Loved the room. Good size, clean, good amenities. Loved the bar and Taylor Swift themed happy hour! Staff were very nice as well

The property was close to our destination which was excellent. It was fairly quiet and the pillows were comfy. I appreciated the soap dispensers in the shower, they smelt delicious.

Only a minor thing - usually hotels supply toothpaste however we had to pay three dollars for a little sachet. In saying that, we could have signed up to the hotel and it would’ve been free.

Breakfast was basic, we were there at 9am. I didn’t think the bacon was cooked enough and there was no fresh bacon cooked

The noise! There was a party next door, after 10pm The breakfast was basic. Hot water for tea was available only from the coffee machine and there was a long queue for it

The rooms are not very well sound proofed and can tv from next door room if a bit loud.

Excellent location to see medical specialists at the hospital. Convenient to shopping centre and food options and close to public transport.

Beds could have been more comfortable

It was not a very comfortable experience when taking a shower in the bathroom when we stayed here because the water coming down from the shower was in so small amout. It took a long time to get my shower done, let alone washing my hair. The other parts of the hotel was quite nice.

Location was great , very close to hospital if visiting , parking onsite was great , cost an extra $15 p/d. Happy hour was great - free snacks $7 beers , friendly staff (doesn’t have a ‘bar’ atmosphere though) but still great service . Room service was great (with limited menu)
