind when booking, otherwise everything is great.

All needed amenities was available, clean. View was also amazing

Location is not so close to the downtown/marina

The view was good. The AC and wifi were good.

The staff were awful. Terrible welcome upon arrival. They had us waiting for 4 hours outside of the compound as they didn't initiate the process of getting us the entry permit until we arrived. There was no toiletries and when confronted they said they will bring everything we need but didn't and stopped replying to our phone calls. Blankets were dirty and the refrigerator wasn't working properly.

Clean place and has everything inside the Chalet.

Location was excellent and safe and the chalet is very comfy and clean and was very easy to collect the property

The apartment was as described, and it was clean.

The swimming pool was the worst part, it was dirty.

the location is amazing, the beds are extremely comfortable felt like I’m sleeping in luxury hotel, Taymour is very friendly and helpful.

there was an issue with one of the bathrooms’s sink so wasn’t very comfortable at that.
