Room was spacious and comfortable Unfortunately it wasn't cleaned properly, there were open packets of crisps under the bed. My daughters found when playing on the floor. Also a baby blacket was still hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Although the room looked clean it made it feel unclean as obviously hadn't been checked properly. When reporting to recption the staff member just said thank you... thought this was an odd response 🤔 😅 The kid loved the , but definitely didn't feel very clean. Breakfast was really good Other than that it was lovely

Rooms a lot comfier than expected. Ac in our double bedroom was a godsend.

Little bit of the way for bedford (20is minutes) otherwise okay.

the beds are very comfortable, quiet in a beautiful countryside, the table outside were very convenient and the breakfast (veggie) was super. thank you to the staff.

Close to conference venue, space to work and good Wifi. Breakfast is great.

Heating in the room and bathroom was turned up high and it was difficult to know how to adjust the controls.
