Property was nasty dirty. Holes in walls outdoor furniture broken, mattresses broken down bugs(roaches). I could go on and on will NEVER book again. The manager of property was very helpful the owner not so much

The listing was exact on all the details. We enjoyed our stay and were able to pack everything we needed per the listing.

Pretty great experience overall, clean unit with great view.

We noticed multiple issues when we arrived with the room. Pictures do not show the paint peeling, missing door for the washer and dryer, and balcony door knob being broken. Not to mention that the furniture on the deck being broken. We said we can deal with all of that we mopped the floors twice and said we can make do. When we went to get in bed on the first night all of the sheets had sand all over them so we washed all of the bedding. We made do until the night before last when we found multiple roaches. Baby roaches all the way up to huge roaches. We we contacted them to tell them they said that they spray but they are a problem and offered to spray while we were there. We were utterly disappointed and shocked that they were that ok with roaches but by all of the different sizes that we saw it doesn’t seem as if they have ever sprayed for them or took any steps to prevent them. Do not recommend.

In Myrtle Beach for a week with Girlfriends. Pictures of the condo we're fairly accurate. Could not see the condition of the master bath, walls & furniture. We were welcomed by roaches in the kitchen and one bedroom.No one responded to our request for service. A chair in LR was dirty & needed cleaning. MB bathroom was very small & in need of repairs. Had to close the door to open the drawers of the vanity. The biggest problem is how dirty the tile floors were throughout. When I called the customer service manager, she told me the floors should have been steam cleaned. Housekeeping dropped off clean linens we had requested because some beds had been slept in but no one took care of the flooring or roaches. Upon arrival, I went into the master BR to unpack and removed my shoes. When I later put my shoes back, the bottom of my feet were black! The other guests experienced the same problem. Needless to say, we had to wear socks or shoes inside the unit since no one came to take care of the floors. The other issue,which is not the owners fault,was the condition of the Trash Room on our floor. The stench was awful and gnats or some other bug was flying around. Went to another floor and it was the same. In closing, we enjoyed the beach, activities, shopping, choice of restaurants and being with great friends. But the memories we made are diminished by the condition of the condo.

It was okay for the most part

Property was just as described and the area was great. Great views from the balcony, especially the sunrises.

A pleasant way to spend the month of February. Condo was clean,comfortable and spacious. The only downside was the need for a short outdoor walk to the main building to use the pool and hot tubs (not a problem in warm weather).

The overall stay was nice the beds could have been better the mattresses were horrible.

The condo was well stocked clean and organized. We kept having issues with the smoke detectors going off everytime we opened the oven! The pool was a major upset for us. Our eyes burned as soon as we entered the room from the chlorine. The pool was nothing more than an oversized kiddy pool being only 3 feet deep and overfilled with screaming kids our entire stay. Then to say the least the hot tubes were roped off and out of order. The pool and hot tubes was a major reason for booking at Sand Dunes. All 8 of us were upset . We did however get to watch people next door enjoy their indoor pool :(

Room was clean and spacious. Great view of the ocean. Only issue was finding the room initially as it was contactless check in and there are multiple buildings on the property.

This condo had great access to everything in Myrtle. It could have been a little cleaner, but overall it’s an excellent choice!

Overall our stay was great. Plenty of room for our family. Kitchen was well stocked. Condo was pretty clean but paint was peeled off a lot of areas especially doors. We did discover 2 roaches in the kitchen but not surprised. Was told scheduled treatment was that Wednesday after we were leaving. Host were great at communicating. The pool area was very nice and clean. Overcrowded at times. Restaurant was good but pizza area did not have very good hospitality and going from different tasks without washing hands. Needless to say we didn't get pizza there. But drinks and food in other area and our waitress was wonderful. Great access to the beach.

The owner left us pool passes and when we went down to the lazy river we were not aloud to go in. I guess it was in the fine print but very unclear. The place needs alot of up dating the carpet was very dirty. I was not very happy wothy stay.

The place itself wasn't bad. It could use some cosmetic work. The fact that we had to wash towels and wash rags everyday was a little inconvenient because we didn't receive housekeeping with the property.There was; however, plenty of cooking supplies and cleaning supplies available. The biggest let down for me was not being able to use the waterpark. I know in the description it said it wasn't accessible but it was in very fine print. It needs to be made known a little better so others don't end up with disappointment kids like we did.

The Hostess Natalie was so helpful fro start to finish!! I had tons of questions & even needed an extra parking pass once we arrived after 7:30pm! Natalie responded in a super timely manner & was very professional each time! She helped me get an extra parking pass because we ended up having to drive an extra car last minute! The Villa was amazing as well. Very clean & so comfy for me & my family! I don't really do reviews often but I definitely had to with this property. We stayed for a week & enjoyed every day of our stay! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND booking with this hostess! Awesome job!! 😁

The property was okay for what we paid. Not spectacular but definitely okay. We did have easy check-in and easy beach access. The property we stayed in was not what the pictures were in the booking therefore I feel that part was misleading. There was peeling paint on the bathroom door and other minor cosmetic issues throughout but with that said, the cosmetic issues where just that….cosmetic. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Again, property was ample for the money. It was just good enough. We did like that this property is out of the middle of all the hoopla. We just wanted to get away and enjoy the beach, which we did.

Definitely will not be back. Carpet needed to be torn up. The kids feet were BLACK from it being filthy. Paint peeling. Roaches. If you rent through VRBO you don't have access to the Waterpark and putt putt golf. Was cold/windy so the only pool available indoor was so trashy. People smoking/drinking in area. Older kids horse playing around jumping in pool/hot tubs so we had to end up leaving and the kids couldn't swim. That area Definitely needs to be supervised. Not worth it at all.

Was exactly what was needed for our group. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Great property!

We stayed a month. It was a wonderful stay and nice place. Highly recommend

Our stay was for 2 months. Even though the furniture is old and uncomfortable in the living room, the rest of the unit was very comfortable. The kitchen was organized with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. It is definitely an older unit, but we would stay there again if the furniture was replaced.

Found a large live bug on the counter. We could not use the pools because we went through Vrbo and not Sand Dunes directly. Pots and pans were barely usable. 8 kids very dissapointed that we could not use the indoor pool and the ocean was too cold.

Great location. I had a few stupid questions for Natalie and she was great. We definitely recommend and will stay again when back in area.

Unit was severely OUTDATED!!! Check in process was very over complicated!!! No instructions prior to arrival. Unit was not presentable for the amount paid. Property manager or host whomever want reachable. No toilet trees in unit, limitation of cookware, stained furniture, dirty bathrooms and the list goes on. Pictures to prove everything!!!

Wonderful place to stay not far from board walk lots of places to eat Starbucks right around the corner 😀 beach front can't get better than that will definitely be going back

Well when booking I was told many things that were false. We were on the 7th floor and the parking deck stopped at 5. I thought we were on the beach but we were not. It was very confusing on the parking. When we went to front desk the guy was very rude. Nothing wrong with condo itself. It was great and we enjoyed it. Neighbors upstairs peed off the balcony and landed somewhat on ours plus the pot smell was awful. Access to the pool we were told we could only use the one by front desk. Very small and more for kids because it was only 4ft. The indoor pool and hot tub looked really dirty not clean at all. I’ll be back to myrtle beach but doubt same place.

Their were 8 people my family of six and my parents and we had plenty of room the property was a little dated but very clean and well kept

Sand Dunes Resort was great - Information about the facilities available to us needs to be improved - only problem was the elevators and parking garage - too many people parking in the garage that did not have passes
