The hotel itself is amazing, both the facilities as the look and feel. View is lovely and Rooms are charming.

I’ve been coming to Park Hyatt for years and love the hotel chain. I was staying here for a few days and ended up having to prolong my stay. After that the hotel offered me a extra night stay on basis of business invoice that could be paid by the company the next day though whilst I wanted to go out for drinks with friends I was blocked in a roadblock by the manager Ahmed Muhammad and 3 guards held me prisoner against my will even though they aknowledged that their colleagues agreed to the payment by business invoice they next day. The manager was very passive aggressive until I showed him that I was making a review and asked for his full name, from that moment he offered me water and tried to be more polite. I feel humiliated and disgraced and will never go to a Hyatt hotel anymore in my life.

Everything was perfect beautiful - I think the best hotel and service and food in my life - even I travel a lot all over the world 5* - but this place was exceptional !!!!!
