The Filipino secretary has wonderful manners and the Indian too.

The security aspect of this place is serious. You have to be careful in this hotel with your belongings, because the cameras won't do the trick if something happens there

The lobby is very large and well appointed, adjacent to the balcony. Really enjoy sitting here interacting with other travelers. There is a lift, iron and hot and cold water. The mattresses, pillows and blankets are very comfortable. The location is a few meters from the China Town gate.

Each of them gets a card that functions to open access to enter the room and turn on the electricity. When I entered the room someone was already using his card to turn on the electricity. But while I was in the bathroom he went and removed the card, leaving me in complete darkness. The price is too high for such a cramped room.

God beliggenhed. Centralt, midt i China Town. Dejligt med forhæng til sengene. Varmt vand og gode brusere. Hyggeligt fællesrum med pool.

Toiletterne var sjældent rene + aldrig toiletpapir (kan dog spørges om i lobbyen). Personalet taler dårligt engelsk. Svært hostel at finde + man skal ringe på for at blive lukket ind HVER gang, man går og kommer. Man skal have adapter med, hvis man kommer fra Europa - en af personalet var dog sød at låne mig en.

Nothing was good about this property, other than the front desk people and the lobby space.

Absolutely everything. The rooms were filthy. Let's not talk about the bathroom, and how's there's never any toilet paper. Also, the ppl staying there were just disrespectful and I didn't feel like leaving my important things in the room. The whole place just smells... and the location is straight up terrible. In the middle of Chinatown. The neighborhood is so dirty! The front desk ppl were chill and the lobby was okay, but other than that... absolutely not recommend. Just avoid the whole area.

It was a private room with a private bathroom and it was spacious. Walking distance to alot of places to shop, eat and drink.

There's no window in the room so it can be a bit stuffy.

Good bed, Good WiFi. A/C in the rooms. Hot water in shower. Polite and civilized staff. Large living room. Smoking area. Drinking water. General comfortable place.

The place is easy to access, within walking distance from near LRT station.

The room I booked (female dorm) is not available so I was assigned to a new room (twin bed room, which to be shared with another stranger) which is fine until I was evicted (?) on the last night. My room was changed without prior notice, my stuff was taken out from the room without my permission, and I was told about the change only when I went to the reception to tell them that I couldn't enter my room. It was not a pleasant experience and I doubt I will stay here in the future.

The staff and environment are the very best

Good location. Right in the middle of Petaling Street. Near the LRT Pasar Seni station. Comfortable pillows and beds with curtains. Big lockers to put your things. Common area was big and there is a water filter you can use to fill your water bottle for free. This hostel has an elevator!

The smell in my dorm room was disgusting. You could clearly see mold all over the ceiling and walls. There was even water dripping from the ceiling over my bed. Broken pipe or something... There were also cockroaches in the room! Complained to reception but nothing was done. Most of the guests who stay here are local workers who pay rent and live here. There are few other travelers/backpackers. Absolutely no social atmosphere at this hostel. The staff clearly do not care about the hostel or the guests. This place has been left to its own. The bathrooms were filthy! They were never cleaned and there is no toilet paper.
