Clean rooms and friendly staff

Pool and spa area needs renovation and the Spa button did not give ample time in the spa only 2 minutes in spa when all other properties I have stayed at was minimum of 10 mins

Was close to capital theatre

Very run down a lot of water damage in kitchen and bathroom cupboards bubbled and buckled. TV in main bedroom on the wall was hanging cords dangerous

comfortable beds, staff friendly and helpful, location so handy

Lift was a bit slow. Also, had a problem with shower. Water very hot, couldn't get past it to turn it off. flooded bathroom, Carpet soaked. However, staff brought in two big air blowers, so carpet was dry by evening. All staff very helpful.

La literie est très confortable. On est très bien placé. Le personnel à l'accueil est agréable. Nous avons pu profiter du SPA facilement.

Il manquait 1 ou 2 accessoires de cuisine (égouttoir, couverts au plus juste). Beaucoup d'attente pour l’ascenseur. Le bruit du train le matin peut déranger.

once we arrived the reception staff were rude and messaging on their phone , ignorant that we were even their . Everytime we left or returned and walked past reception not one smile or hello . House keeper entered our room without knocking while we were there . location was good just poorly ran , swimming pool and spa were putrid , paint peeling off walls and a huge 1m x1m hole in the wall near the spa , not very clean at all

The staff friendliness.

It was a really spacious suite, in a convenient central location, great for accessing the sites of Sydney. A few of the hotel facilities were not working/below par. 1) the swimming pool was so cold it couldn’t be used comfortably. In fact we never saw anyone in it for that reason 2) the jet pool water jets didn’t work 3) the games room was empty and locked up. It shouldn’t therefore be advertised as a facility In the room facilities were ok but there was no dishcloth provided, only a Brillo pad Our dishwasher didn’t work despite maintenance checking it. It works turn on and then stop 10 minutes later The fridge was too cold and so our fresh produce such as cucumber and capsicum froze. We then turned it up after first day but this was disappointing as an expensive waste. When we checked out the receptionist claimed we had been given 3 keys (we had been given 2) and told us we would be charged if they couldn’t find it. This was a sour ending to our trip and better care needs to be taken at checkin for both parties to sign how many keys are provided to avoid such accusations. Despite the issues stated the hotel itself is a great location and good space. Great cleaners.

Room was very tired to say the least, with broken taps, doors that wouldn't close or didn't open easily,cracks in tiles and v small bathroom with pokey kitchenette. Also very noisy- not soundproof.

Great location near a good variety of cafes, restaurants and shops. The unit was spacious and ideal for 3-4 adults. It was great to be able to wash our clothes, with everything in good working order. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our unit felt a little dated with bathroom showing signs of water retention in cabinets. There were some long (ceiling to floor) cracks in the entrance way walls which had us speculating but nothing that got in the way of us enjoying the unit.

A spacious, quiet, well-appointed unit in a good location with friendly staff.

Some things didn't work or didn't function properly, such as the ventilation in the bathroom, the oven and the TV.
