Stayed for a nice relaxing one night stay. The minute we walked in it felt warm and comfortable. Loved this place and will return!

We booked this hotel to try to enjoy a restful weekend after a very long week. We enjoyed all the touristy events in town shopping, dining etc. When we checked into the hotel we were given a room above the restaurant on the fourth floor. We weren't told on hotels.com nor by the staff they host live music on the weekends until 11pm. The base from the band was so loud and obnoxious that we couldn't even enjoy a movie. I contacted management to see if we could move rooms but they said it wasn't possible. I contacted Hotels.com to explain the entire situation and was told to bad. The problem is we weren't informed therefore we couldn't make other arrangements. If I were in the restaurant until 11 I'm sure the music would've been enjoyable but only listening to mumbling and base wasnt. The response from management is below.

Beautiful Irish atmosphere. Restaurant on site was good. I thought it was a bit overpriced. Fyi. Extra $20 amenities fee which covers breakfast.

The service was great. Front desk was very friendly. The restaurant was really good and the room was really comfortable and very clean. There was tea and coffee offered in their little library area. It was a really nice place to stay.

Amazing clean rooms, and the bedsheets/pillows/comforter was not itchy like a lot of hotels. Parking was easy and it was a very short drive to downtown. The food at the attached restaurant was awesome, and though they charge about $45 in person for the food/amenities, it's honestly worth it! It was a really gorgeous place to stay, I'd highly recommend it over any chain hotels.

The upcharge for these 2 nights was a difference from a usual $275-$350 to almost $800. The breakfast was gross, and after requesting room service, no one came. A lot of money for a grandpa style room. The bar downstairs had only 4 seats and one person working so you literally cannot get a drink

Fun stay, a little different (Better!) than the ordinary hotel stays. Pool looked nice, but we didn't have time to use it. We will definitely book this hotel again!

Would like to have stayed longer to enjoy the grounds, the spa, the library, live entertainment in the restaurant. An overnight just wasn’t long enough.

What a cute, quaint place! We only stayed for one night, but the Inn is a wonderful place to stay. The free shuttle to downtown Galena is a great amenity. Teatime is a nice touch, and the breakfast is very good! I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I liked the Irish county crests on the guest doors. I liked the character and the uniqueness of the Hotel.
The biscuits and gravy at breakfast was not good.

Very nice hotel. Great staff. Breakfast was very good. Pool and spa was relaxing and clean. The only glitch was that the hot tub in our room didn't work but the rest of the room was nice. Furniture was a bit hard. Bed was perfect.

The room was very nice. We did eat at the restaurant...which was good....not great. Nice location close to town... but not conducive to going for a walk

It is a beautiful cottage inn and walking distance to some of Galena’s attractions. Excellent breakfast buffet. The Irish Pub food was very good and I had the best Scotch Egg ever.

I don't like the TV, we got changed 22 dollars for a movie we didn't purchase. Will not go back to this hotel.
