Room was comfortable, plenty of hanging space. air con worked fine. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Pool was lovely and pool bar very good

school trip in with 40 school children in breakfast room, very noisy, also stayed in the room above us constant noise banging on walls etc. Bed linen was not changed in the duration of our stay. could of had a kettle in room.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was nice and the location of the hotel is good. Very close to the Las Canteras beach and many shops and bars around.

First of all I was kind of disappointed to find out that the room is without terrace and view. The next disappointment came from finding out that there is no fridge and dryer for clothes. And the final dissapointment were the beds. Probably the most uncomfortable bed I ever used. The cherry on top of the cake was the noise. Hotel have good location, it is close to the Las Canteras beach and shops but that is coming with the negative side - it is noisy especially in the evenings.

The hotel has a great location as it is situated very close to the beach and Santa Catalina park. The stuff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice.

There was an unpleasant 'mouldy' smell in our room. However, another room I had a chance to visit did not have this issue.

- The location just 100 meters from Las Canteras Beach - Friendly staff : one of them booked me a day-long tour throughout the island at a very reasonable price (60 € all included)! - Decent breakfast although it's in the basement

- The bars at the window (room 120) - Safe is not included in the price : you need to pay an extra (36 € for 9 days) - No trays available for breakfast - No magnetic cards for the room and safe, just keys : Not only you need to keep an eye on both whenever you go out but it's also quite cumbersome, not so convenient...

A Balcony would have made it perfect in the Capital city

The beer was cheap at €2 for a large beer. Good breakfast,very central handy for the beach.

Evening meal average, couldn't get anything apart from water. Asked for a coffee and told it was on the 5th floor. Not enough seats on the roof. Very slow lifts with only 1 coming to the restaurant.

The greatest benefit for us was very helpful staff with smile on the face which was very pleasant. Also the position of the hotel near the beach and near the nice places to visit was the advantage. The food in the hotel was just delicious and the variety was really wide.

The water in the bathroom was flowing very little from the tap in the wash-basin. Also the toilet stopped working twice during our stay (my husband repaired it).

The location is good, the facilities were ok but a bit outdated, and the price is fair.

I liked a lot the buffet. And I did like a lot the bartender upstairs. I think he was called Falcon. Besides the bar upstairs is quite cheap. Very affordable.
