Lovely room, had the pleasure of having access to a little kitchen upstairs - Rooms were clean, staff friendly, fantastic location!

The double bed was just a tiny bit too narrow but that is probably just because we are used to sleeping in a gigantic one!

Location perfect,accommodation good Hotel was changing owners on the Friday 24feb when we were leaving.

Nothing

The location is good, but that's it.

The bar and kitchen not being open, until the barman came back with his friends from the other pub and opened the bar up and started a lock in. There was no hot water for a shower in the morning. You can see outside through the floor and the windows are so poorly fitting that you can hear everything outside, every car.

The room was lovely, well appointed and clean. Plenty of hot water and using the car charger made a huge difference to my trip. If I need a room in the area again I will certainly stay here.

The 'downside' was that my room was barely serviced throughout my stay. It was only a few days so it didn't matter to me but might to others. I got a top up of milk and biscuits a couple of times but not much else. I also failed to find anyone to check out so had to leave the keys in the letterbox. I suspect shortage of staff.

The visit was over the Christmas period and very few restaurants were open in Woburn.

Olde worlde classic country village hotel. Super comfy room and surprising value. Will definately stay again.

Really friendly and gorgeous breakfast

What did I like ? - everything ! The warm welcome by the truly charming owners David and Sharon , the building itself, an old coaching house, the comfort and cleanliness of the room, engaging conversation in the bar , this hotel is wonderful. Pet owners catered for, nothing is too much trouble, we will be back within the net few weeks, probably with friends.

Nothing could be improved upon.

Our room was next to the high street so traffic noise was intrusive on a hot night. We will book again but ask for a room at the back.

Breakfast was good, room clean very quirky hotel full of history. Not your run of the mill hotel

Would have been nice to know that there was no chef on site. Luckily pub next door but one did lovely food.

friendly staff. fitted us in for breakfast without booking charge point for electric car but only worked in the morning so we didnt recharge the battery fully
