連泊するなら、欲しいものがあった 洗濯するので、干す物が欲しかった 干せなかった 掃除に入ってほしいことを示す方法があるとよかった。入ってもらえるか、特にタオル交換してもらえるかが不安だった。 ベランダ広いから、机、椅子あると良さそう。

忘れ物をしてしまったのにも関わらず、とても親切に丁寧に送っていただきました。スタッフさんの対応がとても素晴らしいです。 また利用したいと思いました。 悪いところひとつもありませんでした！！

Apartment style accommodation with kitchenette, washing machine, separate toilet and bathroom, two bedrooms which is hard to find in regular hotels.

Staff would be good if we had a question, for instance I couldn't work out how to plug the kitchen sink so I washed utensils individually.

Suitable for 6 adult with 1 children for the apartments stay

Very far walking distance to the city but really suitable for young age stay for who like for adventure walking distance and travel.. If u bring oldest parent come to stay at this apartment then u need to prepare call for taxi fetch them to the station you wish to go due to oldest age can't walk too much... Costing extra will exceed your budget if u stay at this far from the city apartments.

The apartment was perfectly clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator/freezer for quick and easy meals. The building was tidy and secure with easy access to a convenience store. The train was a 5 minute walk. The views from the balconies showed beautiful mountains and much of the city.

The sofa in the living room was not comfortable.

Apartment with 2 rooms, each with 2 beds. Toilets and kitchens too. Parking available, cap at 600yen per day. Convenience store just beside as well

Room is small, just take note that luggages might take up quite a bit of space.

Amazing property Perfect location Nice and tidy 10/10

We had an amazing time at Ostay Vermillion. After the train from the airport, there was no elevator at the other side of shin immamiya station so we took a taxi instead which was a better choice because we have huge luggages. We paid about 1000 yen. The place was perfect for us, and we communicated with the staff via whats app. A short walk to Immamiya station which is our go to, for all the places we want to visit in Osaka. There is a Lawson downstairs. For 6 days we brought our trash downstairs which is an easy task. Towels were changed once. It would be nice if there is a free cleaning service at least once for the 6 days stay. Good thing Im ok with cleaning. We loved the sofa with table an throwpillows, so we can eat or hang around before and after our trips, instead of laying immediately on our beds. The rooms have doors so it can be private. I like the small plastic chair in the bathroom where I can sit while bathing. There is bath tub. Complete set of kitchenware and washing machine wtih free detergent. Hang your wet clothes at the bathroom and it will be dry overnight because they have drier in there. We have enough space for the 5 of us. The place was clean, and I hope they would keep it that way so we can come back. There is a very good ramen place called Kappa ramen near by. I hope there would a be a supermarket walking distance by the place. We didn't check, but maybe you need a taxi to get there or train. I like the floor. I don't like carpeted floors at hotels because I am sure they are dirty. Good thing their floor is not carpeted, my toddler liked crawling by the floor after a long day, so I hope they clean it well. There is a not shoes in the room policy. I hope all would be diligent doing that, because our shoes carry lots of germs from outside. I notice that Asians do leave their shoes outside which is a good practice. They have free slippers but very thin tho for 6 days. Would be nice to have a bit stronger slippers.

Just for improvement. Wish there was a free cleaning even once for 6 days stay. One mirror for doing make up maybe. We are glad to have booked this place. :)

the price is very nice. location is good, only several minutes to subway station by walking. the room around is very quiet so I can sleep well at night.

The living room is a little bit small. the sofa can only provide 2 persons to sit and no other chairs in the apartment.

Smooth contact with the owner, easy check-in via entrance and door-code. Nice and clean appartment has all you need: kitchen, washing machine, 2 big double beds in seperate rooms, nice bathroom and plenty of storage space. Just a 5 min walk from metro station (2 stops from Dotonbori) and has a Lawson local supermarket next to the building.

The host is super responsive and accommodating. Even though there was no face to face but the whole e-correspondence works out brilliantly. Truly appreciate this. The room looks much better than the photos shown here, minimal, neat and clean.

A bit of a walk to station

Can hear garbage truck noise in the early morning from west room sometimes.

Large two bedroom apartment. Clean, clothes washer and bathroom had a "wind" vent function that worked well for drying clothes. Good five minute walk from train station but easy to navigate and felt safe with kids. Lawson right outside door.

A towel to use in the kitchen area when prepping food would be a nice addition.

Very nice apartment for our family, very clean and nice view of Osaka, especially at night. The check in process was very simple, we received clear instructions beforehand. Owner very prompt to answer any questions. Regarding transport nearby, the JR line stop Imamiya is an easy 5 minute walk from the apartment (very handy if you have a JR railpass since then you don't have to pay for the train) and it is then only 1 stop to JR Namba station, followed by a short walk to Dotonbori. Otherwise, you can also take the metro line stop, Daikokucho, which is a 10 minute walk, and connects to Shin-Osaka where the Shinkansen trains depart from. There is a 24 hour Lawson's right in front of the apartment, so very easy to pick up snacks, drinks and necessities.

The apartment didn't have any glasses, so I texted the owner using Whatsapp and they were delivered the same day. So no issues there.

I loved how clean and amazing everything was. Lots of room with all of the utilities needed. Check in and check out were very simple as well. Definitely a good place to stay if you’re in Osaka.

Location wasn’t ideal for eating out if walking. However there was a JR line 5 mins walk away to eating districts.
