Five Friends took a shopping trip to Galena and loved our stay. The home has everything you could want! The two with the best knees stayed in the two bedrooms on top floor. The other three stayed in three bedrooms on second floor. Beds, pillows, and bedding were wonderful! We would definitely book again.

Beautiful historic home very close to shopping. Accommodations were lovely and comfortable seating for our group when dining and visiting. Only wish was that there was another shower. With eight people staying and only one shower we really had to coordinate. Bath tub on the 3rd floor was beautiful but not really convenient. Even with that said, we would all highly recommend your row house to anyone visiting Galena.

Our group of six women (ages 48-61) absolutely loved our stay in the Galena Row House! Very welcoming accommodations with special touches to make our stay even better. Great view from the house and one street up from Main Street where there is an abundance of GREAT dining options and fabulous shopping. One set of stairs from our street down to Main. Within a stone's throw is the Galena Bakehouse for quick breakfast treats--don't miss the Breakfast Empanadas! Highlights included the Trolley Tour of Galena (a must-do), lunch on the patio of Vinny Vanucci's Italian restaurant, the Bread Pudding at Embe (went back for it four times!) and the unique shops. The Row House gets 5 Stars for location alone...we didn't need a car to access all the shops and restaurants. We parked two SUVs easily in the driveway. The one shower worked just fine for six women, and there is an additional soaking tub and a powder room, so it all worked. We so appreciated the extra air-conditioning in the top-floor bedrooms. I highly recommend this property and I hope to come back here again soon! Thank you for sharing your beautiful, historic home with us.

The location of this property is perfect! Close walking distance to Main Street. Property was a well maintained beautiful historic home on a quiet street. You had a little “old world charm” from the church bells next door— but still provided a quiet nights sleep. Patio and outdoor spaces made this the perfect getaway place for my girlfriend’s group! The house was beautiful. It is perfectly located 1 block up from Main St. This was a family and friends weekend stay for my parents birthday weekend get away. We enjoyed the history of the house and the layout was unique. Only having 1 shower was a bit of a struggle but their were plenty of outlets in the bedrooms to get ready after showers so it worked ok. Thank you for this unique experience! We will be back again.

Great location, well stocked house that was super close to everything, so much to see and do in galena ! We had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this house! Plenty of room and house had so much character!!!!! Everyone found the perfect room for their personality!!!!

Can’t beat the location. Bypass struggles with parking and walk to the shops (if you can manage stairs; it’s a street UP from the river/Main Street). The house also requires stairs to get to the bedrooms. The house is beautifully restored, with so many amazing features- a first level shaded porch and six chairs, large dining table, games for kids, small lawn area, tv area with two couches and Tv. Parking was great— two cars fit next to each other and a third behind; you have to do a little maneuvering with three, but there is free street parking, and you likely won’t drive much. Overall, we couldn’t have chosen a better place for our stay and thank the owners for keeping this piece of history alive.

We, as a group of 8 senior citizens, enjoyed our weekend staying at this house. It was a great location and a very nice place to stay. We enjoyed seeing the sights and going to the balloon festival. We would highly recommend this property as a great place to stay.

Loved the home and it's location. Very convenient to Main Street, with both on and off street parking available. The home was well appointed and very clean. If you can't do steps then this property is not for you, that being said, I highly recommend this property and hope to return again.

Girls weekend! Awesome home. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Can park your car in the driveway and walk to town. Great shopping and restaurants. Been to Galena several times, but never stayed in town. Looking forward to returning!

The place is really cool! The whole town is friendly and the restaurants and bakeries are on point. I want to come back…the hot air balloon festival sounds fun! Glad we stopped in Galena. It’s truly a special place. We enjoyed the literature on Galena in the home. I can’t think of a better way to spend a quick two day vacation!

This is a beautiful property with a great location, easy walk to downtown. The communication with the host was very prompt. The home is large with lots of room. We had a fabulous experience!!!

We loved the house. It was a quiet neighborhood and very close to shops and restaurants. I recommend it.

Our little family and friends outing turned out just about perfect, thanks in no small part to the wonderful accommodations. The Galena RowHouse is exactly as listed - charming, inviting, immaculate, full of character and comfort. Also steeped in history and graced everywhere with little personal touches by the hosts. Whether into snow sports, bird watching, gourmet cuisine, card games with weird rules (what can I say, we are an idiosyncratic bunch) or something else entirely, you will be glad you stayed here.

This in-town rowhouse was walking distance to all Galena has, even in the winter. Short drive to Chestnut Mountain Skiing. Plenty of room for all of us. One bathtub and one shower but plenty of room for 10 adults. Clean and tidy.

The home was as advertised and very well stocked. It was a lovely home in a great location. We walked to downtown Galena and it was an easy drive to the ski lodge. The property manager was available and quick to respond.

This welcoming home was perfect for three couples to visit and enjoy Galena.

Host was prompt and helpful when communication was necessary. Easy check in and out process, not a million rules involved. Spotless and we'll stocked. Lots of little extras included, laundry soap, dish abd dishwasher soap, games, electronic cord supply in case u forget your charger. So very close to everything, but Many steps tho if thats a concern for you. Loved the house and the location. Host was AMAZING!

We had an excellent time celebrating our engagement with our family and friends downtown galena then getting to spend time in this beautiful home. The host was amazing an communication and helping me through the process. We got to take engagement photos in the home and I would 10/10 recommend it for any newly wed couple/ bridal party!

Loved the house! We really thought it was a special place to stay... .so much history. Just know you need to be healthy enough for lots of stairs . Lots of stairs in the house .We we're fine but I must say in another 2 or 3 years it may not work for me. Beautiful porch that is private to sit on outside.
