Hotel is being refurbished and current rooms are not of a 5 star quality.
We checked out early

not a lot, the first time we stayed we got upgraded to a room which justifiable for a 3 star hotel with dirty threadbare carpet, we went away for 2 nights then returned to be given a room on the 9th floor, the corridor stunk, the room stunk, we asked for another and given a room on the 10th floor, no better. This hotel was built for the Olympics 40 years ago, has not been touched since and is a disgrace to the Sheraton name, we had another 2 night stay booked which we have now cancelled, 3 star hotel at best

El restaurante sin ser malo creo que tiene buenas oportunidades de mejora en lo que se refiere a la cocina, es decir podría ser mejor

Las políticas . Hicieron poner un depósito en la tarjeta que superaba el
Valor de la estadía , al retirarnos dijeron que demora 5-7 días en ser reintegrado. Nunca nos pasó en otro lugar. Los depósitos los reembolsan en el momento . Hace pensar que trabajan tu dinero durante 5-7 días

El desayuno genial y el personal fantástico desde los recepcionistas , personal de aseo y los que nos atendieron en lobby del desayuno son demasiados gentiles y profesionales!!
Los extractores del baño deben tener mantenimiento al igual que los vanitorios de los baños

Las instalaciones confortables, con opciones de bar y restaurant dentro del mismo hotel. La atención del personal, siempre dispuesto a brindar ayuda, cercana y atenta. Desayuno con múltiples opciones de alimentos y bebidas. 100% recomendable.

No respetan horario de check in. Me pasaron la pieza despues de una hora y el tramite de check in y check out es larguisimo. No dan compensación. Instalaciones antiguas y horribles. No vale la pena el precio que cobran, solo cobran la marca

Minibar was empty.
It was very noisy, both from outside as well as the airco system inside and doors slamming of other rooms.
The breakfast room had not enough capacity. There were long queues.
When checking out i had to wait more than 20 minutes. Again there was a long queue. Nobody asked how my stay was.

Comfortable rooms and perfectly functional for business purposes. Concierge staff and others very helpful. The good lifts helped to allow good access to and from rooms. Breakfast was very good.
indoor swimming pool not up to my expectations. My preferred exercise is swimming and your photos in your information in booking.com show it as quite reasonable size. In reality it is so small that i dd not even try to use it.

I did my reservation thru booking.com in a very nice rate ( lees than a u$s 100 a night) but the hotel didn’t honor thst price and charge me a lot more .. not professional at all

The breakfast was really good along with the staff of Bueno restaurant. Very well balance meals.
The experience with some agents at the front desk left me really taken aback by her attitude.the lack of discretion and empathy shown by some members of staff is not indicative of the Bon Voy brand. There was a short lady in particular(supervisor) and she was adamant on making my stay very difficult to the point I was being charged 70usd for a late check out. One of her colleagues used her discretion to facilitate the last checkout.

The rooms are good, very comfortable and clean, and the service is great. We booked this hotel predominantly because of the outdoor pool though, it is very large but pretty run down.
The outdoor pool needs maintenance, feels cheap and dirty.

The rooms were at the top for rest and comfort. After a very long day of travel from the U.S., it was perfect. Highly recommend.and we will return.

Room was fine- bed comfortable- business standar- no bathrobes and smallish towels- Sheraton style
The Wi-Fi was a problem- for a business hotel Aa invention enter- I could not get work done easily although staff tried all sorts of work arounds
The electric outlets were all the old Argentinian kind which is difficult for travelers who are at a meeting

Staff are friendly.
Rooms need to be updated. Unless you asked, no kettle, no bathrobes, slippers provided. ,Tea bags, cups come in paper bags. Don't feel like a ?4 star hotel.

Location is great, safe and secure
Hotel needs renovations, pool area is also outdated. Italian restaurant downstairs was amazing and gluten free which allowed my wife and son to eat both nights.
